頂呱呱的焗蠔! 蠔肉夠大, 是creamy那種, 芝士火腿醬的味道適中, 不會蓋過蠔味. 雞肉灘堡雖然無比大特寫, 但我覺得好好味, 煎過的雞肉仍然嫩滑juicy, 配上少少的沙律醬及生菜, 回味~

最後, 我選了茶, 味道是Strawberry with Yogurt, 一壼夠飲兩大杯, 壼內還有士多啤梨粒. 味道是挺突出的, 但從茶內感受乳酪味道, 則要點想像力.

因為朋友頭一輸選了Cappuccino, 所以我在茗茶後, 於第二輪便點了一杯Cappuccino, 不過啡味不濃, 奶味偏重及甜.

以$298 for two 來說, 可坐得舒適、閱讀最新的流行資訊刊物、飲杯啡, 真的很relax.

在今次的Restaurant Week 推廣計劃中,我沒有Sign Up 很多Restaurant,Azure是其中一家。有朋友跟我說Azure的食物不太好吃,經過多番掙扎,我還是決定去Azure試試他們的HKD198 Set Lunch Menu,結果是想像不到的好味和抵食!Azure的麵包很新鮮,溫暖軟熟,讚!Appetizer 要了Ibérico Ham,Superb!! 蜜瓜多汁鮮甜,加上Balsamic Vinegar的調劑,It might be one of the best Ibérico Ham I have ever had! 份量也很有誠意,J'adore! Main我們都點了羊架,一開始還擔心羊架的份量不夠,想不到這兩塊羊架會那麽大!我們一般每天只需進食200克的肉,這個份量也已經超過一半有多了!又想起自己在超級市場買羊架煮也不便宜,很容易便超過百多元,突然覺得這個Lunch很抵吃!肉質幼嫩鮮甜,呈粉紅色,煮得剛剛好,不怕有血水出,也不怕過老粗糙。Mash Potato也神奇地好吃,奶油味不是太重,有一些Crumble作點綴,好味!甜品方面,朋友點了Mandar

Main我們都點了羊架,一開始還擔心羊架的份量不夠,想不到這兩塊羊架會那麽大!我們一般每天只需進食200克的肉,這個份量也已經超過一半有多了!又想起自己在超級市場買羊架煮也不便宜,很容易便超過百多元,突然覺得這個Lunch很抵吃!肉質幼嫩鮮甜,呈粉紅色,煮得剛剛好,不怕有血水出,也不怕過老粗糙。Mash Potato也神奇地好吃,奶油味不是太重,有一些Crumble作點綴,好味!

我則點了Cream Caramel,我一直鍾情於Rose味道的甜品,今次會選Azure,主要原因也是希望能試試這個Rose Caramel。餅底像Yogurt Moose 和Sorbet的混合,酸酸甜甜,很開胃!

唯一美中不足的是,Azure看似人手不足,上菜的速度特別慢,在上班中午時間品嘗Set Lunch有點趕,Weekend will definitely be much more relaxing.

據我了解,很多Restaurant Week的餐廳的Set Menu跟平時的沒太大分別。Azure平時的Set Menu會包括Semi-Buffet,價錢要三百以上,今次以HKD220便可以享用羊架,真的很划算!

二人世界最好去d浪漫地方,第1次黎30/F 食tea,望住個景又真係好食d禁……可能我都係港女架, 去到呢d高級地方真係幾舒服……相反我男朋友就……唔識形容,佢一口一件禁食,事後反映唔夠飽……可能high tea都係女仔適合d…呢餐係我請客,我覺得個價錢,真係物超所值, burger真係好有質感,漢堡又厚, 牛肉味好濃,鵝肝多士好香好yummy,炸軟殼蟹卷(泰式)比普通春卷特別多了,下層煙三文魚波,比較普通,用麥飽整成圓形,比較dry,另外一件圓形青瓜同沙律禁,都好清又開胃,有隻焗蠔係匙羹,味道都唔錯,應該係急凍蠔啦,甜品:朱古力,朱古力蛋糕和紅豆抹茶蛋糕都好食,當然有唔好食的甜品,就係我無講的另外cake,真的唔好食到唔想提……睇相就知我無提邊款,無想過酒店d 甜品反而唔合格, 佢送香檳一杯但超難飲, 又酸又苦有心理準備唔好飲!

蘭桂芳酒店的餐廳說是西式蔡欄美食坊也不為過,多間馳名已久的餐廳也在這兒.為了給BABY一個浪漫情人節,早已決定來這兒呢上來後BABY第一眼便給餐廳美麗的景色和華麗的裝修吸引著,今晚一定可以盡慶而歸呢^^V欣賞完景色後,開始入正題了,當然是指晚餐呢愛面包的我非常喜歡這裡的包包,非常軟熟,配上今天心型的牛油非常可口生蠔不論是賣相還是味道也是一級的,放進口裡後你便明白新鮮可口這2個詞語的解釋,吃了半打也是不夠喉的這是AZURE著名的沙津,原本是碗型的沙津打碎後便變成眼前的模樣.味道也是不錯的,脆片很可口,沙津當然跟其他高級餐廳一樣所有疏棻都是即日鮮的吃了一輪頭盤後,非常期待著主菜呢...結果也沒有令人失望點餐時這是寫著RIB的,想不到上來時,做法是把內裡的肉切成一條一條的,做工非常考功夫呀.入口後是真的即溶那一種,完全感覺不到牛根的存在,不用牙齒也可吃的牛扒呢(笑)龍蝦伊面感覺也是不錯,但還是WATERMARK那裡的較好,但也是值得一試的情人節是甜蜜的日子,當然小不了甜品點綴呢.2款甜品各有不同感覺,ICECREAM BOMB感覺不錯,雪糕包著的是蛋糕的心,感覺可口.BABY十分喜歡APPL

情人節是甜蜜的日子,當然小不了甜品點綴呢.

2款甜品各有不同感覺,ICECREAM BOMB感覺不錯,雪糕包著的是蛋糕的心,感覺可口.BABY十分喜歡

APPLE TART則普通一點,算是本晚較為失色的地方,但BABY喜歡APPLE TART,所以硬著頭皮也說是好吃呢

總結這裡是不錯的地方,特別是頂樓的風景,第一次約會的朋友不可曾過這兒呢.

今件我們留下開心的回憶,希望下次其他人也有吧

接著,急不及待去取回一碟超級kawaii的迷你甜品甜品不單的骰迷你,賣相精緻,食味也絕佳。個人而言,甜品遠比前菜主菜為出色﹗數款甜品中,印像最深刻的莫過於是蛋白餅了。白晢的蛋白餅咬下脆口且煙韌,上有幼滑吉士醬和甜美的黑桑子,再加一塊寫有「Merry christmas」的朱古力牌,睇得又食得,超like﹗小蘑菇乃從蛋糕上偷來的,由糖果造成,頗具咬口,甜而不膩,又一大愛小點綴。

主菜小妹要了龍蝦奄列Lobster Omelet,奄列內有鮮嫩的龍蝦肉和香腍的菠菜,配合嫩滑奄列和濃香龍蝦汁,食味不賴。伴碟除了沙律菜外,還有烤薯仔粒,以及juicy烤蕃茄。

小妹早到,向樓下reception靚仔哥哥要求來個寫有「Happy Birthday」的甜品,為小姐製造驚喜。哥哥仔也不負所託,交待樓上鬼仔型男跟進。當熱茶送上時,鬼仔型男主動地送上這一碟的生日特製甜品給小姐,並插有一枝點燃著的蠟燭。小姐大感驚喜,笑逐顏開。順道一提,沒有額外收費,服務值得一讚﹗

Every month Azure offers an fun and interesting themed menu, last month they offered a romantic Valentine's menu, while in march they are offering March of Spring which the dishes are designed to refresh your palate after all the heavy flavoured food in Winter. The March of Spring menu are offered until the end of march at a price of HKD$568 per person.

The Spring Menu also includes a glass of wine from either the Seleccion Tinto or Seleccion Blanco from Bodegas Borsao. You can upgrade the package to a 2 hours free flow of the two wines at HKD$98 extra per person. I like both of the wines, the red was full bodied, floral and sweet while the white was zesty and fruity. Besides the wine, I also had a glass of Mojito, which Azure's bar is famous for. The cocktail was minty, sweet but was not very strong.

Before we started our spring menu, we were introduced Azure's steak menu as well. Their city viewing terrace has a barbecue grillers and were said to offer amazing grill dishes. We ordered a rib eye to share for the table.

USDA Black Angus Rib Eye, 12oz $428
This marvellous steak had a lovely char aroma, which made us all drool when it was served on the table. It was done perfectly with a char crust and a juicy and tender inner. The steak was first sous vide to rare, then grilled to form the char crust and finished with a pinky center.

The steak came with two steaks sauces - blue cheese cream sauce and BBQ sauce. Beside the sauces, offered by the waiter was a plate of mustard and salt, including: regular sea salt, smoked sea salt, French and English mustard. I usually just have my steak with salt but the pungent blue cheese cream sauce was rich and recommended. For the sides, we had Garlic Mashed Potato and Mac & Cheese. The mashed potato was quite smooth but the garlic taste did not stand out.

The amuse bouche of the Spring to March Menu was a refreshing cucumber roll. Alongside was the complimentary house bread basket. The breads were not great, but 3 flavoured butter were amazing - traditional, pesto and carrot, helped out alot!

The first course was crab with pomelo salad. The Maryland crab was sweet and was well alanaced by the mango balls and ceviche fluid gel.

2nd Course - Roasted Sweet Corn Soup
The second course was my favourite of the night, the roasted sweet corn soup. The soup was creamy, flavourful but light on the palete. I love the sweet corn bits and jalapeño relish in the soup which added some crunchiness into the soup. The oyster sitting at the center was sweet in taste too. Yummmmmmy!

3nd Course - Braised Lamb Shank
Main course was a braised lamb shank, complimented with baby spinach, Chantelle mushroom, mashed potato, cherry tomato and lamb jus. The lamb shank was tender and juicy but lack of the distinct taste of lamb that I love (or if you hate it, this is the dish for you!) The cherry tomato was insanely sweet and the mashed potato was buttery and chunky with good mouth feel!

4th Course - Vanilla Marquise with Apricot Sorbet
Now comes the dessert. The vanilla marquise was smooth and dense with mild vanilla taste. The apricot sorbet was at the right sourness and sweetness. The dessert was also very refreshing and is a perfect way to end the tasting of spring. The petit fours - chocolate puff, rose macaron and dark chocolate were also served right after. The rose macaron was quit nice.

The March of Spring was overall refreshing, each dish was meticulously prepared and nicely executed. The appetiser, soup and dessert fits in the spring menu really well, but in my opinion the lamb still tastes a bit strong on a light spring menu. The free flow package was a great deal for the two nice wine, so I highly recommend you to get the package to go with the spring menu. If you have time, you should definitely get a drink and spent some time at the rooftop terrace. It was really nice up there.

From the anniversary cocktail list, I chose the Rose Bowl. The Rose Bowl is a blend of Absolut Citron, earl grey tea, lemon juice and raspberry syrup, garnished with fresh raspberries. It was a fruity glass but secretly strong. I love the LKF stick in the drink! =)

Compostelle Ceviche
The first course is a citrus marinated Hokkaido scallop served in a chilled tomato tea. The scallop was huge in size and sweet in taste. I also love the contrast citrusy notes on the scallop. I however would not have guessed the scallop is from Hokkaido as its texture was not as smooth. The tomato tea was also a bit too weak to give any taste.

Second course was a hot apple soup made with fresh celery, green apple and sliced radish. I have never had apply soup in my life. The soup was creamier than I thought, quite acidic but refreshing with strong apple and celery note. Not my kind of soup though.

I loved my beautiful main which was US Tenderloin served with linguine tree, roasted endives and green pepper jus. The dish was excellent in all aspects, from presentation, flavour and texture. The US tenderloin was succulent and meaty. The roasted tomato bursted with sweet juice. The linguine tree gave a delightful crispiness to the dish. THE perfect dish.

HF got the salmon main which was sous-vided and paired with ink rice cracker, lemon fel, shisho and plum jus. I did not like salmon too much so I only took a bit. The salmon tasted alright, quite smooth but nothing exciting.

Bubbles Time
Bubbles = Champagne! Azure infused Champagne into the chocolate granache of the huge strawberry macaron. The macaron was unfortunately a tad dry in texture. The glass holding strawberry bubbles, syrup and fresh strawberries was fantastic though!

鵝肝非常出色,咬過焦脆的外層,油從內湧出,隨後是真正的入口即融,餘下滿口油香。配很脆的一小片多士,吃完還在回味之中。感覺油膩的話,可以點一下果醬,霎時帶來一陣清新。

Beef Tenderloin - Char-grilled US beef tenderloin with truffle mashed potato, butter glazed vegetables, gravy
試了一小口的牛,肉質幾嫩,牛味很重,可能是我吃不慣牛,又或者是牛扒真的出色。滿佈松露香又滑的薯蓉,給我搶了不少。

吃完主菜就轉戰甜品。款式不算很多,把所有都試了一次。普普通通,最喜歡creme brulee,其他都只是一般。

龍蝦湯味道太咸了。點心一看就是欺騙外國人的貨色。青口意粉,醬汁味道可以,但意粉質感可怕,是茶餐廳常見的那種意粉,且煮得太過,有點糊了~

朋友選了Steak,配了一隻太陽蛋,這樣擺碟倒也逗趣,只是好像不太襯吧。落單時,侍應並沒有問幾多成,這一點不太貼心。只是出來的效果也不太差,中間是粉紅粉紅,肉質也不錯。

我選了Egg Benedict。份量似乎有點多。這個egg benedict 沒有菠菜,換了煙肉,試了一個,哇不得了,有點膩。不得已,第二個只得把煙肉拿開。醬汁滿滿的黑松露味道,不是人人喜歡,但十分中本人的下懷。一刀切下去,中間蛋汁傾瀉而出,這個合格了,沒話說,就是要這樣,才能叫egg benedict。伴碟的沙律意外的好吃,一片葉也沒有剩下來,剩下來只有煙肉一大條。

因為實在太飽,所以只選了圖中下方三款而已。上方三款是朋友的。麵包布甸冷了,當然是不好吃;那個芒果的不是布甸,好像是乳酪,總而言之是流質的,味道是還可以的,芒果很甜;那個藍梅布甸,一口干掉,一般般啦。

總括而言,賣相很好,但是味道就很一般。如果只是想吃一點點甜品作結,這裡是合格有餘。
最後的咖啡或茶,就真的是差差差。朋友的咖啡看上去感覺像水一樣,味道可想而知。我的earl grey 是杯上,淡而無味,有的只是顏色而已。
題外話/補充資料: 雖然食物未如人意,但是環境實在很好,就這樣和朋友聊聊天,悠悠閒閒的打發時間,假期就是應該這樣開始~

The portion of the salad was really tiny and the vegetables are not fresh. The same goes with the burger; the area of the bun was approximately the size of my fist. However, the beef patty was thick and juicy, and together with the tomato, lettuce and onions, the burger was turns out to be a decent one. One’s belly would only be half filled at this point, so thick fries with chilli seasonings provides with sufficient amount of starch and calories to fill you up. The Cajun fries were well-flavoured, but I was too chicken finish the whole portion of oil/fat bomb.

The passion fruit sorbet was a delightful dessert with the sweet tangy flavour of the tropical fruit. Underneath was a bed of chopped ripened mangoes and the rich caramel pudding. The caramel pudding was rich and creamy as I can taste the rich milkfat in every spoonful of the pudding. To be honest, the sorbet and mango didn’t really go with the caramel pudding, but when eaten separately, this dessert is a truly enjoyable and satisfying one.

The meal actually included petit fours, which is a chocolate macaron and a piece of dark chocolate. Both are extremely sweet and below standard, hence I did not bother to take pictures. The coffee was also tasteless, despite the addition of milk.

Overall, for $248, I'd really go for quality rather than quantity. And this restaurant definitely goes for the latter.

這裡的下午茶份量剛好, 不會吃完後便吃不下晚飯, 如果這裡的high tea有更多的選擇, 相信也會再來多次。

As a tea lover, I had the Rose Bowl which had earl grey tea in it.
It was made with Absolut citron, earl grey tea, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and garnished with a strawberry sliced like a rose.

Started off with the Compostelle ceviche which is Citrus marinated Hokkaido scallop with chilled tomato tea.

This was light to start off with.
Beneath the scallops was tangy cooling tomato tea.

Then came the Big Apple which was soup.
There was finely chopped celery and radish slices in the bowl and the soup is poured infront of you.

I was really looking forward to this soup because it is healthy and therapeutic!
Apple and celery cannot go wrong.
The soup was made with Granny Smith green apples which are slightly tart hence the addition of some sweet apples. It was like drinking warm apple puree with crunchy bits of celery.
Surprisingly, the soup was rather filling and light because it does no contain any cream, nor was it too sweet or sour.

For the mains, there was a choice of salmon, quinoa (vegetarian) or tenderloin.
I felt that salmon and Quinoa were the best choices.

There was no hesitation choosing the sous vous salmon because when it is cooked that way it brings the best taste of salmon.

As expected, the salmon was so soft and silky that it melts in your mouth and the shiso and plum juice beneath it gave it a pretty colour beneath it as well as a complementing zesty taste to it.
On top of the salmon it was garnished with a black squid ink rice cracker which was tasty as well.

The presentation of this was beautiful with quinoa either side.
I tried some of the Quinoa and it was soft and tasty.

Finished off with a fun dessert, it was a glass of strawberry foam which was bubbly and viscous made with strawberries and champagne.

The ganache in the macaron was infused with champagne.
I loved the macaron because you could really taste the champagne in the chewy ganache.

I was impressed from the beginning to end, everything was colourful, simple, delicious and healthy.
It was my third time here and I still love it!
Definitely a great girls night out!

正值中午時分,太陽射過猛烈,由地鐵站行至酒店,經已令我滿身大汗!甫入到酒店,店員已細心的為我打開升降機門,直達29樓,在侍應的引領下,到達30樓用膳的地方!餐廳四周採用玻璃幕牆,陽光直射到內,純用天然光,所以環境比較光猛。但另一弊點,是室內溫度頗高,所以眼見餐廳四周也開動了風扇,以減卻室內的溫度!四周環境雖然優雅,但在這皓熱天氣的情況下用膳,卻大打折扣!餐牌,頭盤、主菜各選一 Appetizer Buffet,選擇並不多,而且是一般貨色,沒有亮點,不提也罷! Foie Gras賣相雖然精緻,但鵝肝份量少得驚人,好似將鵝肝碎鋪在多士上。另外多士入口並不鬆化,沒有烘過似的,口感較腍! 主菜,選擇了Flank Steak (medium rare)牛肉略帶粉紅,但肉質較鞋較韌,沒有肉味和肉汁,要靠蘸芥茉醬來提升味道,敗筆之處!Dessert Buffet甜品種類沒有驚喜之處,而refill次數亦不頻密,要與侍應反映沒有甜品,才refill出來,這點應加留意!幸好這次是用團購方式購買優惠券,否則以$288+10%吃這樣的食材,本人就覺得不值了!

正常平時很少會去這餐廳@_@今次是因為朋友看到團購,感覺很便宜就來試試這裡的Tea位於30樓的景觀也不錯看的~但還未開始吃已經感受到這裡像沒開冷氣的樣子。整個Tea time 就是一直在很熱的情況下進行 T_T好吧~先說回個TEA.. 是有3層^^第一層的咸食基本上也不錯~ 特別是那個焗蠔。其他則是不過不失吧。鬆餅也勉強可以~ 但那個果醬的味道有點怪 =A=另外的奶油也溶得太快 (掩面w)甜食方面...真的甜到不行 -口-!!是甜到很難入口的地步 ...........這個Tea 中最欣賞的大概只有這個三文魚的 -A-!飲品包括一杯汽酒~ 不過對於不太飲酒的我來說,只能當作裝飾呢。所以只外一杯則點了茶 - Peach Garden 大概是這裡始終是飲酒為主...... 這裡的茶都一般...而且我覺得太濃了Orz

題外話/補充資料: 這裡如果只是吃環境的話,其實還很不錯 但食物來說真的沒興趣再來吃了 Q_Q 而且夏天沒什麼冷氣真的會吃得很辛苦。

The Restuarant is located on the top floor of LKF Hotel with good modern interior furnishings. The spectacular view and astmosphere are definitely great for couples.  It's a girls night out, six of us were happy for the nice setting at first.  Unfortunately, everyone seemed disappointted when they food is served.  The service was slow and a bit sloppy.  The food definitely was below standard.  The food setting was not the prettiest and not tasty at all.  For sure,  we will not go back anymore.
