茶記周圍都有,搵間好味既唔難,有特色既先最難,海傍陳記都算花左啲心思,搞左啲新意,裝修唔係話好靚但有啲特色諗住都係求其食個飯,餐牌好多選擇都超吸引都係地道港式茶餐廳精選,有機會要試晒佢未食飯先送上一碗湯,青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨,完全無味精,真材實料,好驚喜叉燒炒蛋飯,賣相一百分叉燒正常既,肉質唔錯但就唔太香同味道無乜特別,最想食既炒蛋有啲熟得濟,食上去有啲煎蛋角既feel佢有好靚咁淋個自製汁上去,個汁有啲類似鰻魚汁,但實在太甜,最大鑊係個飯,硬到一個點,本身滑蛋加汁加飯係好正既但依家。。我加左啲豉油落去中和下先好啲,整體又唔係真係食唔落但就唔太吸引唯有希望之後食其他野會好啲!臨走先聽到店員同其他人推介依度炒野唔錯#祝我下次好運#唔通我見到江若琳又話你知咩

黯然銷魂飯,周星馳電影《食神》中「食神最終大賽」所製作的菜餚。「黯然銷魂飯」其實是茶餐廳或烧味店中的「叉燒煎蛋飯」。要做到好吃,主要有四点:1. 蛋白全熟蛋黃全生的荷包蛋,2. 半肥瘦义燒,焦香味,肉要鬆軟腍滑3. 豉油带香兼少許甜蜜味4. 夠熱嘅「蝦仔飯」然后食時把蛋皇汁跟豉油混到熱騰騰香噴噴的白飯中,蛋香、豉油香和米香混成一様,完全满足你的口感。但今天出来真的差強人意,蛋皇小兼全熟,全無蛋汁。柴皮义烧,白飯由吾夠熱,真的吾知厨師想掂?無心厨子!

Grabbed quick light HK style snacks from here. They have both English and Chinese menu. 豉油煎腸粉炒蛋The rice roll is smooth with many eggs on the bottom with sufficient sauce.芝士豬扒包The pork is tender and bun is crunchy. The melted cheese make the bun more tasty.

呢閒茶餐廳之前剛剛開嘅時候已經好想寫但一直冇機會。今次就一次過寫。首先呢閒野老細應該係之前在堅尼地城開過一閒叫越清嘅越南餐廳,應該有八至十年前,超艱食,但當時堅尼地就只得一閒,有D杯碟還有越清logo. E加呢閒搬左過兩條街轉做港式茶餐廳。嗰日去食下午茶,叫左個餐蛋治。嚇Q死我😱!!! 麺包不但不新鮮,明顯係放左好內,又乾又硬。已經知道今次哪野,諗住只係食蛋同塊餐肉就走。塊餐肉頌恐怖,番煎,勁嘔心。杯檸茶D檸片薄到好似one dollar coin 咁。 其實開餐廳最緊要有良心,吾係只掛住控制成本,問下良心你會吾會煮呢D野比你自己家人食!不知所謂的茶餐廳!

really, really wanted to like this placethey say they fried the chicken leg to order (from raw)....but the food came a little too quickly for it to be believable. one bite... taste very very frozen, but temperature wise (fortunately), but taste-wise. the fish soup taste way too salty. not much fish tastesaving grace: they serve draft beer
