Had the worst restaurant experience of my life here. Our server needs to be fired or re-trained. I used to be a regular customer here and ate several times at this restaurant everytime I visited hongkong (that's once every two months) to have their Ravioli with garlic butter sauce every single time. This time when I ordered it took them more than an hour to bring it, and it came very different to what it's usually like. So, I called my server to ask what went wrong since I had the same dish just
I used to be a regular customer here and ate several times at this restaurant everytime I visited hongkong (that's once every two months) to have their Ravioli with garlic butter sauce every single time. This time when I ordered it took them more than an hour to bring it, and it came very different to what it's usually like.
So, I called my server to ask what went wrong since I had the same dish just a few days ago. Extremely rude server by the name of 'Diksha' told us with a very angry tone "So, what do you want me to do about it?" On telling her that I just wanted to give my feedback that I didn't like the change very much, she disrespectfully replied "We can change whatever we like whenever we like it". Said her piece and just left the table. For a fine dine restaurant, this level of service is unacceptable and something should be done to make it right.
We then called for the manager who was a bit more courteous and professional and took our feedback but our mood had already been spoiled for the night.
Pity that a decent restaurant had to be ruined by rude and untrained waitstaff. Will not be visiting again.
