吃罷個平平無奇的牛河後,與J先生會合,到外面的"時"壽司午膳.假日中午,客人凋零,只得一兩檯日本客,正在享受家庭樂.格局幾高級,晚飯閒閒地每個人都要六七百銀上落,應該是全區之中最高級之日本料理.身處日本人社區,水準應該有咁上下.午市定食有很多選擇,壽司定食包前菜,漬物,麵豉湯,十件手握壽司,盛惠$120,拍得住旺區的高級壽司店.有玉子,魚子,帶子,螺片,三文魚,吞拿魚,油甘魚等等,其中一件軍艦,只是得一"劈"類似沙律醬的白色物體,味道酸酸,這是甚麼的一回事?玉子味道近乎沒有味道,其他魚生也新鮮,壽司飯也握得剛好,飯團酸味適中.可是價錢不便宜,與旺區的同類型相比,已經比下去了.J先生的薄牛肉炒飯定食,牛肉吃落也不錯,$115一個set也是不便宜.可能晚飯水準會好一點,不過也未輪到我輩者光顧了. 繼續閱讀

go on Sunday for lunchthe waitress is not helpfull at all, we asked her what type of sushi are included in the sushi set, she only said it depends with intention to helpwe go in at around 1:45, & still having the main course at 2:20, the waitress already hurry us to order desert & coffee & check the bill food is ok, but with such service, I will not visit again. 繼續閱讀

This's one of my most frequently visited restaurants. It's definitely NOT the best Japanese restuarant in town but gotta be the best one in Taikoo Shing area. The sashimi's quite fresh and they got a pretty good variety. Sushi's nice too. Most value-for-money will be their lunch set. My all-time favy's the minced tuna fish rice or the 3-color sashimi rice set. Usually the sushi's of better quality than rice bowl though. One must try's the crispy crab. If the glass box of crabs happen to be right in front of you, then you can choose which crab to take Off my head the only negative comment will definitely be the waitress who never refill my green tea frequent enough and sometimes wear a really long face. 繼續閱讀

半隻腳踩返公司後,好消息是有假放,壞消息是假期前一日做四日野。忙完半朝後,忙裡偷閒,蛇到附近試試開業都一段時間的日本料理。總覺得在這裡開了一段時間的日本料理質素該有返咁上下,甫入門後招呼是有板有眼,雖然看唔出是出自內心,但門面功夫是做足的。唔食得生冷野,又無日替,就叫了素食定食(健康料理),只因此品附送烏冬。前菜先上,卻欠熱毛巾,唔多對路,前菜是漬蒟蒻,漬得煙韌有口感,少吃到入味的蒟蒻,幾特別。習慣上是先影後吃的,侍應走來問你喜歡影想的嗎?就差點未問你是否記者吧。敷衍一番後,又傾開這裡的定食,問有沒有日替,又問有沒有季節定食?前者答無,後者話唔太清楚,要問問師傅,對客人的問題是幾認真的,值得一讚。看著師傅砌料理,「啪、啪」兩聲一件壽司,幾認真的。病得味覺減半,勉強吃得出烏冬煮得過腍,而木魚湯味太重,小小一碗當前菜還可,主菜的話喊是走唔甩。主菜飯卷及鐵火卷是砌得麻麻,若吞拿魚鐵火卷擺得鬆動點會更好,起麻魚蓉唔會黏到隔離的朋友身上,對比起檯中物,身邊食客的壽司明顯好好多,但就收$120,這個級數在尖咀或銅鑼灣都有其他好選擇,但在太古城好似就只得這裡做得有板有眼。 繼續閱讀

o黎食晚飯﹐叫o左個壽司盤﹐生魚片新鮮﹐但份量偏少。稻庭烏冬好滑好彈﹐一陣就食晒。之後o黎個鰻魚飯﹐oh no....飯一大盒﹐但鰻魚一小片﹐冇汁又乾﹐飯又冷冰冰冇任何味道﹐剩下一大盒飯都唔係好想食埋佢﹐就此作罷。服務一般慇懃﹐唔係差﹐又唔覺得週到﹐雖然人少少可以靜靜地﹐不過檯細細窄窄﹐唔覺坐得舒服。以價錢相比質素論﹐未必會再幫襯。 繼續閱讀
