鬼金棒係香港都開左好多間分店啦~今日就同朋友係尖沙咀行街,就入去試下啦🥰店舖嘅外觀一眼望落去就好有日式風情,招牌醒目又有特色,唔使特登去搵,行過路過都好容易被吸引住目光嘞😎門口嘅裝飾都好有心思,有啲日式嘅小物件擺放喺度,未入門就已經感受到陣陣嘅日本味道喇,真係好有氛围感呢🤩我哋就揀咗炒豆芽菜辣麻味噌拉麵同埋莞荽辣麻味噌拉麵,真係好有特色呀👍【炒豆芽菜辣麻味噌拉麵】個湯底融合咗辣麻味噌嘅獨特風味,味噌嘅醇厚鹹香同辣麻嘅刺激味道配合得相當巧妙🤤。炒豆芽菜嘅加入就令整碗拉麵口感更加豐富,豆芽菜嘅爽脆同拉麵嘅彈牙麵條一齊入口,會有好特別嘅口感碰撞,而且豆芽菜吸收咗湯底嘅味道,每一口都充滿住濃郁嘅辣麻味噌香氣,真係好過癮呀😎【莞荽辣麻味噌拉麵】對於中意莞荽嘅朋友嚟講,呢款拉麵簡直係福音呀😍。湯底嘅辣麻味噌味依然醇厚,而大把嘅莞荽鋪喺拉麵上面,令整碗拉麵散發出獨特嘅莞荽清香,同辣麻味噌嘅味道相互交融,食嘅時候既有辣麻嘅刺激,又有莞荽嘅清新,好有層次感。麵條依舊保持住好有彈性嘅質地,吸住湯底嘅精華,搭配埋其他配菜,成個味道真係令人回味無窮呀🥰。兩款拉麵嘅配菜都好新鮮,叉燒肉依舊燒得金黃,外脆內嫩,肥瘦比例岩岩好,一咬落去肉香四溢🥩。溏心蛋嘅火候亦都掌握得好,蛋黃呈半流心嘅狀態,口感軟滑,同拉麵搭配埋一齊,令整碗拉麵嘅口感同味道都錦上添花嘞👏服務方面亦都冇得彈呀🤝唔明嘅地方,佢哋都好耐心解釋。落單之後出餐嘅速度都好快,唔使等好耐,一碗熱辣辣嘅拉麵就擺喺你面前嘞😋就算有啲特殊嘅要求,好似唔要某啲配菜呀,或者想要多啲湯呀等等,店員都會好樂意幫你去處理,全程服務都好周到,令你可以好舒服噉享受用餐嘅時光呢🥳總括嚟講,呢間日式拉麵店都好值得一試,無論你平時有幾挑剔口味,都不妨嚟試一試,相信你試過之後,都會好似我一樣,會想再去幫襯多幾次嘅啦🤗

鬼金棒咁大名,個個都好熟悉啦。不過我本身如果食日式拉麵我係唔太喜歡食辣口味,而鬼金棒嘅menu所有款式都係本身辣 (雖然你可以揀唔辣),所以一直都好少幫襯。不過,因為响香港值得食嘅店我都食到七七八八,或八八九九了,所以都係集郵心態食一食佢。《炒豆芽菜辣麻味噌拉麵🍜》香味 (3/5) - 因為我叫嘅係炒豆芽菜拉麵,原先我會期望一上碟會勁大陣鑊氣味,但又真係冇乜。我其實都唔係好明,我坐吧枱,有見到個廚用生鐵鑊,大火大火咁去炒d芽菜,但d芽菜真係聞唔出有特別鑊氣味。我會估計兩種可能性:一,個芽菜原先太多水份,火雖然夠大,但炒得唔夠耐,所以水份仲係太多;二,炒嘅油可能唔係豬油,用左d健康但香味唔夠嘅植味油。點都好,香味係唔夠,只有基本嘅味噌香味,單調左d。湯 (4.5/5) - 先講,我叫嘅係小辣小麻。湯方面我比好高分,因為,辣,麻,味噌,蔥,蒜,薑,味道令人意外地平衡,冇話邊個搶左fo。湯本身濃稠度其實唔高,色澤唔算太深色,而且鹹度又適中。原先我仲擔心太濃太鹹,結果白擔心一場。特別一提,味噌嘅濃度係頗夠,濃,香,甜,䶢,辣,全部齊。另外仲有一個小驚喜,湯入面仲加左背脂,不過老實說,我食嗰刻係唔知,到我睇返相先知,明顯地有白色一點點。背脂本身嘅味唔係凸出,加埋落碗麵道,對味道影響不大,不過誠意分有加。麵條 (5/5) - 中太麵,小曲,咬口十分足,色澤小黃偏白色。雖然個湯都偏濃味,只要你keep住咀嚼,個麵味會越來越出。我比滿分最主要嘅原因係,佢配個湯真係好夾。一般味噌拉麵,都會用中曲,中加水,麵色偏黃嘅中太麵,質地會偏硬,不過呢道就唔係咁,所以我認為麵好夾個湯之餘,仲頗有個性 。配料 (3.5/5) - 主角,哈哈,當然係形象擔當,除左”鬼”👻之外,就係條”金棒” (珍珠筍) 😂 講返正經,珍珠筍除左個樣算幾靚仔之外,係冇乜特別,亦好難好特別。另一位主角,當然係芽菜啦。不過求先都講過,芽菜炒得唔夠香,但基本質素係有,夠爽口,份量都幾足,連埋d麵一齊食又係正。豬叉燒方面,上碟時我一睇👀,以為係普通角煮,我錯啦。。。佢遠超我預期。部份係豬五花腩,調味係東坡肉風味!醬油,糖,黑醋嘅味非常之出,而且塊肉炆煮得好腍,完全係高質。溏心蛋係最令人失望嘅配料。。。則係咁,雖然蛋本身生熟度,蛋味都係正常,但最大問題係溫度,入口係偏凍 😫我明白可能有d料用唔晒係會雪起佢,避免造成浪費,不過整返熱係基本吧?呢個扣左分。最後,飲剩少少湯。唔係飲唔到,只係為走得更遠鋪路 😂 (避免攝取太多鹽份),加上其實都好夠皮。整體 - 值得推薦 👍👍👍可能有部份人會認為,連鎖店就係唔好,要隱世小店先叫正,但我唔係咁認為。連鎖店往往一開初都係由小店做起,肯定係好食,受歡迎先做大。而鬼金棒嘅分店就算唔及d超級連鎖店咁多,但都唔少架喎,日台港都有,加埋都有十幾間。以連鎖式經營嘅店黎講,我覺得鬼金棒算係保持到一定質素,整體味道絕對係中上有餘。唯一要彈一彈嘅係d職員嘅態度,唔微笑,低頭工作,比人感覺好唔精神亦好唔友善。

Randomly searching for a ramen place in Tsim Sha Tsui, ending up this popping out. This restaurant was located in city centre and easy to find. No reservation can be made but easy to get a seat. We were sitting along the bar. Water was self served. We made the order via QR code. Easy and user friendly.Poached egg pork ramen came first. Looks absolutely delicious. Could literally smell the meatiness. Pork was half fatty and half lean. It was moist and tender. Fatty part could melt in my mouth. Ramen was in appropriate portion and well cooked to my selected hard side. Broth was incredibly savoury but not oily. Love the spice level which i went for medium. Very fragrant. Egg was well cooked even the runny yolk absorbed all the flavour.My friend's one was almost the same but the coriander one. It was a mountain of coriander. It was so strong that even I could smell it while the noodle was placing beside. Rest was pretty much similar to mine. Pan fried dumplings were absolutely delicious. I love Japanese dumplings so much because of the crispy bottom and the thin wrapping. Not even oily at all. Stuffing were just right. Half meaty and half chives. Everything was just right. Overall, perfect place for a quick delicious meal.

先介紹一下自己先,我係食譚仔三哥雙特辣都覺得唔辣嘅人🤣所以以下嘅食評大家自己斟酌下🤣🙏.嗜辣嘅我每次都係叫最辣嘅🤣但我好想講佢哋個湯底真係熬得好濃郁Creamy,辣同麻係唔會炒埋一齊,條脷最終係會麻痹,但呢種麻痹係爽嘅😎同時亦都眼見喺香港其他過江龍都越做越差,得鬼金棒依然冇令我失望,所以點解每次想食拉麵我都係會去鬼金棒.如果大家鍾意食拉麵嘅話,不妨去支持吓,亦都建議同我一樣食得辣嘅朋友,真係可以不妨大膽啲嗌勁辣,包你話我冇介紹錯🙉💕

鬼金棒喺香港都好多年啦,最近更加喺旺角逆市開咗新分店,終於第一次去食,簡直係中伏😐😐炒豆芽菜辣麻味噌拉麵 $105首先拉麵嘅湯底望落好濃,仲有一層香油係表面,深橙色嘅辣味噌湯底賣相好吸引,但食落味道勁勁勁普通,越食越鹹,蓋住曬本身要有嘅辣味同麻味,好單調又冇層次,最後淪落到又鹹又油😓🤢叉燒唔係一片片,而係一塊正方形嘅五花肉。滷得入味但係瘦肉部分好乾,有啲似湯渣😪失望🤢炒豆芽菜同拉麵麵質都係好普通,結論就係試一次都嫌多😅去食碗辣米線仲開心-完全唔知間野出名嘅位係邊度,見到openrice有成700個like真係好難捉摸,定係佢有獨特嘅食法只係我唔識叫🤧?
