我無同佢嘈,返公司食完個粉絲,一打開杯飲品,發現唔係蓮花薑茶,只係普通中國茶,即時火都嚟埋!!!

個收銀明知有外賣紙,自己唔攞嚟睇,引導客人點個貴D嘅Menu,俾人發之後又講埋D唔合理嘅理由!!!

所以我一定要公諸天下,大家考慮清楚先好去呢間野!!!!!!!

係灣仔區返工,餐廳選擇好似好多,但唔係太貴,就係太逼、太污糟、太快趕人走,或者服務差同唔好食。香茅豬扒撈檬 ($53) – 賣相吸引,香茅豬扒入味香口、配菜新鮮爽口、檬粉加醬汁超好味﹗泰式香葉肉碎太陽蛋飯($54) – 賣相味道ok,惹味又香口,惜份量少﹗無骨海南雞飯 ($58)– 份量少,雞得3-4件,味道一般;飯ok,有油香。人手唔夠,所以服務超差,要舉手叫人落單,然後不斷追call,但餐廳竟收10%服務費﹗

去會展睇展覽之前想揾食,經過謝斐道見這間店之前無食過所以就去食吓我要左個炒飯(好似係蝦醬炒飯)上面個兩件好似台灣腸,味道唔,個飯炒得乾身,而且好足料男友要左個乾炒河味道唔錯,但略為普通反而我要既龍眼冰就有驚喜,味道清甜,而且仲有好多龍眼,正總括嚟講,這間越式飯店的食品雖然唔係好有特色,但味道又唔錯,都可以一試架

這間店僦論食物誠信都太差1-食物太鹹2-飲品太甜3-服務態度差勁4-誠信好大問題話說四人叫了四個午餐和兩熱兩凍餐飲,食物味道唔得,太鹹,飲品太甜,咁都算,到找數check單時發現佢收了四杯野飲錢,起初以為佢忙中有亂計錯數,咁我就話佢知啦,點知佢話野飲要收錢,但我地四人明明都記得話跟餐送飲品,咁我就取個menus睇,睇咗整個menus都話送並無話另需收費,咁咪再同個伙計理論,點知佢態度變晒,話佢地餐飲凍飲要收錢,熱飲不需要,但我地兩凍兩熱飲都收咗我地錢,點知佢就走開咗逃避我地的追問,最後我地主動找另一位伙計跟進佢才減番野飲錢,從佢地所講和他們的態度,好明顯是想昆我地,太差勁了,大家自己睇下幫唔幫親這店!!!

My family(2 adults 2 kids) had dinner here. We ordered a "二人餐". it included salad, 2 noodles, snack, 2 drinks, dessert.and we add 1 more beef red rice. Originally we intended to order more if that's not enough. But the dishes are so big, we ended up dont need to order more.All taste very good and my kids and wife like the food tooThe set is $218 and I think it worths.

這是某星期與同事相約食lunch,隨便地在公司附近找了間餐廳,就是這間越南野.....我相信我以後不會再來.....原因有二,第一,我比48蚊,起碼個份量大少少吧,我都明白在灣仔一帶鋪租貴,所以食物貴是正常的,不過份量太少了,個碗扎肉得個薄薄的4片,記得早前sogo大減價,48蚊可以買到兩大條了,而且仲有找 ,所以覺得超級唔抵!第二,味道很普通,沒有什麼特別,如果味道非常好,我是不介意比48蚊吃的~所以我下次不會再來了~可能附近太多office,而食店又少,根據supple and demand的theory,所以即使貴也有很多人吃~~扎肉河,這碗是我叫的,個碗勁大,但實質份量是超少,真係無聊.....用咁大碗,以為呃消費者,就收你50蚊這個小食是加$15換的,計我話,$50應該包一個小食就差不多三色冰呢杯野都很普通,沒什麼特別~事前沒有openrice過,打算寫食評時,發覺原來是劣評的,下次還是openrice先了....

This Vietnamese restaurant opened in the summer of 2011, six months on I decided to give it a visit.

There was nothing interesting on the menu, which was why I never tried it.

However when I walked past, the green curry looked good, so I stopped by for a takeaway at their takeaway section.
There was a reasonably long queue, about four people ahead, so after glancing at the food options I went to back of the queue and could not see the operations going on at the counter.

When I was second in the queue, I saw a woman behind the counter wearing an apron, right hand not in gloves, and the left hand wearing thin rubber gloves.
The customer in front ordered chicken, which was hygienically covered in cling film, so the woman unwrapped the cling film and used the gloved hand to put the chicken in the takeaway box, which was perfectly fine.

However when the customer paid, she handled the notes in the same hand that she just used for the chicken!

Anyway, since I was going order the pork chop, I did not think it required her hand to touch the pork chop directly, I assumed there would be food tongs.

But to my horror she used her gloved hand (the hand that just handled the money with) to pick up the pork chop and chicken wings and put it in my takeaway box.

Just imagine if the $50 note I paid with was previously owned by someone who wipes their butt with money, then the poor bugger after me would be eating food that may be contaminated because she touches the money with her gloved hand and then touches the food directly when she serves the next customer!

I also noticed that, the cashier system was just like the wet market in Hong Kong, she did not put the money into the till, but she put it in the pocket of her apron, so every time the customer pays she would fumble with the money and change from her apron.

Anyway, to conclude, the people in front must have seen her handling the money and food directly with the same hand and were ok with it, and if I got food poisoning, the people in front of me and behind me must have got it too.

I think I must lower my hygiene standards for foods in Hong Kong or the general public should upgrade their knowledge on hygiene, OR neither case in Hong Kong because it’s a case of take it or leave it.

It also amazes me that in the summer shops will put chocolate and confectionery products on shelves which are in direct sunlight or near the door with temperatures that can reach mid-thirties where it will melt or go off!

Since I had already lost my appetite by their lovely hygiene, the raw chicken wings were not that shocking!
Overall it tasted OK, the MSG was strong.

The only improvement required is better hygiene standards.

以往星期一至五的午飯可算是全無選擇!只得星期六會行遠一點到灣仔區搵食.離開了金鐘這開飯鬼地方已大半年,已甚少在灣仔出現.今天行過才發現這裡開了家越南菜館.裝修格局的佈置是不錯!但所有餐具水杯也是用上塑膠,感覺變得很格格不入.餐牌上的價錢並不嚇人.點了個二人套餐再多一客小食,打算先試大路的食物有信心後才打算組局掃餐牌.蕃茄牛腩湯河----落單變後不用五分鐘便上檯,眼見份量是頗大的,留意到湯底的顏色甚淡...果然喝下去蕃茄味薄弱連調味亦是偏淡,牛腩咬下質感是鬆散吃得一口是渣!河粉的表現亦欠佳,嚡身不滑溜彈性欠奉.越式炒飯----飯是炒得乾身少油吃起來是不錯,錯的是炒飯配料!除了切絲的扎肉是沒問題外,其中有大量炒不熟吃起來還是生的洋葱在內.這些粗嚡的雞肉纖維真是吃不消.炒飯炒得蛋還蛋飯還飯,還要蛋是老得如硬塊!牙車快----調味做得不錯,椰菜及海蜇比例是略少,但柴皮雞肉及甘荀的份量卻甚多.牛油雞翼----上檯是嗅到很香的蒜茸味,雞中翼用上了細碼不緊要做得好吃便可.但這裡的雞翼不知沾了什麽粉來炸,炸得外皮硬身又韌!中間的肉質不嫩滑之餘更不入味.青檸梳打----糖水下得不夠,梳打水又不夠汽...

青檸梳打----糖水下得不夠,梳打水又不夠汽....這究竟想怎樣?

食物出品需然不濟但侍應的服務水平是出手意料的高.場內的抽氣通風認真麻麻,坐了一半客人不到而且也不見有什麽煲仔或鐵板出現,但離開時身上卻帶著油煙味.
在入座時看到餐牌上食物的價錢還覺得合理,到離座的感覺卻是付了餐廳價錢吃的是food court快餐式食物.

This is a nice modern Vietnamese cafe, serving a limited menu (particularly heavy on Pho and noodles). I've visited there twice, once with friends and once for a bowl of Pho on my own. I enjoyed both of my visits. The food was quite good (not fine cuisine, but better than most places in Wanchai), and the service was quick and attentive. Atmosphere: Modern, light and airy.
Staff: Friendly, welcoming and helpful. The waitress offered (unsolicited) advice on how to use various Vietnamese sauces with the food.
Service: Quick enough to make this a good option when in a hurry. Not so quick that I felt at all rushed.
Food: Very good. My bowl of Pho with chicken was flavorful and pleasantly spiced. A grilled beef salad was light and tasty. Vermicelli with grilled chicken was the unexpected star -- the chicken had a wonderful fresh-grilled flavor.

As the place is quite new, they don't yet have their liquor license. So it's BYO beer or wine, for the time being.

聽人說這間越南菜食過好食,咁就出尼試下la,不過一去到見到好多返工既人排隊,好彩我地一早有人霸位.入到去覺得少少迫,不過都系食野先.我就叫左個燒雞粉.個雞刀有少少燒出尼既味同埋香料味,不過就吾系太熱,而且肉質普通.而且d蔥蒜雖然多,但係食落個粉都好淡.所以我就落酸辣汁,酸酸咪咪加埋菜好清新,不過略嫌不夠辣野伕要了紅莓汁,又係酸酸甜甜,好飲.加15蚊可以有一個素春卷,好脆,但入面d菜無乜味但係食完一D都無成口油.最後加多一個甜品,南瓜栗子布甸,賣相好靚,係有一片南瓜包住塊南瓜吾算太甜,而且栗子的甜係一絲絲的,好自然的.只嫌佢不夠滑.食完最大感覺,係每一樣都較淡,較自然

最後加多一個甜品,南瓜栗子布甸,賣相好靚,係有一片南瓜包住
塊南瓜吾算太甜,而且栗子的甜係一絲絲的,好自然的.
只嫌佢不夠滑.

食完最大感覺,係每一樣都較淡,較自然

今日比人放飛機,見依間野面門靚靚地又要係新野~~仲咁貼心有個外賣專櫃就試下啦~個肥staff都幾有禮又好似幾熱情咁~外賣要左個無骨海南雞飯+三色冰 =58蚊 拎番公司,打開睇睇,係用兩個生果盒裝住,一個係裝飯,一個裝雞,加一杯三色冰0個份雞件..份量少唔緊要...d雞係好明顯地用手撕落黎...所以被分屍得唔齊口,d皮又條條fing咁...一pat野放埋一齊...望落去好多一pat pat既雞皮係面咁lor......食落口d雞肉仲要好鞋口.....真係估佢唔到.....雞件有d一撕撕,一d一整舊....咁.....仲要有一件係有骨的....好彩個汁辣辣地可以令我的hard feeling有少少安慰...至於0個份咁既油飯,食落去唔香唔緊要....比d熟既飯我食就得架啦.....d 米係生生地lor....食得我粒粒皆辛苦>.< 最後,我杯三色泳,味道本是okay的,唔太甜...不過大半杯是冰,飲完都有大半杯冰.....仲要裡面的黃豆嗎?(馬豆糕0個d) 好生硬lor>.....<....食完依個都仲un胃.........我係灣仔工作三年幾啦.....貴

0個份雞件..份量少唔緊要...d雞係好明顯地用手撕落黎...所以被分屍得唔齊口,d皮又條條fing咁...一pat野放埋一齊...望落去好多一pat pat既雞皮係面咁lor......食落口d雞肉仲要好鞋口.....真係估佢唔到.....雞件有d一撕撕,一d一整舊....咁.....仲要有一件係有骨的....好彩個汁辣辣地可以令我的hard feeling有少少安慰...

至於0個份咁既油飯,食落去唔香唔緊要....比d熟既飯我食就得架啦.....d 米係生生地lor....食得我粒粒皆辛苦>.<

最後,我杯三色泳,味道本是okay的,唔太甜...不過大半杯是冰,飲完都有大半杯冰.....仲要裡面的黃豆嗎?(馬豆糕0個d) 好生硬lor>.....<....食完依個都仲un胃.........

我係灣仔工作三年幾啦.....貴又食....平又食.......要求只是價錢同味道合比例...咁就okay.....一食到d咁唔掂既野....就真係忍唔住lor>....<xyz........%*#
說真的,灣仔lunch咁多人~的確係唔休做...不過咁樣長此下去....唔改善下.....真係唔掂wor.............

平時都唔願打食評, 但呢間真係好差好差..lunch D食物來得好慢! 等左半個多小時來到的香茅牛肉撈檬 十分難食!牛肉硬到咬到我牙痛...成碗面又冇咩味...一定唔會再去!!

公司對面開左間新既越南野食,新開張係多d人等位,趁d老細出trip,放假,同事可以早少少落去攞位.柑桔蜜:淡而無honey味.海鮮炒金邊粉:色-賣相唔錯,香-唔係好覺,味-唔夠味.香茅豬扒撈檬:麻麻地,張枱無醋要問佢攞,俾得果一碗俾兩個人,邊夠啊,再問佢攞,都係俾多碗,勉強夠.燒雞撈檬:賣相唔吸引之餘,味道都係偏淡.拎左兩舊唔熟既雞肉俾話得事既人睇,佢:哦,唔熟,幫你掉左佢.(好快行左去)之後話;我會處理.隔左10分鐘問佢.佢:宜家整緊,一陣會俾番一舊你.隔無耐果舊雞肉到步,果然係一舊,唔俾多但俾少,明明俾左兩舊佢喎,as a result都係唔熟.

燒雞撈檬:賣相唔吸引之餘,味道都係偏淡.

拎左兩舊唔熟既雞肉俾話得事既人睇,
佢:哦,唔熟,幫你掉左佢.(好快行左去)
之後話;我會處理.
隔左10分鐘問佢.
佢:宜家整緊,一陣會俾番一舊你.
隔無耐果舊雞肉到步,果然係一舊,唔俾多但俾少,明明俾左兩舊佢喎,as a result都係唔熟.

公司附近新開了一間越南餐廳,裝潢挺光猛。午市套餐二十餘款,還算不少。簡單試了生牛肉河一碗,味道確係唔錯,牛肉味道既嫩且味濃,湯底甜甜地,調味佳。單以食物來算,屬可encore之選,但未知是否開業時間太短的緣固,樓面人手嚴重不足,登記帶位點菜上菜過程混亂,單是一碗生牛肉河已要催五六次,最後竟要多過半小時才有得吃,實在有點離普!餐飲點了青檸梳打,結果來了檸檬梳打,還是算了吧,否則不知等到何時?!

!餐飲點了青檸梳打,結果來了檸檬梳打,還是算了吧,否則不知等到何時
