這家小店菊月町,在觀塘搬到牛頭角附近,店更大更精美,非常日風,主打鐵板燒跟師傅發板不過今晚我不餓,隨便點幾個主菜就算了菊刺身$338.0有漂亮的海膽,牡丹蝦,金目鯛,蟹🦀️柳,拖羅,油甘魚全都爽口彈牙,當中尤以拖羅最鮮美,金目鯛最爽口!社長丼$338.0在這美麗的丼內竟然有赤貝跟大拖羅,另外還有超重口味的秋刀魚,醋飯入口開胃,不錯杜洛克(西班牙)豬肉眼$248.0炸豬扒也可以那麼高質?這豬扒厚實帶層次感,有肉汁,配碎芝麻跟甜醬特別開胃不然他他醬也是相當不錯,甜中帶酸很解膩菊月町 (觀塘)觀塘鴻圖道23號利登中心地下1號舖

上呢間堂食,第一印象就係「地道」!🍣🔥🤤座位舒服,感覺得出主理人心思。一開始嘅前菜牛油果醬豆腐,清新得嚟又有層次感,食落去嘅時候,牛油果嘅濃郁同豆腐嘅滑嫩簡直完美夾擊。再講講啲左口魚,魚本身夠新鮮,有咁微妙嘅炙燒香,完全唔使多嘢,簡單清清地夠晒味!八爪魚就真係夠晒彈牙,仲有柚子醋提味,呢啲新鮮食材真係只需要啲簡單處理。跟住,個金目鯛配蛋黃醬嘅配搭就真係意想不到,蛋香撲鼻,金目鯛嘅魚味得到好好嘅提升。至於個拖羅海膽配魚子醬,感覺好像海嘅皇帝嗰陣豪華,食落真係开心到笑咗出嚟!尾聲嘅和牛薄燒,我都喊出嚟好味嘅!個師傅燒到啱啱好,咁軟嫩嘅質感,匙羹都過多。試試餐廳真係有味道又有心思,下次同屋企人一齊黎,想俾佢哋都試下咁正嘅料理!

I recently visited this nice Japanese restaurant with my colleague for farewell and had an overall great experience. The food, especially the sushi, was fresh and delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the sea urchin which had no strange smell. However, there was a bit of a mix-up with one of my colleague's orders. She had ordered sablefish but was given unagi instead. The restaurant quickly corrected the mistake and gave her the unagi dish, as well as the sablefish dish free of charge. We appreciated the restaurant's prompt response to the issue and their willingness to make things right. Overall, we had a great dining experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

朋友介紹呢間小店,見裝修普普通通,點知原來名店嚟,午市都有唔少人book位,好彩我地早去,坐低一陣已經full晒~我叫咗豐洲魚生飯,係師父每揀當季3款刺身放落去,職員話依家季節嘅都係白身魚。除咗吞拿魚,另外兩款我都唔知叫咩名。吞拿魚幾香,我不嬲麻麻吞拿魚都覺得ok,另外兩款魚幾有口感。啲飯係醋飯,仲有啲芝麻個啲撈咗落去,啲飯幾好食,好特別~overall中上,魚生份量都足,我會比正評佢!朋友食嘅壽司set有好多唔同款,佢話都幾好食~

今晚同朋友兩個人book咗食鐵板燒。記得一年前左右,嚟過呢間食omakase, 當時感覺好好,無論lunch 同dinner 都好多人,食物質素好好,夜晚還同其他食客飲酒傾偈,好有日本居酒屋feel。今日星期五晚,居然全間餐廳只有我同朋友兩人。內心已經心感不妙,又見到今次嘅師傅好似全部轉晒,心想是否餐廳是否易手了。我哋今次選擇食鐵板燒,價錢沒有點變,但食品的質量好似下降了很多。牛肉五成熟,但係就好硬。總之感覺整體上食品的質素已經下降。還有職員都不是太helpful, 我問有什麼sake介紹,佢就話好睇𠆤人口味,以前出名的「-刀兩斷」又無再入貨,連送酒的枝豆同雞泡魚乾都話無。我諗我都應該不會再再去,價錢同食物不太配。
