This restaurant was famous because of its chef, who is a famous cook in other country. When the restaurant opened, many people come to eat because of the chef. But of course, he is the boss but not means that he will come to the restaurant everyday and cook for you. So later on, not many people come to eat. 

This day, three of us wanted to have lunch in Central. Unfortunately, the targeted restaurant was fully booked. We tried another restaurant and found that it was also fully booked. Maybe it is because of Friday. Anyway, we tried this one and there were plenty of seats!! So you can guess why.

It was located at 1/F but you cannot take the lift to go there. On the other hand, we had to walk upstairs. The decoration is good. There were many lamps as decoration. I guess the lamps are not working but actually the lamps can really light up! Looking outside of the street in Lan Kwai Fong of Central is pleasant.

Three of us shared the main dishes of the set lunch. The set lunch was a bit expensive for me. But I understand it is Central so the rent must be very expensive and so the cost is also expensive. I cannot remember the taste of each dishes but the bread at the beginning impressed me. They were warm, of course. There were different kinds of bread in the basket. And I added a lot of butter. The appetiter was also interesting! It is made of a kind of rice original from Afraica. I can said it is interesting but not tasty, as not all people can accept its favour.

In the three main courses, I like the beef rolls most, as the meat favour was strong. Unfortunately, the other two ladies just had a little and said that they were quite full. The fish and the duck were just so so. No need to mention.

Finally, I ordered Latte. Unexpectedly, it is quite good! The outlook is good. and the taste is upper quarter standard. 

In the whole, I will not recommend other people to come as there are so many other better choices in Central. I will not come back for just the bread and the coffee.

來到Gordon Ramsay於香港開的首間餐廳,多少會有點期望,帶著孩子,也尤其重視兒童餐及其配套。安頓了座位,孩子就得到一套餐單盒,內有小圍裙、填色簿及濕紙巾,顏色筆就以一玻璃杯盛著,對於孩子,玻璃杯會有點危險吧。食物方面比較簡單,待應未有多加解釋,只著我們有問題才問他。我們點了麵包籃、炸魚薯條、漢堡及松露椰菜花。孩子的餐單寫得太精簡,當我詢問店員Pennie with tomato sauce,是只有長通粉和茄汁嗎?她反問我menu怎寫,當看到這樣寫時,她回答是。我再問是ketchup還是蕃茄汁,她竟說㕑房及材料不能詳細告訴我!我再追問有肉及其他配料嗎?她說不知。我請她幫我查問,她卻再三問我是否真的想知。我說是,因為孩子還小,要知道食物材料,也怕敏感,她才去問同事,得出答案是可以有肉可以不要。-_-#感覺在細緻的事情上很馬虎。服務很一般。最重要還是食物吧。炸魚薯條:不太炸,不香,魚。很。乾。硬。無味,魚肉和炸粉部分都分開了。薯條很油,吃得人很滯,薯味淡,像是用不夠熱的油慢炸。老實說,很多快餐店做得更好。麵包籃,法包麥包風味一般,太硬及乾欠缺麥香。牛角包軟軟的,玉桂藍莓卷像是包裝麵

最重要還是食物吧。
炸魚薯條:不太炸,不香,魚。很。乾。硬。無味,魚肉和炸粉部分都分開了。薯條很油,吃得人很滯,薯味淡,像是用不夠熱的油慢炸。老實說,很多快餐店做得更好。
麵包籃,法包麥包風味一般,太硬及乾欠缺麥香。牛角包軟軟的,玉桂藍莓卷像是包裝麵包,很甜亦沒有包香。而隨包附上的醬汁味道偏濃及甜,配在已過甜的包上,不合襯。
漢堡包:牛肉很咸但欠牛肉香味,乾得要用水送食。配料一般無特色。唯一好吃的是包頂,包底被肉汁和蕃茄水浸得淋淋得,味道和質感令人難受。
松露椰菜花:很香,但很油很咸,是用現成松露油倒進椰菜花卻未做好調味計算的例子。
兒童餐:南瓜餐湯味道適,帶南瓜清香,沒有一般南瓜湯太多奶的缺點,不錯。長通粉很咸,帶有蕃茄的酸味,牛肉碎不香無味,長通粉是一般乾貨,無特色無麥香質地也太軟。孩子吃了幾口就不停飲水,很快停手了。兒童餐甜品是軟芝士蛋糕,像圖中的樣子,醬汁甜得無果味,蛋糕是包裝蛋糕的味道,吃了一口,都不敢讓孩子吃。
結論:很失望,由服務以至食物都不合格,環境很casual,價錢一般,雖然週末有兒童餐免費優惠,我也不會再光顧了。

星期日多謝朋友仔帶埋pabe同mama到中環逛逛,等我享受一下家庭樂。貴為為食一族嘅族人,今次試咗地獄廚神Gordon Ramsey 嘅餐廳。今次㸃咗:Bread street kitchen short rib burgerSeabass carpaccioTruffle scramble egg on toastYellow fin tuna cevicheShort rib burger 本人真是覺得一般,肉質同味道都不太獨特風格。Yellow fin tuna ceviche 也沒有太大驚喜。可能我係本身係亞洲人關係,食材算唔錯,但當用上east meet west 嘅fushion嘅調味方式,我倒是比較挑剔。Truffle scramble egg 是一般,蛋炒得恰到好處,black truffle 唔會太多搶咗蛋香。本人比較喜歡seabass carpaccio,魚肉爽口,配以西柚,牛油果醬,蕃茜,Oliver oil同lime juice,簡單嘅食材配合和調味,帶出一份清爽嘅口感。

本人比較喜歡seabass carpaccio,魚肉爽口,配以西柚,牛油果醬,蕃茜,Oliver oil同lime juice,簡單嘅食材配合和調味,帶出一份清爽嘅口感。

From watching is many shows on TV like Hell's Kitchen, Masterchef, F Word, I finally get to try his specials and his food.We sat down on a weeknight dinner at 7pm, not many people were in the place, like the place was a little bit more than half full. The menu was a short simple menu with starters, mains desserts and sides. Nice and easy to read, letters are nice and big, not difficult font to read.

Bread was delicious, though it wasn't fresh and was reheated, but the texture was soft, and still very hot. I could taste a strong wheat smell in my mouth that blends well with the butter. Which was also good that the butter was not very salty or very strong. 


We wanted to try more mains, therefore we only ordered 1 starter and 2 mains, and since so many people comment that the chicken wings were delicious, we decide to go with that.

The chicken wings were absolutely stunning!!
 the taste was overwhelming (in a good way). The skin of the chicken was glazed with sauce that tasted like buffalo but not spicy, and it had a sour onion taste in the sauce. I have no idea what sauce it was, but it was absolutely delicious. The skin glazed in the sauce was crunchy and the chicken meat was cooked to perfection, very tender and juicy meat. 


As we just finished the chicken wings the main courses came, and they came almost together. As we pre-ordered Gordon Ramsay's so famous Beef Wellington and his Short Rib burgers.


We started off with the Beef Wellington that was just absolutely mind blowing! I had high expectations for this dish and apparantly, it delivered! The Beef Wellington came in a round shape cut into 2 pieces, pink in the middle. The first cut into the pastry had a really good crunch, very flaky and the beef was super soft, it was like cutting through butter. 
 The taste was just super overwhelming!
 the beef just melted in my mouth, as it was just that soft. There was a mushroom paste surrounding the beef and that taste was so strong, but mild enough not to overwhelm the taste of the beef and pastry. Everything binding together just melted all in your mouth, a few chews and it was gone.
Beef was seasoned, cooked to perfection and it had just a pinch of salt. The mushroom paste was really seasoned well, fresh mushrooms and the smell was incredible! 

It was kinda a set, so by ordering the beef wellington we got 2 side dishes, so we picked truffled cauliflower and mac and cheese. I have tried London House and the mac n cheese taste the same, very well seasoned with a thick creamy sauce, macaroni cooked to perfection, not too chewy or over cooked.
And also the other dish of cauliflower, i didn't have that many pieces, but I thought it wasn't that special. The truffle sauce was delicious, the flavour was there, very strong too.
 But it was the cauliflower that wasn't very surprising.

We moved onto the other main that was the Short Rib Burger. Surprisingly, we have read most comments online saying that it was really good and was very tender.
The burger came to us not as impressive as the comments has said. We asked for medium rare but it came like medium.
 The burger bread wasn't really that impressive, burger wasn't seasoned very well, I think it was a little over cooked, otherwise, the bacon and veggies went well together with the sauce, which had a little sour sauce, which was quite good on the appetite. But overall the burger was acceptable, maybe we just had high expectations for it.

On the side I ordered a London Beer which taste a little like guinness beer, but I really liked how they served in an old English cup and it was ice cold.

Overall this restaurant lived up to Gordon Ramsay's name for sure! Though i think it was quite expensive, but for that type of experience i guess it's worth. 
 I will definately return to this restaurant again but probably on special occassions.

題外話/補充資料: It does seem the Beef wellington set is up on Wednesday, I'm not sure for other days but i don't see the Beef Wellington on the menu.

傳統英式甜品。每一口蛋糕都滲透著香甜軟滑的拖肥醬,微暖且濕潤度高。但混和clotted cream吃就變得太甜了,改配雪糕應可減低膩感。

食過晒餐牌上既recommendation之後,難得今次有四個人,即管試下其他野!先來呢個pork chop,再配黑松露椰菜花同炸薯條,先講下個厚切豬扒,可能係厚切既關係,都真係有d韌,而且感覺唔太新鮮,皮都有d粗糙,口感真係一般。相反旁邊既sides就好唔同,炸薯條都無咩特別,但黑松露椰菜花就好好味。首先一講起黑松露,我未必會聯想到椰菜花,但佢地放埋一齊,花爽身但帶有黑松露味,味道好特別而且係好接受既!

見大家重有空位食多樣野,就叫甜品同時叫多個銀雪魚。賣相都幾吸引,四隻clams係外圍,個底有d麵條,而魚就放正中間,朋友話樣樣餸都係得四件,難怪唔俾我地加人到五位啦!哈哈~~~魚已煮到好軟身,叉一叉都散,個人覺得有少少偏咸,而麵底份量太少,想魚加麵一齊放入口,希望中和番個味,點知食一、兩啖已經無晒麵,不過都唔算差!

最後揀左個cheese cake,無錯,佢真係cheesecake,因為cheese係“吱”上去d berries度,個底重有一層好脆卜卜既消化餅,佢唔係一件普通既cheesecake,呢個確實係新dessert,好有創意,不過我都係怕酸,但溝埋個底一齊食,味道就岩岩好!

所以我都係對呢件chocolate tart有興趣多d,重再配埋雪糕添,不過朋友就唔太buy dark chocolate既苦味,剛好同我相反,件蛋糕充滿濃度甚高既朱古力,配埋焦糖雪糕,唔太甜,我都好鍾意!

由 Starter 開始, 每一道菜的美味可說帶來不同的驚喜
.  Short Rib 肉被切成小方塊, 有點甜酸的味道, 再配以柚子一起食, 令胃口大開
.  Chicken Caesar 是烤雞+生菜配意大利培根, 鳳尾魚, 帕馬森乾酪, 和糖心水煮蛋, 賣相已經很吸引, 而醬汁香滑濃郁, 比其他餐廳的 Caesar Salad 的汁好味
.  Roasted Atlantic Silver Cod 銀鱈魚煎到剛剛好, 入口嫩滑甘香, 配上口感煙韌Troffie pasta 和清甜的青口及蝦, 味道清淡中帶著豐富口感
.  Rib Eye Steak 經過烤煮後肉質依然鮮嫩, 肉汁鎖在牛排裡, 食的時候配不配醬汁依然可以享受到牛排的鮮味
.  Hand Cut Chips 一口咬下去是外脆內軟, 不用配醬汁都很香口美味.  Pineapple Carpaccio 是侍應 Tim 的推介, 單看上菜的造型已喜歡上它, 薄片的鳳梨(菠蘿)圍成一圈, 耶子味雪葩放在中間, 再配上百香果醬汁, 入口即傳來清新的鳳梨味在口腔裡散發, 耶子雪葩香滑,


侍應 Tim 的服務很好, 他親切的笑容和熱誠推介菜單, 也是值得一讚!


不要以為因為是Gordon Ramsey 的餐廳一定貴, 我們每人平均消費只是三百, 能夠嘗到美食, 真的很值得再去.

Enjoyed a nice lunch. Tamarind Chicken wings were outstanding, the BK Gourmet Burger with bacon and carmelized onions was tasty with a nice combination of flavors. I do recommend ordering "well done" however, as our "medium" burgers were a bit on the rare side. The whipped cheese cake with berries dessert was a pleasant palat cleanser to end the meal. Overall very good, but a bit high priced ($800+ for two) and overrated, due to the Ramsay name.

到我最期待既FISH AND CHIPS 啦!!魚本身吾似英國個d好大條,而且佢用薯角再配macho peas同sour cream. 佢無英國食開個d咁油, 脆漿做得唔錯比英國平時食既乾身同脆d,但咸左少少。不過fish 同sour cream 呢個配搭我真系好中意啊


最後野飲方面,sangria幾重紅酒味,同埋真系非常足料,生果非常多! 所以比平時既SANGRIA 酒味多左一份清甜果香, 幾好飲,不過$388/jug貴左少少

哈哈!食完大餐既終結:雖然全部野份量望落都好細,但其實食完真係會好飽同好滿足!

Starter - Seared scallops with carrot puree, treacle bacon, celery cress
Salad - Chicken caesar salad, pancetta, anchovies, soft boiled egg, aged parmesan
Main - Beetroot risotto, blue cheese, toasted pine nuts
Main - Traditional shepherd's pie, braised lamb, onions, carrots, celery, potato puree, parmesan, brioche garlic crumbs
Dessert - Eton mess, strawberries, chantilly, meringue
Dessert - Chocolate and mint browies, chocolate ice-cream and chantilly

由starter講起,帶子鮮甜,但令我意外既係佢墊係底既蘿蔔醬,肉質彈牙,兩者加埋既口感簡直係有驚喜!之後上salad,菜就唔多講,兩邊雞蛋係吸引我既地方,又嫩又滑,加埋鯷魚調番個咸味,令到成個沙律都唔同晒,相反我覺得件雞煮耐左,“唉”左少少,但整體美味指數都係高!

到主菜,因為朋友來過,所以話enchore shepherd's pie,上次係London House已經試過一次,所以都大約知會係點,今次係Bread Street Kitchen,個pie簡直係完美,個面已經焗到非常crispy,肉嫩味濃,而且薯蓉份量剛好,入晒羊味,如果俾我再去,我都會再叫呢道菜。相比起risotto,個人係cheese熱愛份子,但一講到blue cheese就真係‥‥‥不過都來到,都要試下d特別野。一上枱,可能係beetroot關係,係完全深紅色,blue cheese只係放係面,朋友同我都會用“得意”來形容佢既味道,可以同個pie差太遠關係,呢個真係有d失色,但都係好味既!

最後到甜品,我一向都係朱古力既迷,所以我一見到chocolate係menu,就諗都唔使諗就叫,browies加雪糕其實都真係無咩驚喜,但就係因為有mint,佢完全帶番個清新感覺出來,就算之前食左咁多濃味野都好,我都唔會話有油膩既感覺,相反係可以清一清個口,所以係大力推薦!另外一個係strawberries味既dessert,我唔太喜歡唔係唔好味,只係唔太鍾意酸既感覺,朋友都覺得好食,所以都係值得一試。

整體而言,如果再有機會再去,我都希望會試晒佢所有野食,因為今次呢一行,令到我對Gordon Ramsay改觀,因為我知佢來緊好似再係香港開第三間餐廳,會有少少期待‥‥‥

一入到餐廳,環境令人好舒服,唔會有太擠迫的感覺。Waitress服務很好,總是面帶笑容,不會吹你叫野食,可以慢慢諗,眼神望一望佢地,就會問你Can I help you?睇得出係訓練過。上菜方面是頂級餐廳質素,等唔係好耐就上頭盤,你一日唔食完個頭盤,佢都唔上主菜,但食得出絕對唔係整完等上台,應該係睇住你食到一半先煮主菜,所以兩度菜時間相隔唔耐,但又好好食,呢點留下深刻印象。食物方面,先講講個頭盤, “Seared octopus, aubergine puree, lime and mustard dressing” 一般出去食八爪魚,一係好硬,一係用好濃嘅醬汁cover雪味,搞到食唔到佢個鮮味。但呢個頭盤真係好好食,八爪魚唔硬之餘,仲好鮮,食到烤味之餘唔會覺得燶。另外,個醬汁一流,同八爪魚Perfect Match,芥茉再加上少少酸的Lime,食多多都唔膩。連伴碟的蕃茄仔都特別甜。個人認為呢個頭盤係全晚最住作品,神級。主菜 "Slow roasted Dingley Dell pork belly, spiced apple puree, apple relish" 燒肉我地中國菜食

主菜 "Slow roasted Dingley Dell pork belly, spiced apple puree, apple relish" 燒肉我地中國菜食得多,要我地話好食好難,呢個主菜我覺得不過不失,食落去有豬味,唔會得肥肉,又唔會好硬,不過個皮有點太咸。另外,值得一讚的是伴碟的蘋果蓉,一個字“Stunning”。
兩個甜品“Eton Mess” & “Warm Apple Crumble” 甜品最怕得個甜字,食落口好似食糖咁,兩啖就唔想食。呢兩個甜品甜味控制得剛剛好,食完一啖,好想再繼續食。Eton Mess係英國傳統甜品,第一次食,入面D糖霜鬆化而不太甜,配合埋D士多啤梨同Cream,一流。食Apple Crumble,口感同味覺都係一個享受,一般Apple CrumbleD糖勁多,呢個蘋果先係主角,個味道調得好好,D cookie又鬆化,溫度暖暖的,加上個雪糕,真係冷靜與熱情之間,介推再食。

對比 Gordon 系列中最頂級的在英國的 "Restaurant Gordon Ramsay" 米芝蓮三星不同, 這餐廳提供一般英式食物, 如對比在港提供同樣英式食物的餐廳, 其出品水準只屬於中等水準而價格比較進取, 留下印象不深, 當然以 Gorden Ramsay 在港開業的首間餐廳為由還是值得一試。

既然是Wine Brunch,必須一提當日最特別的酒,下圖的Bella Ridge Kyoho!Kyoho 是日本的食用葡萄-巨峰,食用葡萄肉厚多汁,但酸度不足,並不適宜釀酒; 如若用之釀酒,必須加入一定比例的釀酒葡萄,用以平衡酒體,所以現於日本有售的巨峰葡萄酒,全部加入部份釀酒葡萄釀製。據Cottage Vinyard所述,世界唯一一瓶用100%巨峰釀造的巨峰葡萄酒,便是這瓶Bella Ridge Kyoho。那為何Bella Ridge 能造100%巨峰而其他地方不可以呢?因為Bella Ridge 的巨峰葡萄樹齡高達35歲以上,所出產的葡萄酸度較高,加上Wine Maker 本身的努力鑽研,這瓶世上獨一無二的100% Kyoho 巨峰葡萄酒最終問世!當日最特別之處便是餐前的開胃酒及甜品酒都採用Kyoto,在Wine Lunch及Dinner 等場合都非常少見,餐前酒一般會選用Dry 及酸度較高的汽酒或香檳;經老闆解釋這酒適合全天飲用,與食物之兼容性甚廣,非常適合以此佐以一些隨意可買的食物如漢堡、炸雞及沙律等食物,若再配以一個懶洋洋的週末,感覺會非常悠閒寫意。

我曾喝過此酒數次,覺得酒的複雜性偏底,但今回再飲,感覺無論在酒的結構及複雜性方面均有改善,真是一瓶百撘酒!可能我以前喝的年份沒今天的好吧,今天喝的年份是2008年。
好,是時候吃了!先來一些麵包,配以軟牛油。麵包外皮脆口不靭,心軟硬適中,整體頗佳,但離驚為天人尚遠。

雞腿醃得入味,但肉質對我而言太焾,正確來說是帶點霉,不知道是雞腿本身肉質問題,還是醃制出了問題,雞應有的肉質沒有了,中廚常言不能用薑或其汁醃雞過久,不然雞肉會變霉,但到底是什麼出了問題,那便無從稽考了。Pancetta 是意大利的一種豬腩煙肉,入口甘香,非市面上的國產煙肉可比。Soft Boil Egg的賣相一般,但蛋味香濃,估計乃產自歐美好貨式!Aged Parmesan cheese,真的弄不清為什麼要用aged 的Parmesan ,Parmesan 本來味淡,要加強salad 味道,為何不用其他芝士?Anchovy 鯷魚是沙律菜的良伴,對其沒有喜惡,但跟沙律內蔬菜確實匹配。羅紋生菜非常新鮮爽脆,貨源質素值得一讚!撇除那敗筆雞腿,沙律實屬上品,但以整體而言,此菜式僅能及格。

此道菜乃是我西式早餐中的至愛之一,這餐廳造得太精彩了!蛋流心是基本要求,最厲害是蛋白做得嫩滑,我吃過其他地方制作的Egg Benedict ,記憶中蛋白部份都偏老,但它完全沒有這問題。蛋配以咸味芝士及煙肉當然是完美鐵三角,他們還在蛋上放上幾段青葱,不要少看這幾段看似用作點綴的青葱,它們把雞蛋味道提升了一個層次; 底部的鬆包恰如其分的鬆軟煙靭。他們把這看似簡單普通的菜式,變成了一件藝術品!

這瓶Chenin Blanc 經乳酸發酵及木桶陳存,口感Creamy外, 兼具煙燻及礦物味道,可以配襯一些偏咸的醃制食物。

羅望子汁雞中翅撒上芫荽及青葱,羅望子汁是比醋更酸的果汁!我家菲傭曾以此煮家鄉菜一道予家人品嘗,除我的嗜酸妹妹能大快朵頤外,小弟吃了兩口便離坐,母親大人更吃致胃痛。對此雞翅有點先入為主的抗拒,吃了一根,酸!但能下嚥,恕我未能評價,但我肯定這道菜是嗜酸人士欣物。

特別要一提Bella Ridge Estate Tempranillo 2010這瓶酒,一般高酸食物如生炒排骨及京都排骨等很難配酒,但這瓶產自澳洲的酒酸度奇高,單寧不重,與高酸食物非常匹配,真的誠心佩服Cottage 另一老闆Ada 在Wine and Food Pairing 上的功駕!

Mini Burger 除免治牛肉外,有cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, bacon and spiced mayonnaise。辣味蛋黃醬把原來已味道豐富的小漢堡添上了一道光環,輕微的辣味能增加味蕾的敏感度,咀嚼時更能感受清楚包內每一情節,菜及洋蔥的鮮甜,牛肉及芝士的香濃都能一一在舌尖上感受,配以高水準的麵包,真是上品!唯一小挑惕是他們在製作漢堡朳時,可能沒有放入麵包或麵包糠,未能成功鎖住肉汁在漢堡朳中心。

Bella Ridge Estate Cabernet - Shiraz 2005,Cabernet Sauvignon 及Shiraz 兩種葡萄釀制的紅酒,有充足單寧陪襯夾有咸煙肉的漢堡包。

Lamb Rack 肉眼較大,約5成熟,粉紅肉心,賣相相當討好,肉味濃郁兼且不會太羶,但在我個人而言,我較喜歡肉眼較小的Lamb Rack ,貪其較大肉眼來得嫩滑,這份Lamb Rack 我覺得輕輕靭了一點。Oyster Mushrooms 感覺帶有濃烈東方fusion 味道,蠔油跟菌類在中菜上是最佳配撘,他們這些雜菌炒得非常乾身,除蠔油外亦帶有濃烈的奶油香氣,奶油的微羶加上蠔油的微腥,交織出魚+羊即鮮的效果!

Bella Ridge Estate Grencache-Syrah-Mourvèdre 2008. 感覺上單寧不太重,可跟菌類配撘,同時此酒有點草本植物的收結,跟羊肉匹配,道理有如迷迭香及薄荷葉等香草跟羊肉非常相襯。

甜品是其中一款我的至愛,蘋果醬的甜酸度很平衡,crumble 碎鬆而不硬,玉桂味道適中,只可說這甜品做到全方位平衡,可算是日最佳收結。

最後一提,本人對咖啡不太了解,咖啡好喝不好喝只憑主觀判斷,這杯咖啡香醇、不帶酸及回味悠長,絕對是我的一杯啡。同時我亦多點了一杯苿莉茶,很淡回味很短,十分普通。

總結: 初時沒對餐廳有太高期望,甚至懷疑此餐廳只是借Gordon Ramsay 的大名歛財,吃吧今天的菜式,很能感受到Gordon Ramsay 在菜式設計上非常注重小節,加幾段小小的青蔥,便把整份菜式的味道昇華至另一層次,這絶對是非比尋常的烹飪功力!

星期二,大約七成滿,可能處於蘭桂芳的關係,wine list 上的酒非常多,不過個人不好酒,跟男朋友各自叫了一杯mocktail。男朋友揀了secret garden,個人來說接受不了那種粉紅色的sakura syrup,但男朋友說未至於太藥水,而我倆都非常喜歡我選的bronze, 賣相至味道都太好,非常柑橘,不過要留意,當冰全溶化,味道就奇怪了。麵包超硬但脆,但配上香滑牛油,每口都加點牛油便可解決問題。starter 選了smoke sword fish,個人覺得偏鹹,但男朋友說smoke 嘛,差不多都是這個鹹度。如果夾著柑橘一起吃就冇問題,可惜只有三片。main 選了shepherd's pie,有羊肉像肉醬,帶有不令人抗拒的羶味,配上薯蓉和喼汁,好味,但二人分享有點膩,因為grill 揀了rib eye (12oz),肉沒有很juicy, red wine marrow sauce 也較一般,但另一個有牛油的sauce配牛肉卻一流,只是又有點膩。吃畢已很飽,但卻很想試那個像東坡肉的toffee pudding,pudding 應該是香蕉蛋糕,暖暖的加上香甜滑而不痴牙的toffee

吃畢已很飽,但卻很想試那個像東坡肉的toffee pudding,pudding 應該是香蕉蛋糕,暖暖的加上香甜滑而不痴牙的toffee 醬,加上那個像雪糕的奶油,肚很飽但口卻停不了,一份二人分享,可以先散步再坐車回家。

味道覺得較jamie 略勝,職員還算友善,環境也不錯,但可能jamie 那次的一位職員太好,所以服務上感覺jamie 較好

Starter我揀o左水蒸蛋配煙肉蕃薯~ 佢D煙肉好厚身~ 
配埋林林地o既蕃薯...仲有西梅醬~ 酸酸甜甜真係好滋味~ 

主菜之一係我至愛o既burger~ 今次係雞肉burger~
我初時以為係燒雞扒...原來係炸ge~ 
仲要炸出嚟唔鞋~ d粉又唔厚~
麵包係好軟熟...面頭塊麵包底下仲有一層厚厚o既parmesan cheese~
d醬係千島醬底...但係加o左辣~ 所以成個包都好惹味~

另一個主菜係Fish Pie~ 面頭有一大塊酥皮~
呢個dish呢...雖然份量好足...不過我同老公都覺得麻麻地...
店員話d魚係鱸魚同鱈魚...
但係我覺得魚味始終差d...唔夠甜...
而且D醬汁個味都一般...
