今晚食咗位於船街嘅一間西班牙菜Barbar,總括嚟講食物質素唔錯,Tapas小食種類多,餐廳唔算大,枱放得都幾密,平日晚餐時段都幾爆場,聽朋友講需要一兩個禮拜前就要訂位,分兩個時段、限時兩個鐘,圍觀約四、五枱以上都係幾個女仕三五之己食飯傾偈,平日放工聚會既好選擇。食物都幾有水準,難怪咁旺場同要預早book,今晚揀咗一共九款食物,Tapas 就係細細碟,所以可以揀好多款式試下adón peppersTapas我會常揀既其中一個解膩小食Butter lettuce, chickpeas, almonds, romesco vinaigrette正常發揮,食下沙律菜同nuts平衡返唔同嘅肉類Spanish tortilla薯仔蛋餅入口幾軟滑唔溜,好好食,食完一舊又一舊👍🏻Galician octopus on potato "al caliu"好鍾意呢個八爪魚,煮到好腍、調味恰到好處,我一向都唔太鍾意食薯蓉類,但呢個伴碟嘅薯粒做得好好味,清碟😆Wagyu steak tartare with oyster 侍應將一隻生蠔剪開放係牛他他上面,牛他他比平時食嘅大粒,味道不錯,可惜生蠔有啲腥Charred deboned beef rib (200gr), roasted pumpkin purée, mojo rojo and mojo verde見到隔籬枱枱都叫呢個牛肋骨,朋友都想試下,就後加咗呢個菜,顧名思義塊牛烤到焦黑,但切開非常之腍,加埋三款醬汁,各有特色,值得一試Pigeon rice with foie gras呢個乳鴿西班牙飯非常好味,我哋仲加咗鵝肝,令到成個飯鮮味提升,好正,大推👍🏻Pear braised in sangría, whipped mascarpone, lime sorbet, almond浸泡左sangría既梨配上lime sorbet都幾夾Cheesecake口感軟滑,略嫌芝士味唔夠濃 繼續閱讀

牛面珠墩推介意大利飯推介 (記得要同佢講想脆啲)鵝肝迷你牛漢堡 (唔推介 絕對係搵笨嘅)印象中係$138🤣頂得兩粒嘢帶子都係好食 因為我鍾意啲帶子有啲脆脆然後佢嗰啲奄列原來好特別,因為佢係薯蓉喺入邊嘅感覺好正,因為我鍾意食薯蓉薯波波一定好食㗎啦我覺得八爪魚好食 明明佢同Pica Pica係姊妹分店,不過唔知點解依度好食啲芝士蛋糕同Pica pica一樣的 繼續閱讀

🍴Spanish tortilla - $88太陽有雞蛋同埋薯仔煎嘅蛋餅,切落去係留心食到薯仔粒粒,都幾好食!🍴Galician octopus on potato "al caliu" - $154八爪魚非常之軟腍,薯仔都好腍,不過落太多橄欖油,太油啦!🍴Broken egg with spicy chorizo and agria potato foam - $48/po係雞蛋加薯仔嘅物體打到好綿密,入邊仲有小辣辣地嘅辣肉腸,都幾唔錯,精緻得來都幾好食!🍴Charred deboned beef rib (200gr), roasted pumpkin purée, mojo rojo and mojo verde - $292牛肉係非常軟腍腍,有牛味有口感,配咗三隻醬,真心值得食! 🍴Black seafood paella - $148/smaller好重墨魚汁味,個飯有口感,加埋啲墨魚粒好有口感!🍴Our cheesecake, limited daily - $85係鹹香嗰種,勁重芝士味,好軟滑,似用左羊奶但唔燥。推薦指數: 8/10喺Pica Pica嘅姊妹店,味道大致上差唔多,招牌菜式都係差唔多,個人覺得呢間飯好食啲好多其他就係Pica pica好食啲! 繼續閱讀

尋日晚喺灣仔試左呢間小店,真係估唔到咁正!BÀRBAR將西班牙嘅風味帶到香港,絕對唔係普通嘅 tapas 餐廳。首先講最重要嘅嘢 - 佢嘅和牛他他配生蠔簡直係無得頂!我平時唔係好鍾意食生肉,但呢個組合真係令我改變咗諗法。嫩滑嘅牛肉配埋鮮味十足嘅生蠔,絕配嚟㗎!到而家都忘唔到個味。最最最鍾意佢個煙燻和牛配鵝肝漢堡,個香味由個袋度傳出嚟已經令我流晒口水,真係一種體驗。漢堡細細粒但係味道勁濃郁,同平時食嘅漢堡完全唔同 level。我哋仲試咗蕃茄麵包(簡單但係好好食)、燈籠椒同埋魷魚三文治,意外咁好食。Black seafood paella都好出色,將西班牙嘅豐富多元口味發揮得淋漓盡致。間鋪嘅氣氛好 chill,好岩同朋友食飯傾偈, 店員都好 friendly,值得再去! 繼續閱讀

Company visit for Xmas lunch. The atmosphere is good. We tried all the tapas on the menu and 3 kinds of paella.the small bite is good for weekend visit not on a rush weekday. I like the dessert pear sangria to end the lunch.Easy to spot the restaurant from Wanchai MTR station Exit D, then locate ‘Ship street’, 2-3 blocks from Lee Tung Street towards Admiralty direction. Alternative, Exit B2, Southern playground, cross the road to the heritage building, walk towards Admiralty, you will stalk the Ship Street. 繼續閱讀
