燒帶子皇 : 肉厚肥美, 帶子有康樂棋咁大, 味道鮮甜, 唯一美中不足係overcooked, 令個帶子
0既質感太老, 太多纖維, 如果生多兩成就perfect

汁燒白菌 : 味道一般, 雖然好大

燒栗米 : 真係好甜, 而且外面有bbq sauce, 真係好夾, 一讚 , 但是都好貴, $36一份

日本番薯 : 好好味, 不槐電視飲食節目0既推介

多春魚 : 雖然唔係大路choice, 但係都有驚喜, 香口皮脆


服務方面都唔錯, 一直不停添茶 同收碟, 一秒都唔會慢

雖然價錢唔平, 但係食物水準唔錯, 廚師技術幾好 都有欣賞價值, 下次都會想再去

燒芝士脆肉瓜:芝士味濃,配上清爽翠玉瓜,好!

汁燒白菌:誠意之作,由白色大大粒燒到金黃色,少些耐性也不能。

燒飯團:外面脆,帶有少少焦香,裡面熱騰騰,口感一流,配上紫菜來吃更好。


總括而言,食物質素高,師傅手功也不錯。但價錢頗高,加上大部份串燒均要叫最少兩串,人少時想多試些款式也不行哩!

I am not a fan of Japanese stove-side bbq, but recommended by my frd, I tried w/ some frds last nite!the environment is absolutely in the mood of japanese style, though the staff are all Honkees. They are nice n funny indeed as my frds n i are not familiarize with the food n ordering stuff, we questioned a lot, though that was a busy nite, they didnt hesitate our stupid questions. about the food, it gave me surprise that merely 'meat' can be made in such a different way. the food isnt mari

about the food, it gave me surprise that merely 'meat' can be made in such a different way. the food isnt marinated or what that can brring out the origianl freshness of the food. with the seasoning only, it turns out in many different styles.

I recommend that we should go with a gang of frds as we can try different types of food. dun order a stick of each but share!!

it's a good place to drink n chat for a nite, u will nvr be pressured to leave, agn, the staff are friendly and sometimes give sharing with the customers.

a nice n out of expectation nite, though it's kinda expensive that i wont go there heaps, will recommend n return sometimes!!!!

This famous shop with another outlet in Happy Valley was disappointing to say the least. Ordered many Yakitori/Kushiyaki skewers and all of them were below-average. Even though they only use electric grills here, in reality a lot of electric grill yakitoris can still have some chargrilled taste due to the fat dripping back onto the heater element and cooking the meat in its own fat/juice.1. Chicken with Negi - Chicken was dry, absolutely not chicken taste, no chargrilled taste, texture was tough

1. Chicken with Negi - Chicken was dry, absolutely not chicken taste, no chargrilled taste, texture was tough. The worst Yakitori I've had in Hong Kong by far in similar shops. 6/10.
2. Chicken Wings - Skin was not crispy and no taste, chicken inside had no taste. Very way off other Teba-saki's standards, which are usually hard to stuff up. It was like half steamed, half grilled. 3/10.
3. Beef With Spring Onion and Garlic- Beef was super thin, barely grilled and no chargrilled taste. Too raw as well. Problem = beef was so thin, but they didn't want to over cook it. SO IT HAD NO TASTE! 1/10
4. Chicken with Tobikko Sauce (crab roe which is not crab roe) - Sauce was not bad and resembles a bit of mayonnaise mixed with cream and the tobikko. Chicken once again, no taste at all, under grilled. 6/10
5. Beef Tongue - The best of the night. Some pieces were a bit tough whereas 2 pieces were tender. Seasoning a bit uneven however. At least this was slightly crisper on the edges and had some charred taste but not much at all. 7.5/10
6. Kurobuta Pork with Negi - Recommended by waitress but super ridiculously dry, NO KUROBUTA TASTE (compared to say Sake and Yakitori 醉燒亭 not far from here), yet no charred taste either. Rubbish for such an expensive stick. Super tough as well despite not being overcooked. 0/10
Probably had some other things but overall this shop is not recommended at all. Not even OK, but below average, especially considering each stick here is on average $22-4X, some even more, and most of them you have to order minimum of 2 sticks. *Note - some sticks at discretion of shop can be ordered individually.
醉燒亭 closer to Fortress Hill is much much cheaper and much tastier than here, despite there having worst comments for now - since they only opened for around 2-3 months, but its picking up and getting better than here by far.

1月29日(年初四)晚,因為要準備二月初的考試,所以又要去圖書館溫書,女友就依舊加完班來找我吃晚飯。年初四,未開市的食肆比開門營業的多,可以說選擇不算多,由於我們都想吃日本菜(因為中式食肆多數還未開市!),所以在天后區食肆林立的街道行了一會,決定來這間試試,因為我們都不是太肚餓。這裡的地方不是很大,而且很少客人,連我們在內也祇得兩、三檯客。看餐牌,串燒的種類的確很多,其他食物就寥寥可數。女友很快就決定點了蒜蓉牛肉串、燒鰻魚、燒東菇、煙肉三文魚,而我則再點XX雞肉串和一壺House Sake(熱)。點完食物後,侍應就端上一小碗雜錦蔬菜,有四份一個小椰菜、幾條紅蘿蔔和西芹等,我問侍應這碗是甚麼來的,他說是前菜的“雜菜沙律”。沒有醬汁和經過任何處理,祇是將未經調味的蔬菜整齊的放在碗上就叫做“雜菜沙律”,恕我見識淺薄,我倒是第一次見的,仲要原來價值二十元。說回串燒,第一輪來得有蒜蓉牛肉串和燒鰻魚,牛肉味濃且醃得入味,肉質鬆軟不韌,女友說牛肉可能經過梳打粉處理,我就不覺得;至於鰻魚,單看上面就沒有問題,但我拿起來準備吃的時候,就看見底部完全燒焦了,雖然鰻魚本身很肥美,味道不錯。此外,這兩客串燒吃

總括而言,串燒的質素與價錢不相乎,奉勸想來吃的朋友,可以選擇十點後的宵夜時段,價錢比較相宜,雖然款式並不多。

I went to Yakitorietei many times. Everytime i went there, i was really fully satisfied. The staff are very friendly and professional. The food is excellent but a bit salty. 睇到食評諗住唔錯, 所以嚟試, 結果令我大失所望。首先, 每樣串燒都要一定要叫兩串, 而每一串都起碼要成$20, 我唔明白點解佢唔可以叫一串, 咁一個人嚟食嘅話咪每款都一定要食兩串? 就算我地兩個人, 以同樣嘅價錢, 都唔可以試多一d款。佢燒嘅時候都係一條條燒啦, 都唔明對佢有咩損失。其實價錢都唔係一個問題, 只要好食嘅話, 之不過我叫咗幾款嘢食, 好似樣樣味道都係差唔多, 都係醃都一樣味, 得個鹹字。安格斯牛肉不怕靭, 不過略厭太熟, 因為睇到裡面熟晒, 只可惜食唔到香嘅牛肉味, 可能醃料味蓋咗。雞皮燒得太硬, 劍魚腩又太熟, 感覺好似食班腩咁。係得最後有一碟芥棘雞肉比較好, 味道有d唔同同埋雞肉唔怕’鞋’。好彩開頭叫咗每人六串嘢, 食完即刻走人, 每人都要埋單$190, 食唔飽去隔離食碗清湯腩依肚好過。

昨天晚上終于去了一直想去的燒鳥亭,結果卻是大失所望,同日本的同類店鋪比起來味道差得遠了。雞肉串燒不熟,帶子燒又太老,露筍煙肉也嚼不爛。店鋪裝修挺好,可惜只是徒有其表而已。

舊同事一早訂好位今晚同我到這裡晚餐慶祝舊曆生日. 我之前到過跑馬地的店, 今次來新的分店試下. 叫了之前未試過的安格斯牛肉, 鵝肝, 日本青椒仔, 雞泡魚乾, 粟米(其他如帶子, 大蝦, 海蝦, 雞軟骨, 牛肉剌身係例牌叫的菜式). 鵝肝同安格斯牛肉都係入口即溶化, 好正. 雞泡魚乾燒得好好味, 一點都不會覺得有腥味. 同埋青椒仔用來送酒真係一流. 粟米略甜. 其他保持水準好好味. 都係0個句, 如果不用每串都要最少叫兩串, 咁會好點. 有時想食少少, 但一諗到要叫兩串, 就放棄叫了.叫了一支720ml 玉乃光純米大吟嚷清酒, $480, 店子做緊特價, $384. 味道不錯.

之前去過跑馬地食過,非常好食,所以朋友話想食日本野,諗都唔諗就介紹比朋友。原來天后開左間新鋪,就試一試,地點ok,離mtr不遠。內裏裝修同跑馬地差不多,但比較寬敞。去到先黎一碟牛舌,嘩,勁正。之後食羊扒,露旬,牛柳,等,都非常出色。服務員會不斷為你換碟,添茶,服務周到。雖然3個女仔食了十幾串串燒,但已經非常滿足...

Must recommend their chicken wings, although it takes 20 or more minutes to make, it's worth the wait, it's roasted so crispy that I could have sworn it was deep fried if I didn't see the chef grilling them. As for the Wagyu beef, I would say the quality is mediocre and no real need to try... comes out to approx $500 per person sake and beer included. New Shop there so went to give it a try.

好開心的晚餐.我跟兩個朋友點了鵝肝、白鱔、安格斯牛肉、牛舌、鴨舌、雞軟骨、雞翼、茄子、蕃薯、冬菇、鵪鶉蛋、燒飯團。全部都非常好吃!而我最喜歡那個白鱔,皮脆肉香!!其次鵝肝、安格斯牛肉、牛舌及雞翼的水準都非常高!真是物有所值!!!

在上星六晚上,我的好友同我補祝生日,帶我到這裏食了一餐好開心的晚餐!我們點了牛舌、雞軟骨、雞翼、羊扒等。好好味呢!好滿足!不過,要小心一點是,舖內地面很濕滑,要慢慢行。我見不論顧客和那店的員工都行得很辛苦。一定要拖住來行,否則跌倒就大件事啦!
