大約星期三晚上6:45到達銅鑼灣,要在7:30前完成晚餐,最快就係食車仔麵。 剛去到榮記都只係有三個人排隊,大約10分鐘就可以入座。 排隊呢啲都睇運氣,畢竟好多遊客都會幫襯。不過最近幾次去都只係需要等一陣就可以。環境少少逼,少少嘈,仲有啲遊客。一早諗好點咩餸,所以好快落到單。豬紅墨魚頭細麵,西洋菜加一支無糖可樂。上菜極快,專心食完就走人。(豬紅好好食,會成日掛住想嚟食)埋單70幾蚊,7:15就食飽走人,時間控制極佳!

講真銅鑼灣榮記粉麵算係一間有名嘅車仔麵店,之前在銅鑼灣上堂間中想食個快飯都係揀佢;今次都係叫左個3餸車仔麵。味道感覺上好似無以前咁好食,但整體都ok同keep到;不過,呢度樓面哥哥姐姐嘅服務態度就真係有啲啲改善空間,因爲一餐飯嘅時間都已經聽到佢地同幾個客人對話有火花。再加上座位有啲逼,坐得唔算舒服,尤其係人多嘅時候,真係有啲窒。總體而言,榮記粉麵嘅味道係可以的,但如果想享受一個輕鬆嘅用餐環境,可能要考慮下其他地方。至於如果只係想食個方便又快嘅車仔麵,呢度都係個選擇🍴

I've tried many cart noodle places, but Wing Kee noodles really stands out😊Not only their broth is exceptional, their ingredients for some reason taste better than a lot of places too…but ofcos, I reckon they put quite a lot of MSG into their broth, so, dine with some fizzy drinks🤣For the ingredients my usual go-to are pig blood, pig skin, fried tofu, brisket and spring rolls, but this time, instead of brisket and spring rolls, I’ve gone for beef entrails and cuttlefish head instead. I really love how flavorful their beef entrails are and the texture of the cuttlefish is just amazing😍…but if you are looking for something healthy and expecting some kind of service, this isn’t your place🤣

前排白粥真係食到驚,唔使講一定要去食D有味嘅嘢所以又係扯埋幾個病號去食嘢。講真排隊等之時外面陣奪命風🤧真係吹到頂唔順🤧去食真係要早早早D去埋位。🥢【自選三拼】講真哩間嘢拼到嘅料真係多,豬皮牛腩牛肚乜都有,47蚊拼碗真係抵到爛,味道就唔使講🤣宜家我食乜都覺得香。🥢【牛腩】超大舊好入味,牛肚入口Q彈,湯底又鮮夾醬又唔會搶味,唔錯。🥢【雞翼】甜口,甜香咸,合格水准唔會差。其實冇食幾多,基本上單攞個碗裝返D食吓味咁,剩低好多嘢食唔入唔好點評。夥計有D寸令人不悅。

收工同男朋友去CWB逛,睇下晚餐邊到食突然想食牛筋,我地就衝過嚟呢到食晚市收工時段,大約有5-6個客排緊隊排一陣就入得,因為車仔麵通常都快食快走我地各自叫左3餸食呢到d油菜得一款西洋菜,冇第二款菜菜份量係正常足料🍜我就食冬菇,粉腸,牛筋配油麵佢地d湯好濃,同埋本身個湯落左勁少bb 辣唔會辣到出汗,但係食完好暖個油麵唔似出面有d鋪係用勁粗身呢到係用中size果款粗幾好味哦,因為口感夠彈d餸菜都足料,至少每款有2-3件冬菇好厚身,粉腸就麻麻地,過冧了牛筋係多筋少肉的,但煮得又係過冧了🍜男朋友食豬大腸,豬皮,牛丸配油麵我試左粒牛丸,牛丸有d細粒,冇咩特別整體嚟講我覺得湯係好味,油麵都好彈口不過餸菜就普通,但份量係足料同價錢合理
