Anything But Salads (已結業)

Today I tried the "Rainbow Dan Dan Noodles" for the first time. The colors and flavor are vibrant and fulfilling. It's amazing how such little food can be so satisfying when it's made with love and healthy ingredients.

By far, the best vegan AND raw burger ive had in my life. Johnny recommended this special, and I was amazed. The bun was an almond flour and flax base, and the patty was a sweet potato. Don't expect the get a meaty taste...they don't include a burger substitute. Rather, the feeling of eating a burger is quite euphoric, and the taste is amazing and fresh. 5/5 would eat again! The cafe was really nice as well; I need to go back and try more.

之前係LIV MAGAZINE 見到ANYTHING BUT SALAD早前推出左SUPERBOWL，見到好評，決定LUNCH長征，由中環行去太平山街一試。其實地方真係好偏遠，人流極少，而且仲要係橫街角落﹐如果唔係有心搵，絕對唔會有『行過見到間餐廳幾特別所以入去試下』呢回事。入內店面好細，但人流不多，堂食係有位的，由於一早已經知道想食咩，一黎就叫左坐低等。見到廚師好有心機將個SUPERBOWL 由零到擺設好，好有HEART！黎啦黎啦，呢個叫LAUGHING BUDDHA BOWL，材料好多，帶藜麥 （藜麥已經進佔和沙律店了），牛油果，芽菜，青瓜等等，個醬係辣味ALMOND BUTTER 加蒜而混成，非常非常惹味！同芽菜好夾，自創RAW FOOD 好處就係第2到絕對食唔到，價錢尚可＄99，好欣賞呢間野既概念同味道，不會因為要食健康野就無味，而且今時今日小店買少見少，好值得支持！！！！呢間野仲有提供好多健康既甜品，NUTS，早餐穀物，原家自創，價錢唔會好平架啦，但食到心思同健康。

There are lots of freeze dried/dehydrated snacks around but tomato slices are rare so I decided to buy a pack from Anything But Salads.It took me a good 5 minutes to choose a pack because you will find that some packs are riper than others and each pack is unique because some will have yellow or green opaque seeds.The taste of these tomato slices were really interesting and nothing like sun dried tomatoes which are sweeter.It had a really sharp and strong tomato taste because all the moisture ha

有時候總愛山長水遠去探步香港去尋覓美食。中上環一帶由以往毫不踏足，走到現在心裏有底的地步。而且結識了不少喜歡四出享閒的友人，中西區數不盡的咖啡店就最合他們口味。單是太平山街附近就已經有五六間咖啡店，讓人不禁驚訝。　　路經的時候不時看到這個易拉架。在網絡上都曾看過這家店的出品，是一家健康食品餐廳。另外之前有朋友經常到訪，看到她拍出來的甜品真的很吸引。　　店外就可見是色彩繽紛的歡愉氣氛。除了店門旁的兩人座位，其實轉角近茶家的位置也有用餐位置。只是都是露天室外位，很視乎天氣。店內空間窄小，環境是乾淨企理，但也容納不了多少人。　　當天下午去到，大部分甜品都掃清光。本來想吃的抹茶馬卡龍也全數售罄。幸好店方說正在製作朱古力口味，著我待會有空的話可以再來。因為原本就跟友人在茶家消遣，吃完再坐一會才過去就剛好了吧？　　不時在朋友圈中看到CACAO朱古力，原來是Anything But Salads自家出品！　　這個真的超吸引眼球！好得意既名片，有埋佢地自己個樣係度:^)　　餐牌款式不算多，簡單直接不繁複。鹹點甜點主食零食，應有盡有，健康飲品當然名列之上不須多說。更有週末特別菜式，給予客人不盡的新鮮感。
