拿著一大袋大福曲奇餅還是在太古廣場坐巴巴較方便,反正一場來到不如又去great 超市逛逛,看看有什麼好吃的! 左轉右轉的發現華麗園有個counter在此,正合想買甜年糕的心意,價錢雖不便宜但老字號有信心嘛,最重要是不用跟太多人一起迫!! 各款糕點有實物供客人作選擇,選定後先告訴阿姐想買的款式,拿著付款單到收銀處付款才拿貨。除了必買傳統黃糖椰汁年糕,還有大人喜歡的杏仁椰汁年糕,燕窩款式還是自家燉來吃更滿足,兩款年糕均以印製精美紙盒包好,再以印有花朵的膠袋盛載,用作送禮也夠看頭的。不用打開精美紙盒,清甜椰香已不住從盒裡滲出,好香!黃糖椰汁年糕應較受歡迎,流量較快因而整個年糕較柔軟;煎好的兩款年糕同樣柔軟, 椰香慢慢從黏軟糕身中滲出,比傳統純黃糖的多一重香味,味道較香濃及傳統,甜度適中的相當好吃。杏仁椰汁年糕整個雪得較硬身,絕對可以當武器。杏仁椰汁較清怡沒黃糖版本那麼濃郁,年糕本身其實跟椰汁年糕一樣,所謂杏仁並不是以杏汁加進年糕裡,只是在面層灑了一層杏仁碎,煎香後杏仁變成脆脆的為黏軟年糕加了脆口感覺,杏香並沒有因而更為濃重。個人較喜歡黃糖那款多一點,除了真的如傳統年糕味道,那種淡淡椰香也是吸引處;盒上寫了煎年糕最佳方法是加枚雞蛋同煎,首次只直接煎香,年糕非常軟糯的黏成一團,像太極圖案的模樣非常有趣;第二次加了雞蛋,的確沒那麼黏也多了點蛋香,只是沒有蛋的更對個人口味。阿姐一人兼顧煎糕及賣糕,單單應付試食及詢問的客人也夠她去忙,百忙中仍不忘提醒杏仁年糕面層舖有杏仁碎,以防客人對其食物敏感,細心!懶惰的客人不想拿著大袋曲奇去付款,打算將曲奇放在桌上減輕負擔,阿姐也細心的把我的曲奇收好,離開前又提醒:"記得拎袋餅呀!",服務分增加。

近中秋了, 公司人人有月餅之餘, 客戶送來的月餅, 也搞到我地日日公司既tea time, 都在月餅既陰霾下渡過. 不要說得這麼慚, 因為當中都有好野. 靚野食. 只是過節正日, 兩邊的家遞上月餅, 都令我感覺怕怕, 這是在公司天天吃月1餅的後遺症.公司月餅當中, 最吸引我的一就是這個華麗園的奶黃月餅. 拍照前, 已經急不及待的咬了一口, 所以圖中的月餅, 已經有牙齒印....奶黃同咸蛋黃混為一體的. 味道香濃, 而且那濃香的奶, 黃, 咸蛋的, 勝過哂之前食過的任何奶皇包等等奶皇餡的食物. 香口, 甜美.....一小隻....齒留香....可以稱得上是華麗的月餅

This place sells traditional Chinese festival food such as New Year cakes and Mooncakes, however that was not what I came for!!!!I wouldn’t usually notice these traditional Chinese shops if it wasn’t for the MACARONS!!!!They were brightly coloured macarons besides the mooncakes, how could I not stop by?!!Some of them had two colours, the blueberry was made up of a pink half and a lilac half.Not items you would expect to see in a traditional Chinese shop!As well as macarons they also sell cookies to keep in the trend, not sure if both of these products are made by WahLaYuen.Apart from shopping there, a lot of supermarkets such as Citysuper and Taste sell their stuff too.Found out they have coconut flavoured New Year’s cake 椰汁年糕 even though it is a bit early now to be thinking about it.Back to the MACARONS, I was drawn to the green one, which was apple instead of the commonly found pistachio. I wasn’t going to get the raspberry one but it looked nice made of two halves of different colour same as the raspberry.It costs $13 for one and $65 for a box of five.I ended up getting the apple and it was quite nice. 月餅展銷會, 試吃了奶黃, 覺得唔夠香又唔夠滑, 很乾杏汁蓮蓉又完全吃不到有杏汁味..五仁又帶點酸..怪怪的..最後選了2款較好吃的:單個賣 $50....其實都幾貴..1. 棗蓉雙黃白蓮蓉月餅 @188g (e.23/9/11)蓮蓉 (砂糖, 蓮子, 花生油, 水),咸蛋黃, 小麥麵粉, 糖漿(砂糖, 水, 檸檬, 酸度調節劑{檸檬酸}),紅棗, 花生油, 食用鹼水(酸度調節劑{碳酸鈉, 碳酸鉀}, 蛋)看成份, 仍是以蓮蓉為主要食材, 所以棗蓉吃落紅棗味不夠濃..幸而不會油光泛泛, 更不會過甜..咸蛋黃雖有兩顆, 但大細不一, 且分佈不平均..分成4角, 竟然有1角完全沒有蛋黃..蛋黃質素尚算ok, 有油水..若然棗蓉份量多些會更好..唉...暫時還未在坊間找到美味的棗蓉月餅2. 椰汁雙黃白蓮蓉月 @188g (e. 23/9/11)蓮蓉 (砂糖, 蓮子, 花生油, 水),咸蛋黃, 小麥麵粉, 糖漿(砂糖, 水, 檸檬, 酸度調節劑{檸檬酸}),椰汁, 花生油, 食用鹼水(酸度調節劑{碳酸鈉, 碳酸鉀}, 蛋)不知是以放在雪櫃的原故, 蛋黃很實..一點油粉也沒有..而且跟紅棗蓉月餅一樣, 雙黃分佈不平均,其中一個蛋黃側在一角落, 弄得另外一角全是蓮蓉..雪凍了的蓮蓉, 很滑不算膩...椰汁味竟然比在展銷會試吃時淡了很多..吃了2款, 看來"華麗園" 3個字可在明年的月餅名單中刪除..坊間應該有其他更好的選擇..

虎去兔來,新春伊始。在這喜氣洋洋的日子,先向大家拜個年,恭祝大家新年愉快,事事稱心!自從去年買了「華麗園」的「黃糖椰汁年糕」回家吃之後,覺得質素的確不錯,決定今年再接再厲,特地到「華麗園」的銅鑼灣門市再買一底小的「黃糖椰汁年糕」回家在過年期間享用。雖然香港物價愈來愈貴,幸好「華麗園」沒有調整價格,今年的小「黃糖椰汁年糕」跟去年一樣,仍是賣$75。「華麗園」的年糕是有水準的,糕中帶著椰汁的香味,甜度適中,而且不太黏牙,這香甜軟糯的椰汁年糕,確是過年時的佳品之一呢!
