突然想食意菜，到赫德道Al Dente.紅酒買一送一，叫了龍蝦&牛扒，medium rare非常到位。AlDente 招牌意粉真係好Al Dente...無得輸。前菜的炸mozzarella cheese和mussels好好味。蕃茄湯友人讚不絕口。下次必再encore

The staff are very welcoming. Food is up to standard and served in a very generous portion. My nightmare just came today. I have been visiting Al Dente for the last 20 years starting in Central then Wanchai and Prat Ave during last 3 years, at least 4-5 times every week. I usually come there for lunch (dinner sometimes) mainly for the Spaghetti, and if they do not serve it as pasta of the day, they have been willing to change it for me in the last 20 years.  Today, the staff told me that the chef had refused to have this changed for me any more.  I am not sure what has gone wrong but i

- Poor staff & service: asked for Happy Hour drink menu, saying buy 1 get 1 free. Order white wine & Rose, at the end got charged both - as buy 1 get 1 free only for same drink. Doesn’t see terms on it nor the staff mentioned. The staff were so cool too - food quality much worse than Central / Wanchai Al Dente, v basic food without heart

早排同朋友慶祝生日，係尖沙咀搵左間西餐。呢間鋪個正門有少少隱蔽😂入到燈光偏暗。成個餐牌都有好多野想食，我地叫左pizza，意粉，炸魷魚圈！3樣以為唔太多，點知樣樣都份量好大！想重點講意粉，勁好食，好入味，睇落好creamy，但絕對唔會太漏☺另外，魷魚圈非常趣口😍配埋個醬100分🤤

Had the worst restaurant experience of my life here. Our server needs to be fired or re-trained. I used to be a regular customer here and ate several times at this restaurant everytime I visited hongkong (that's once every two months) to have their Ravioli with garlic butter sauce every single time. 氣氛燈光偏暗 幾有情調今次係一班朋友慶生呢間餐廳份量足 5人share都夠食📍薄生牛肉配橄欖芝士 👎🏻（個人認為條狀既比較有咬口，薄切無咩口感，而且無乜牛味）📍芝士焗大啡菇👌🏻（芝士唔會太濃 蓋過菇味，亦到保持juicy）📍巴馬火腿pizza👍🏻（唔會太吝嗇，做到每一片pizza都有Parma ham，餅底薄身夠脆👍🏻）📍鮮蟹肉天使意粉 👍🏻（食到粒粒蟹肉，配埋蕃茄，成個意粉好清新，有白酒同蒜香）📍龍蝦意大利飯👍🏻（飯夠企身，飯粒吸收哂龍蝦汁，仲有粒粒蝦肉）📍美國rib eye steak👍🏻（唔錯，做到medium rare 熟成度，同埋呢個set配有沙律或薯條係無限添加）

It’s time for our girl’s monthly meeting and we picked this restaurant because all three of us fancy some steak and some good wine. The location is very convenient, just few minutes away from mtr exit. We have ordered the three courses lobster and steak set. It becomes with salad, steak with lobster, fries and dessert. Food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Service was excellent. We had a fantastic gathering, definitively would revisit in the future.

朋友話有好餐廳介紹，就係呢間Al Dente 入去到環境好舒適，好適合聚餐的好地方。烤雞柳凱撒沙律個沙律又係好大兜,但係好新鮮既菜,烤雞柳唔會乾,夾埋啲沙律一齊食都好夾。蟹肉意粉味道好正，微辣帶起味道，加上香香的欖油味。配合新鮮蟹肉，天衣無縫。意式酥炸魷魚圈份量真係好多,入面既魷魚好爽口,令到我地一圈接一圈咁食,停唔到口。这里的菜式多样款式多，口感纯正喇。服務：服務態度好，店員臉上常有笑容。 環境ok，消費有比較親民

同舊同事黎呢間食晏，一路都對佢嘅意粉念念不忘😛首先上咗麵包，佢嘅麵包係非一般嘅麵包，有少少似蛋糕。而且佢個表皮係脆口，超好食！中間係軟熟。加埋黑醋同橄欖油食好好食，好香。然後上咗個蘑菇湯，佢係打爛咗啲蘑菇去做一個湯，所以一路飲都會食到一啲蘑菇粒。味道有少少淡。佢午餐有包一個沙律同甜品或飲品，我就揀咗Caesar salad。沙律嘅份量都幾多（唔記得影相）是日pasta of the day is vegetable pasta! 意粉嘅口感幾好，不過佢個汁就略嫌鹹得滯，我哋有食意粉嘅朋友全部都忍唔住要加水溝淡個汁。如果唔係真係太鹹食唔到好多。加咗水溝淡左之後都OK。份量都唔少我最後都係食唔晒。上甜品。唔知點解隻碟係熱嘅，但係蛋糕同雪糕都係凍嘅，搞到個雪糕非常之快就溶。不過tiramisu嘅味道都唔錯。

早前在灣仔工作，經過鷹君中心，常見到Al Dente，心癢癢想試。今晚，在尖沙咀覓食時又遇上Al Dente，不用想，即入。因為太肚餓，立即叫了個前菜，mozzarella cheese sticks。外脆內軟，有拉長芝士的趣味。餓當然要叫pizza，叫了個al dente special。有olive，有雞肉，加上芝士，正！Carbonara 基本上是必叫的，一樣豐厚，順滑的口感，奶香十足。肉味可以重一點。蟹肉意粉好正，微辣帶起味道，加上香香的欖油味。配合新鮮蟹肉，天衣無縫。在意大利餐廳最好的收尾，當然是tiramisu。這杯的tiramisu口感很軟，咖啡味充斥口腔。個人建議lady finger浸久點咖啡會更香。

朋友食過好多次，佢好強烈咁介紹，於是食左呢間餐廳，原來仲有幾間分店，食完，我覺得真係可以再食，環境高級，但價錢不貴，我們叫左兩個main course,兩杯drink,一個甜品，每人250左右，性價比高,又坐得舒服，食物質素又好，食完好飽。

有氣氛既西餐廳，menu選擇多，但食物一般，無太大驚喜，最喜歡係個pasta，sauce惹味，酸酸甜甜開胃，奉送既甜品都唔錯但overall感覺就中規中矩啦由於晚市比較多人，但人手不太足夠，所以落單同埋單都等左好耐
