这个铺面前两家餐厅都是意大利菜,几个月前新开的这家也还是意大利菜。近两年新开的意大利菜不少,208虽然不是其中最好吃的,菜式也不是最创新的,但综合下来选择丰富,性价比不错,空间宽敞,视野绝佳,适合聚会。·【Beef Tartare】牛肉塔塔嫩滑带筋,咀嚼时带来轻微拉扯感,调味虽无特别,但比大多数加了太多香料太咸的牛肉塔塔克制多了。厚厚一层铺在咸香酥脆的炸吐司块上,吐司比餐前那几小块干巴巴的佛卡夏好吃。·【Veal Tonnato】出品十分地道,切成薄片的小牛肉如肌肤般粉嫩润弹,吞拿鱼酱虽然咸,但别说我一直还挺爱这口的。·【Ziti】选了不常吃的直形管状意面,调味不复杂,但魅力在于意面口感的弹牙劲道,透过酱汁和意面的融合,也能感受到炒酱、搅拌与收汁的技法不俗,大块的蓝鳍吞拿鱼肉在这里属于锦上添花了。·【Pizza 208】番茄披萨和布拉塔色拉在此融为一体,一整颗圆溜溜的布拉塔加持,让这款经典披萨瞬间有趣和丰富了许多。·饼底薄而韧,是令人满意的结实嚼劲。布拉塔一切开,那浓稠又流畅的半流动感化作绵绵奶香与番茄的清新酸甜共舞,新鲜的品质一下拉高了这款披萨的好吃上限。

呢日與朋友試下呢間外觀sharp醒到爆既208 Italian。雖然未知好唔好食但起碼打卡肯定一流。佢起正水坑口街斜路之上,離到遠一遠已經望到,唔識路問人「橙色個間餐廳」相信都一定會知道。餐廳有兩層,座位都好足夠,唔係大時大節的話應該可以坐耐D。入面裝修企理,枱同枱中間空間好足夠,傾偈唔怕嘈到人。仲有張大bar枱,見到有人自己一個chill住淺酌,睇落都幾好feel。由於位侍應姐姐都好熱情幾好傾,我地就叫佢推薦幾個最好食既signature dish啦,以下逐款講兩句izza 208 (素)個pizza用到餐廳名咁有信心,唔使諗一定要試下啦。侍應姐姐起我地面前𠝹開左個我以為係流心蛋既白色球體,再搽勻起pizza表面,原來係叫做「burrata」既牛奶芝士,入口令我非常驚艷,口感清新似忌廉,冇騷味而係淡淡芝士香,作為topping恰到好處唔會搶晒。蕃茄sauce夠酸夠新鮮,與芝士非常搭配,而餅底亦非常香脆。Highlight係第一次食到完全唔苦,但口感一樣既火箭菜。成個pizza都驚喜處處,又特別又好味,必試推薦!墨汁蛋麵 (Squid Ink Tagiolini)未serve到上枱香蒜加蟹肉香味已經撲鼻而來。個麵如你所見非常juicy,sauce以香蒜加蕃茄加莞茜必殺組合熬煮,夠晒惹味。入口麵質唔似一般意粉,有D煙韌同埋淡淡蛋香。當然最重要係蟹肉鮮甜又夠大嚿,新鮮小蕃茄微酸,仲有D細細粒既橄欖,味道層次好豐富,一碟3個人分真係唔多夠食。Half Chicken “Cacciatora”Half Chicken “Cacciatora” 係蕃茄加蘑菇Sauce為主既半雞,唔算驚艷但隱陣地好味。雞肉好鮮嫩完全冇雪藏味,好欣賞雞髀啖啖肉非常滿足。伴碟既芝士薯蓉”Polenta”反而十分驚喜,食落有空氣感好鬆軟唔會飽滯,仲好有蛋同芝士香味,同個酸酸地既Cacciatora sauce好夾。Tiramisu甜品我地就一早揀定左tiramisu,果然冇令人失望。酒香好突出,襯托到香濃既咖啡味,蛋糕口感鬆軟綿密,最重要當然係香港人最高讚賞「唔會好甜」,作為一餐既結尾剛剛好,唔會飽滯而又有少少意猶未盡咁。我地埋單一人係$300左右,仲包左一人叫左一杯飲品,非常之經濟實惠,絕對要再黎試埋其他菜式。

What a refreshing way to spend the afternoon!StartersWe kicked things off with the **Endive Salad**—the combination of ingredients was fantastic! The endive had a tasty bitter sweetness that really set the tone for the meal, and the shallot dressing added a lovely aroma. We also tried the **Polpette della Casa** and the **Bruschetta 208**. The bruschetta was a standout—juicy tomatoes on crispy toast with smooth burrata. So delicious! 🍅🥖Main CoursesFor our mains, we had the **Squid Ink Caserecce**, which was bursting with flavor, and the **’Nduja Carbonara**, rich and satisfying. Both dishes featured housemade pasta that was just divine!PizzaWe couldn’t resist trying the **Pizza Bologna**. It was delicious, but honestly, the portion was a bit too much for just the two of us!
