今天係我細佬同我慶祝生日,順道去買啲海味,所以選擇流浮山。爸爸話歡樂好,我們就入去,食了一班兩味不錯,最正蒸元貝,好大隻。生炒骨都係好選擇帶點肥肉,又脆,好好食啊。不過,砵酒蠔就好失望,味道似食生炒骨,粉漿也好厚。最後叫了個鹹魚雞粒炒飯,好香,飯也炒得粒粒,好!這頓午餐食得我們好開心,服務也不錯

呢間野我去過好多次,一直都覺得雖然偏貴,但幾好食。所以次次大時大節都去果度慶祝,點知而家佢出左名後生意手法好有問題。好嬲! 今晚我選好海鮮(有龍蝦,大蝦等…)後準備返去位坐,我阿爸突然想選多樣野所以回頭,就在這個時候,他親眼睇到幫我地拿海鮮入廚房果個人拿住我地選的生孟大蝦,放回去水缸,然後選d死大蝦意圖拿入廚房,我阿爸當然馬上渴止。果個人馬上扮傻,話:「你要呢幾隻嗎,我俾番呢幾隻你喇」,然後就返左廚房。 佢地做生意咁唔老實,其實應該馬上走,但個經理走過黎say哂sorry,又話親自跟進製作過程咁,以為可以放心d,就俾次機會佢喇。雖然d大蝦冇問題,但我地發覺d龍蝦就唔係好新鮮,我地食過咁多次係識分有冇佢地以前既水準既,今次隻龍蝦真係幾有問題,我地懷疑都係俾佢地換左,不過我地冇親眼見到佢地換龍蝦,都冇得同佢地理論。 呢間野真係今非惜比,又貴又水準下降。最火滾既係佢地當d客係傻仔,客人選好食材竟然轉頭換左佢,好唔老實。希望大家小心d。

今日同媽咪慶祝生日,專程係流浮山歡樂訂咗張枱食海鮮。一坐低,便送上酸蘿蔔同皮蛋,酸蘿蔔爽脆,但係碟皮蛋就有d怪味,應該係壞咗,不過嗰待應好快就換過碟,抵讚首先,緊係黎嗰湯先啦,係鮑魚響螺燉花膠,因為製作需時,如果係平日黎,一定要預早一日訂,否則燉唔切;因為我好鍾意飲呢嗰湯,雖然今晚只得四個人,所以我都叫咗嗰加大湯渣好多,好足料,數一數,鮑魚仔都有十幾隻,仲有四隻特別大隻,真係要多謝老闆B哥特別關照,花膠亦特別厚身,有咬感,好膠,好味道;但係埋單時,發覺嗰湯要$1680 (唔加大就$1380),好貴所以覺得唔多歡樂 (唔知有冇記錯,以前飲開都好似唔駛$1000)白灼花甲,好鮮味,四個人食,唔係好多,$128。跟著主角出場啦,黃油蟹;今日呢兩隻,唔係好大隻,約八兩一隻,但係就非常”黃油”,成隻都係膏,只可惜有隻有少少漏油,導致入面d膏,有點兒過熟,否則應該更好食,,每隻$680,價錢合理果皮蒸大連六頭鮑,冇秤過,唔知是否真係六頭,但size都唔細,質感唔錯,但總係覺得南非鮑會比較鮮味,四隻共$392,唔算平。清蒸黃皮老虎斑,一斤二兩,$468,$26一兩,唔算貴,老闆仲話一定係海魚,唔會係

柱皇醬汁焗龍蝦,平時我比較鍾意用大花蝦,唔用龍蝦,因為大花蝦嘅肉身,絕對唔會差過龍蝦,一樣爽甜彈牙,而且仲多肉過龍蝦,絕對抵食過龍蝦,只不過今晚老闆話大花蝦已經賣哂,剩番d鬼蝦,睇落都好大隻,不過老闆話鬼蝦一定冇大花蝦咁好食,所以叫我哋食龍蝦,$1122,唔算平,但可接受,鬼叫我特別鍾意食呢個柱皇醬汁咩
,呢個汁撈埋嗰炒麵底,簡直係人間極品,專程走黎流浮山,就係要食呢個炒麵,一來夠香口惹味,二來又有d蝦嘅鮮味,水準依然,非常正。

又係招牌菜之一,皮脆肉嫩,水準之作;仲有個
食神炒飯,又係招牌菜之一,好多朋友已經介紹過,不用多說,最精彩嘅就係果d鋪係飯面嘅蟹子,簡直可以話,起咗”畫龍點睛”之效,令呢個炒飯,更加出神入化
,不過今晚實在太飽了,容不下這個食神炒飯。

如果黎食飯,燉湯同炸子雞,一定要訂,否則多數會售罄。

埋單總數$5280,平均每人$1320
,雖然每人食咗半隻黃油蟹,但係都覺得貴;其實貴在嗰湯,減去湯$1680和黃油蟹$1360,每人平均伍百幾,比較合理

今天清明節, 和朋友一家去濕地公園, 朗朗和暉暉玩得很開心, 玩到兩點,決定楂車出流浮山吃飯, 吃飯免停車費$25元。由於即慶來,未食過,隨意選左門面好D的歡樂,有雜誌推介喎!想唔信得過?唔使等,即有位,四大三細菜前小食酸蘿蔔和花生都好好食,差不多食哂.叫左食神炒飯,招牌菜,細路要食飯,叫個大的$180。師傳功力好炒得好,食材用鴕鳥肉夠特別,推介雲英雞-好嫩夠滑,ok薑葱蠔-最好食,蠔靚最重要,連葱都好食生菜-麵士正蒜茸蒸蝦-唔錯蜆-um左d,味道ok好品質唔需要加味精都好食諗住食餐晏,完全無預計食咁豪,不過都無覺得唔抵,buffer的價錢,好過食buffer囉!睇到有人話服務唔好, 好在我地無遇到, 但感覺上服務員都是一般, 同去酒樓飲茶d伙計差唔多。我地無另叫啤酒汽水,5餸一飯共$1066, 價錢唔係抵食,不過廚房質數是水準之上,其他唔好計較。

朋友識個海鮮佬, 個海鮮佬介紹入o黎呢間, 於是, 我就跟大隊, 浩浩蕩蕩, 駕了成個鐘車入了o黎.早已入了海鮮order 左, 準時到達, 一坐下就開始上!幾入味, 又唔油, 蝦鮮, 肉唔梅, 好~炸得太勁, 好油, 肉質同剛食的蝦比了下去; 略遜.勁多蒜, 入味, 又鮮, 冇得頂!真係好貴, 但貴得有道理, "生歐歐"的, 又多糕.不過真係好貴!食過某日式炸豬扒店的日式炸蠔, 呢個相比又厚粉又略油....條魚又係幾貴, 兩食;炒得好, 夠鑊氣, 但略油.肉好好食, 好新鮮.此店服務一直被人疚病; 今日又ok 噃, 阿姐都冇話黑面吖, 也好快手.雖然只係過了幾天才寫此食評, 不過真沒什麼回憶咁...呀係喇, 我記得喇, 每人食左成500蚊, 真係唔平呢.食神呀, 可以平d 嗎?

條魚又係幾貴, 兩食;

炒得好, 夠鑊氣, 但略油.
肉好好食, 好新鮮.

此店服務一直被人疚病; 今日又ok 噃,
阿姐都冇話黑面吖, 也好快手.

雖然只係過了幾天才寫此食評, 不過真沒什麼回憶咁...

呀係喇, 我記得喇, 每人食左成500蚊, 真係唔平呢.
食神呀, 可以平d 嗎?

去完擇士多啤梨,下午4,5點去到,好少人,得兩三枱客,食食下得我地一枱。點了龍蝦伊麵,半斤白汋蝦,蜜汁蠔,生菜,盛惠$1160。食物味道ok,兩個人食到飽到晚飯都唔洗食。不過服務一般,點野時問價錢--我:汋蝦錢一斤呀?店員:$15一兩我:咁一斤即係幾多錢店員:你未自己計下囉!我:O了咀仲有,可能果陣得我去一枱,有兩三個店員係飯枱到訓覺,我覺得唔係咁好啦,要訓都唔好比客人見到啦。

we arrived at 6.30pm and picked our seafood at the aquarium outside; at most outlets within lau fau shan, you can pick your seafood anywhere and go to a different restaurant, as they charge the material and cooking separately. here at happy seafood, on the other hand, they do the sai kung way and customers pick their seafood right at the restaurant. the selection was notably narrower than sai kung/po toi o/lee yu mun, but we managed to find most of what we wanted to eat. we moved back to the restaurant after selection and waited patiently. 10min later, the curtains were lifted…

Prawns fried noodles (大蝦炒麵) - this was actually better than i expected. fried noodles at most chinese restaurants are flooded with corn flour paste (“sauce” would be a misnomer…). but here at happy seafood, there was only enough to keep the ingredients moist whereas the deep-fried noodles still maintained its good crispy texture. on the other hand, prawns were okay – flavor was mainly assisted by parsley and chilli.

steamed clams (粉絲蒸扇貝) – it’s one of our must-order at any seafood restaurant. again, i found the raw material pretty bland and most of the flavor actually came from condiments/garlic – lots and lots of garlic. good thing was that the vermicelli was briefly treated with hot oil to prevent sogginess. garlic was also slightly pan-fried for stronger aroma.

sesame mantis shrimp (麻香瀨尿蝦) – another must-eat, but instead of the deep-fried salt-pepper mantis shrimp available at other seafood restaurants, we ordered the sesame mantis shrimp instead, which is a signature dish here at happy. the shell was very fragrant with sesame, sesame oil, and salt pepper, although the flesh inside was more salty than anything else. nonetheless, it tasted pretty different from other traditional mantis shrimps i had before and i actually prefered this more!

clams in black bean sauce (花甲) - nothing particularly noteworthy, except that we ordered 1.5kg and the dish turned out to be more like under 1kg. the clams were over-cooked and there were two pairs shells for every one piece of meat in our order. can someone do the math for us?

sea-salt crabs (油鹽焗奄仔蟹) - this was actually my favorite dish of the night. the crab meat fully absorbed rice wine fragrant and sea-salt outside helped to accentuate the crab roe brine flavor. it was simply addictive and i couldn’t helped but licked the crab shell clean, inside out. crab meat was only ok though – a little mushy and lack of aroma, though very fatty.

vegetables in shrimp paste - excessively oily vegetables in very good shrimp paste.

house fried rice (食神炒飯) – another signature dish at happy seafood. the presentation wasnice – there was crab roe on the surface and each grain of rice was evenly colored. but i only wish it tasted half as good as it looked – the rice was nicely fried, each piece just the right firmness and not too oily, but taste was very bland and there was not enough ham. unsurprisingly, crab roe was second-rated ingredient and did not carry much flavor either. there was more than enough scrambled egg and onion though.

overall the food experience was mixed – cooking style was unique and different from other seafood restaurants, which was nice because we were all well-accustomed to the typical condiments/flavoring used for each ingredient. i loved the mantis shrimps and crabs, both setting good examples of reinventing the classics. however, the quality of raw materials was below average for nearly all dishes. not that they were not fresh, but they seemed to be all raised in ponds and tasted bland, heavily relied on condiments to give flavor to the dishes. and although i did appreciate the innovative approach to cooking seafood, flavor started getting fairly repetitive toward the end - they were all salty, spicy with seasame oil. i didn’t go into the kitchen but i suspect all they needed were coarse salt, table salt, sesame oil, black pepper, soy sauce, garlic, parsley and chilli. another taste bud overload.

service was below average, if not horrendous. the waitress started hinting us to leave after an hour as there were a dozen people waiting outside… i was only glad they did not spit in our food in front of us.

十數人來開大餐。這家海鮮用料新鮮,件件都是 king size!! 我們叫了鮑魚、中蝦 ( 其實大到似大蝦! )、扇貝 ( 是這輩子見過最大的!! )、蟶子、螺、石斑兩味 ( again, 超大的!! ) 、仲有食神炒飯,個個食到捧住個肚..... 價錢都算合理~ 一大班人,開飯之選!! 食海鮮,最緊要新鮮,衞生。新鮮、大件他們做到了;廁所環境則有待改善了...

不枉我流晒汗咁等咗個幾鐘!叫咗4人餐 + 一條杉斑四人餐- 豉油王瀨尿蝦 : 好大隻, 不過兩件有膏兩件冇膏.....導致同枱意見有分歧 味道可以但唔算好突出.- 芝士牛油焗龍蝦伊麵底 : 好好食, 足有兩隻龍蝦, 泡油唔會過火, 食得出新鮮; 伊麵真係用心"瓊"乾水至上碟, 唔會食食下有水出. 個汁....似十幾年前九龍城竹園的味道, 好食!- 菜 : 好食, 不過如果可以大碟d就好啦~- 黃金蟹 : 好食, 黃金醬唔會太乾. 蟹亦係新鮮, 唔會過份泡油.- 食神炒飯 : 呢個真係要推薦. 好耐未食過炒得咁香的飯, 不過個人覺得唔用蟹子都得, 蟹子用於熱食, 總覺格格不入.....另點的杉斑, 又係一絕, 蒸的火路剛剛好, 唔黐骨唔見紅又唔會over.雖然本來冇打算食咁貴, 不過又值得喎~

味道可以但唔算好突出.
- 芝士牛油焗龍蝦伊麵底 : 好好食, 足有兩隻龍蝦, 泡油唔會過火, 食得出新鮮; 伊麵真係用心"瓊"乾水至上碟, 唔會食食下有水出. 個汁....似十幾年前九龍城竹園的味道, 好食!
- 菜 : 好食, 不過如果可以大碟d就好啦~
- 黃金蟹 : 好食, 黃金醬唔會太乾. 蟹亦係新鮮, 唔會過份泡油.
- 食神炒飯 : 呢個真係要推薦. 好耐未食過炒得咁香的飯, 不過個人覺得唔用蟹子都得, 蟹子用於熱食, 總覺格格不入.....

另點的杉斑, 又係一絕, 蒸的火路剛剛好, 唔黐骨唔見紅又唔會over.

雖然本來冇打算食咁貴, 不過又值得喎~

今日同女朋友同埋屋企人一齊入流浮山食海鮮, 本來有一間食開既~ 不過今日識O個個人冇返工~~買唔到靚既海鮮, 咁我女朋友個阿姨就叫我地去試下歡樂樓,本來去之後都聽過佢地出左個少年廚神~~ 好似好犀利咁~~ 以前好多都出左名之後就水準下降~~本來以為今次唔會啦.....點知係最衰既一次...真係諗起都嬲!!!一早打左去BOOK位......我地今次係坐上面O個間,咁我地落左車之後就行上去攞位啦~~行到上去有個老老地既阿姐行過~~我同佢講我地BOOK左位,跟住佢問我拎枱號,我女朋友話佢冇比我地WOR...(因為我女朋友BOOK既),跟住佢叫我地打電話去問啦~~我就有D火喇,你唔係丫MA,我黎到你間酒樓食飯,黎到門口,你叫我打電話入去你鋪頭問我幾多號枱,唔係丫MA?? 跟住仲要O個個聽電話既女仔就O係我面前,佢張工作枱距離我唔夠5步既位置,佢居然夠膽叫我打電話入去!! 佢真係犀利呀!!~ 我咪一句串埋去,我黎到你酒樓食飯你居然叫我打電話黎你酒樓!!!?? 跟住有個後生女行出黎問我,我咪問佢LAW, 跟住原來就係佢編位既~~ 跟住佢就安排我地坐低啦...跟住就叫野食啦...開頭都冇咩野既...

一早打左去BOOK位......我地今次係坐上面O個間,咁我地落左車之後就行上去攞位啦~~行到上去有個老老地既阿姐行過~~我同佢講我地BOOK左位,跟住佢問我拎枱號,我女朋友話佢冇比我地WOR...(因為我女朋友BOOK既),跟住佢叫我地打電話去問啦~~我就有D火喇,你唔係丫MA,我黎到你間酒樓食飯,黎到門口,你叫我打電話入去你鋪頭問我幾多號枱,唔係丫MA?? 跟住仲要O個個聽電話既女仔就O係我面前,佢張工作枱距離我唔夠5步既位置,佢居然夠膽叫我打電話入去!! 佢真係犀利呀!!~ 我咪一句串埋去,我黎到你酒樓食飯你居然叫我打電話黎你酒樓!!!?? 跟住有個後生女行出黎問我,我咪問佢LAW, 跟住原來就係佢編位既~~ 跟住佢就安排我地坐低啦...跟住就叫野食啦...開頭都冇咩野既...不過跟住就開始黎料喇....

叫左野食...一直都冇野食黎...咁等啦....等....繼續等....等左30MINS.....都未有野食....咁問佢啦....原來佢搞錯左D單,...跟住有野黎啦.... 我仲以為自己去左飲丫!! 所有野都係食完一碟之後先上另一碟...我覺得自己好似冇錢叫野食咁呀!!! 真係好嬲呀!!! 最嬲就係D野食已經黎得慢嫁啦.... 有野食送到門口啦...個WAITER居然仲夠膽去執一張冇人坐既枱都唔拎D野食過黎囉!!! 真係火都黎埋..!!!!

D野食又唔係好食,好普通!!! 全場最好食既就係最後O個個食神炒飯,呢個真係唔錯既,不過其他既真係一D都唔特別LAW!!! 最緊要係受氣丫MA!!!

我已經將所有野食都影晒相,大家去食之前真係要好好諗清楚,因為太嬲既關係我之後O個個星期即刻去返我地平時食開O個間度食~~ 今次食左$1200,4個人食,之後返去邦記食,10個人食都係$2000,真係火都黎埋!!!!

以後都唔會再食呢間歡樂樓!!!
 就算廚神你炒飯幾叻都冇用啦,服務咁差!!!
煮既方法唔錯~~不過肉質真係好差....

原本諗住訂容龍但full booking,又見電視呢排見多左亞少年廚神,所以去流浮山試下,其實好耐之前食過,感覺價錢與質素成正比,算ok,今次10個人只食了如下普通野 :大斑2味(埋單後睇成1,1xx),最貴之選扇具、尿蝦, 花甲、奄仔、聖子、加個菜同全流浮山最勁的鎮山之寶--食神炒燶飯,真係燶,唔係笑佢。味道不過不失,但價錢超貴,埋單4,5xx,成四舊半水一個人。絕對唔抵食同唔物超所值,可能呢排上得電視多,要俾廣告費,甘我地就要夾份俾。甘既價錢,下次唔會再黎,去三聖買海鮮多款新鮮又平d,容龍煮功可到叫真正的廚神級數,唔駛甘貴起碼有隻KFC龍蝦食。廚神...真的假不了,假的真不了
