望住餐牌,諗完一輪,都決定唔到食咩,於是揀左2人餐,唔使煩呀嘛。京都二人前前菜 茄子和麻辣牛舌,正常發揮蟹籽沙律 爽甜刺身 新鮮,無雪味。三文魚肉厚,帶子鮮甜安格斯西冷牛扒牛味唔特別濃郁,無筋,有油香,味道ok.鹽燒三文魚腩魚鮫售罄了,所以揀左魚腩。可惜油脂太多,比較油膩,魚質算滑什錦海鮮味噌湯味道唔算鹹,有夠鮮味。材料有蟹柳,蜆肉,沒有偷工減料,好喝。另加了燒明太子食落非常鹹,就算連青瓜一齊食,都仲係好鹹。意見反映左俾廚師,應該下次會有改進。

味道唔算鹹,有夠鮮味。材料有蟹柳,蜆肉,沒有偷工減料,好喝。

Good quality ok. 但遲15 分鐘來的客人,可以先吃。店員解釋師傅要等埋同一set 一齊做。我碰巧是另一set, 並要呆等30分鐘。很有問題,極不合理,不推薦。

都算係咁啦….

朋友叫了牛肉拉麵
來了一碗中式清湯腩!
食得,無難食
不過唔日式… 仲要百幾蚊…

做野去開美孚,本來都以為冇咩好食, 見到一間食日式野嘅餐廳,於是走入去試下叫左個鰻魚飯,燒牛舌鰻魚飯份量夠大,D鰻魚真係有入口即溶的感覺, 而且燒得好香, 性價比真係好高牛舌有咬口,加少少檸檬汁,好好食,估唔到係住宅區都可以搵到一間好食嘅日式小店下次一定叫多D人黎一齊食,試多D唔同野食

Last review, I made a critique on its service, on the attitude of workers and the lack of service on changing seats(at least from what I remembered, though now that I think, the latter could be justifiable).
What I really want to say is this has dramatically improved since my last visit, which has prompted me to write this review.

Firstly, as I enter the restaurant, the staff tells me they need to pack a table up, and asks us to wait. In which they do pack it swiftly, as we were inside faster than you could respond to a WhatsApp message.

Before I took my seat, I made a slight arrangement in flipping my seat to the one towards the more comfortable sofa, for which they agreed. AN EXCELLENT IMPROVEMENT to the suggestion of not being able to change seats last time. I also looked up at the ceiling, and found myself in the best seat with no aircon above me. ANOTHER small detail I pointed out during my last review. They really listened.

After ordering my meal, they served us tea, which is warm and refreshing, pleasant to thy senses, before quickly serving the 5u5h1 we ordered.

This 5u5hi looks like normal 5u5hi, however, that's what they want you to think. In fact, they are very great taste and appetiser. The salmon gives a firm taste, like normal, but the other one gives off a savory Berry-like taste of march. An extraordinary taste of spring, unseen by me till my first bite. Refreshing sense to the cold winds of winter.

Next came the udon, a splendid dish with emphasised taste of the seas. The udon came like a fish soup, and in it are pieces of shrimp, clam, and crab. The use of sodium emphasises such taste in the sense it gives off a sense of warm rain of April. This is coupled with the vegetables inside them, infused with the taste of the youth of plants, and the warm radiance of the sun. I'd give it a 6 star if open rice allows it

This is the salad which I order. The top is laced with salmon roe and mayonnaise with crab meat and cucumber in the bottom. Now normally, I don't add mayonnaise into salads, being traumatised by many western salads ruining their refreshing taste with this sauce, but this salad is not meant to be much of a refreshment, but more of a starter dish to warm up. This means adding mayonnaise will actually help it achieve its purpose of beign a dish that raises the sensation of eating, and I, sure do feel that as my tongue slithers across pieces of cucumber and crab meat. Chomping down on it, my teeth easily bites through the slices with satisfaction as pieces cut off perfectly as if the sharpest blade is cutting through soft clay.

Last came the sashimi. This dish contains salmon, squid, and shrimp. The salmon is firm, but easy to break into chunks, the squid gives off a really tense, that you have to chew and ground it before you can swallow. Now this is actually great as the squid releases taste of seas into the mouth like refreshing gums from the department store. The shrimp is large and quite taste, with a refreshing taste given off as soon as it enters the mouth.

The steamed egg tastes quite smoothly, with the occasional mashed crab and mushrooms mixed into it for enhanced taste of the freshness. However, I did find a lotus seed in the bottom of the egg, which I am not sure if it's meant to be.
None the less, the egg tastes quite well.

Then, the cold noodle arrive:

I remember tasting this type of dish in the school cafeteria, but never think too much of it as it just seems like any raw noodles to me. However, in this type of high quality restaurant, even raw noodles can be made well. I first tasted the noodles, it's refreshing taste get drawn into and around my mouth. As I crunch into the noodles, the strands break with the slightest of touch, something I really enjoy and is really satisfied about. I will continue to enjoy this dish for its satisfying taste.

However, after tasting the cold noodles, I felt cold and asked if I could change to a seat not directly underneath the aircon. Eyeing an empty seat in the corner, I asked for that seat. But, the service people said no, saying that it is hard to change the seat order. So, I asked for them to switch off the aircon directly above me, to which they also rejected the idea of. This is a bit of a frustration.

The sushi display is quite well, wihh only the shrimp out of place in this shot. The seafood on the sushi was very fresh, conveying some of its ocean taste in the firm meat. The smoked salmon sushi was quite interesting, with the meat breaking apart in the mouth and carrying the taste of the salmon and the egg inside of it.
One thing I would Reconmend is to not use wasabi for the sushi as it can block the taste of the seafood

This is undoubtedly my favourite dish, the display is done perfectly, with each element sorted into a nice array. The salmon and the octopus was very firm, enforcing the taste of the seven seas in them. The crab roesatisfyingly clicks in the teeth of mouth, giving a bubble pop sound. It was so long ago that I had tasted roe this good, which says a lot about my eating habits. The egg was firm, and steady, bringing with it a very large egg taste. The shrimp gives a sense of crunching satisfaction as the protein fibers break in the mouth. My favourite part, the sea Urchin, surfs the saliva of my mouth, leaving a taste of the ocean circulating before it is enhanced by the other seafood.

Again, do not eat the food with the wasabi, it will ruin the taste.

One thing I would say though is the wasabi in the store, it is Fake. Which is basically what you see in most stores now, such a bit of a disappointment, but I won't complain for the good price tag.

Overall, this place offers, much in the way of taste, being more than worth the price tag you pay for it. However, there are some improvements need to be made about its service, and wasabi.

與舊同事吃完半自助午餐、下午茶餐,再約相識多年的好友晚餐。她選了在美孚的這家小店,吃日本料理,我們點了份二人前套餐。由於之前已經吃了很多,不太肚餓,所以份量都夠吃。套餐包括:蟹子沙律(忘記拍照):正常但少醬汁,尚可。東京時令四點刺身:這個不錯,有赤貝、三文魚、油甘魚和甜蝦,刺身算厚切,鮮甜。手握寿司四件:有吞拿魚、三文魚腩、帆立貝和飛魚子寿司,不錯。鹽燒三文魚鮫:這個夠味,燒得挺香,魚油較滑。牛肉他他燒併洋蔥漬:這個尚可。大蝦雜錦天婦羅:這個不錯,份量足,有兩隻大蝦和一些蔬菜。熱蕎麥麵:這個也好,但湯底味道可以稍調淡些,蕎麥麵滑。水果:哈蜜瓜(當然不會期望是日本水果)爽甜,還切好一塊塊用牙簽吃很方便。總體很滿意,價錢也算可以。

天婦羅炸得岩岩好、炸粉唔會太厚~
紫蘇葉好薄好脆、紫蘇葉獨有嘅味道炸完之後冇咁濃烈、唔鍾意佢陣味嘅人都會鍾意食!菇味好濃好好吃🍄 蕃薯好甜🍠 天婦羅蝦🍤、南瓜、茄子🍆亦都很好吃😋

今日心情麻麻,放工決定一個人去食餐好嘅,入到嚟美孚呢間日本餐廳,雖則見到餐牌啲價錢唔係好平,但係心情唔好,價錢都唔係好care喇!我點左佢嘅天婦羅刺身定食,等咗一陣,天婦羅刺身就上枱,我記得人哋話食三文魚有Omega 3, 食咗會有開心嘅感覺,於是我二話不說嗱嗱聲吞咗三塊三文魚先,三文魚腩超級新鮮!食埋兩粒帶子,係好新鮮嘅味道啊,我覺得佢新鮮嘅程度拍得住出面五星級酒店。跟住天婦羅同埋飯都上枱啦,都好食的,不過刺身比較出色。食完呢餐,成個人心情好返晒,埋單接近$200,其實食lunch set會抵啲!

我點左佢嘅天婦羅刺身定食,等咗一陣,天婦羅刺身就上枱,我記得人哋話食三文魚有Omega 3, 食咗會有開心嘅感覺,於是我二話不說嗱嗱聲吞咗三塊三文魚先,三文魚腩超級新鮮!食埋兩粒帶子,係好新鮮嘅味道啊,我覺得佢新鮮嘅程度拍得住出面五星級酒店。

跟住天婦羅同埋飯都上枱啦,都好食的,不過刺身比較出色。食完呢餐,成個人心情好返晒,埋單接近$200,其實食lunch set會抵啲!

喺美孚做嘢,午餐揀咗賀喜,都食過幾次,食材都幾高質。揀咗個壽司定食加烏冬,跟餐有埋蒸蛋啲壽司幾新鮮,總共有七件,帶子都幾大隻😋蒸蛋面頭有黑松露,好香,啲蛋好滑!

係店內只係食咗一粒糖, 都可以畀店員教訓一番,佢語氣好差咁講:「已經冇加你一,你仲帶嘢入嚟食, 你知唔知規矩㗎。」 真係o曬嘴, 活到幾十歲,先遇到咁嘅服務態度。拉麵湯底完全唔掂…… 服務態度完全唔掂…… 你間舖頭價錢又唔係平,但係冇諗到,服務又差,食物又差。

這店食品質素可以下降,不像以前那麼好食。金姑牛肉卷份量比以往細了非常多,只用一小碗盛載住,如不改善會走了很多老顧客!請保持以住品質,不要領長期客失望。天富羅亦需改善
