今日同朋友諗住食墨仔野同shisha，就揀左滿足曬我地2個願望既caliente.一上到去，餐廳比較昏暗但加上音樂，都幾有氣氛同情調。講番食物先，我地叫左個nachos,黎到見到都好足料，溶化既芝士十分之邪惡脆片本身係冇咩味但加上果2款醬汁同雞肉蕃茄等配料，酸酸辣辣咁十分之開胃呀。另外佢個tacos亦都好好食，但由於太肚餓就冇影到相😂 佢有唔同既配料俾你選擇，我係揀左蟹肉既，感覺好fresh，黎既朋友仔記住試下啦

Dope Mexican food... not sure if it's authentic but not bad at all. Pricy but would still recommend it. I'd recommend for a date or friend gathering. Ive ordered an Angus beef taco which was fire and the quesadilla was bomb af too. I didnt get to try to many dishes, but I'm down to go again and try other dishes! But it is a bit dim there. It is not good if you love taking pictures there. Also it offers shisha at night. Depending if you shisha or not, it can change your preference. 

大概已經有大半年無去尖沙咀諾士佛臺飲野，今次卻係到訪一間墨西哥餐廳。到達餐廳門口已聽到墨西哥音樂，燈光偏暗、柔和，整體充滿氣氛和熱情濃厚的文化氣息。Lychee margarita 沙冰有清甜荔枝味，酒精不會過重，好易入口又超級消暑！本來Struggle應該點Taco Combo還是Taco de cangrejo/Taco de scallops，最後選了2件蟹肉Taco和1件帶子Taco，軟熟的Taco，配上鮮味蟹肉真係食到停唔到口！友人點了帶子Taco，帶有微辣的醬汁亦十分開胃。Pork Enchilada可算是墨西哥菜的經典菜式，利用玉米捲餅和Salsa醬一層層平鋪，辣醬玉米捲餅外面包住好澎拜軟滑的芝士，裏面係好juicy的豬肉，值得一讚芝士煙韌又有淡淡芝士香，食落不會過膩。5成熟的牛扒配蘑菇，不過略嫌少少過熟。

Took my friends for celebration at Caliente and we all enjoyed the fabulous food and attentive service. Manager of this place was very accommodating to every request that my friends made. We had a great time and would recommend others to visit this restaurant.

Terrible experience!The staff here and very rude and not professional even the manager here.Commend us to order drink impolitely. We just want to order a ice latte and they tell us no hot drinks provided. I was like, huh? Argue with us and said ‘what is your problem?’ The worst service I had even seen. I won’t recommend any friend to come here anymore.

有朋友就嚟要去返台灣讀書，朋友即日約食飯。約極都諗唔到去邊度食，終於有一個朋友嘅提議大家都冇抗拒，而佢就係呢一間墨西哥餐廳。前菜一上呢，大家都好肚餓食晒先講想影得好睇啲都影唔到Tortilla chips 好硬身，同埋本身唔係好重口味，加埋嗰醬就啱啱好有朋友食過呢個牛肉taco所以就推薦左個人覺得還可以啦，但係朋友好鍾意嘢飲買咗青檸沙冰 本身自己唔係好飲得酒但呢個真係好易入口同埋真係超級消暑牛扒叫咗五成熟， 因為有朋友食唔到太生牛扒有少少筋，蘑菇整得非常好吃三文魚係我最鍾意食，煎到皮酥肉嫩真係非常利害到燒春雞上嘅時候已經飽飽地，叫三個正餐同埋一個小食，四五個女仔分已經非常足夠本來想叫埋甜品㗎，但見佢menu得三個甜品揀同埋都唔係太吸引就無食啦

成日都去呢間樓上餐廳飲野同shisha，對於我呢個怕熱既人黎講，呢到可以話係凍添，雖然環境係幾舒服，有室內都有室外，不過地方就比較窄，同隔離枱坐得好鬼貼，所以出出入入都要小心啲！除左呢個之外，野飲做得幾好好易入口同埋夠凍，但係shisha味就唔夠濃，食左半個鐘都淡淡地，有少少失敗，不過之前食開都唔係咁，可能今次有失水準啦😔

We had around 8 people all together.Ordered dishes like the bomb, fish tacos, tuna salad, enchiladas - regular dishes.Nothing tasted strange but I had food poisoning... had diarrhea + threw up the whole day next day. My other friends had 💩 stomach issues too.Wouldn't recommend eating raw food here and perhaps the dishes need to be hotter when served.

之前嚟過一次😍又平又好食真係念念不忘🤤飲嘢之前就決定嚟呢到食dinner😆(係呢到飲嘢同shisha都幾抵咖😎)Burrito幾大份，係玉米餅包住雞肉，雞肉嘅份量好多，入面仲有小小豆係到🤓上面有好多蕃茄醬，下面就係好多嘅芝士😙另外仲有酸忌廉同牛油果醬點😌caliente wings有chipotle honey glazed同cajun seasoning，2隻味都幾好食😆不過我自己就中意炸完辣辣地果隻😚

大概年半前黎過呢間主打墨西哥菜既餐廳兼酒吧，野食方面例如Tacos係還好既，不過前排二訪後總括經驗都係感受到店員所施加既壓力，服務有待改善🤪店員間唔中就問會唔會Shisha，話唔Shisha既話其實已經有點兒被鄙視嫌棄，然後見差野飲未飲完，會被安置去細吧檯，騰空卡位比人地，一飲完會即刻問要吾要多杯，唔要之下係秒速出單催谷離開🤤▪️ Mawkish Crumble 💲90呢杯賣相比預期中好，幾鍾意佢用半球體冰裝住水果呢個設計☺️杯邊有啲甜既類似爆炸糖物體，飲落係以莓味為主，不過都唔會好藥水，同埋始終係Cocktail酒精濃度唔算高🍸🔎 整體評分（7/10）

I always wanted to try mexican food and we looked for restaurant that serves mexican in Openrice and saw this Caliente with highly rated, suitable location and affordable price so we give it a try. It’s a chilling place with music, food & drinks🍸 I go with a group of friends and we order nachos, quesadillas, tacos, sweet potato fries, spaghetti and also the mexican fried ice creamI love the nachos with chicken. It serves with the guacamole n cheeeeese!! The tortilla chips are crunchy n match perfectly with the toppings!! I like to add a bit chilli sauce to it as well!!The fried ice cream is serving as a fire ball!! Eye catching haha

禮拜五幾個朋友食飯，朋友介紹去諾士佛臺嘅一間樓上餐廳，食墨西哥菜。墨西哥菜出咗名以辣椒為主要食材，再加埋芝士，所以岩晒我呢個愛辣嘅芝士狂迷，我當然唔會有異議啦~~主打墨西哥菜，呢度嘅裝修都幾有中東風格，有超多卡位，都幾岩一班朋友黎傾計。一心諗住慢慢傾，所以都一口氣叫咗幾多野食，當然唔少得墨西哥菜最出名嘅nachos 同tacos，再叫埋calamari，夠晒我哋三個女仔食。一黎就上咗calamari，啲魷魚煙煙靭靭，炸得夠晒香口，啲油又無油溢味，最岩做小食。之後就係chicken nachos，一睇到個dish presentation 已經知道無得輸，一層層嘅tortilla chips，上面放滿半溶嘅芝士同埋墨西哥嘅經典pico de gallo醬，再加埋用sour cream 醃過嘅雞粒，酸酸辣辣又香口，真係食到停唔到口終於黎到今晚嘅戲肉，我哋揀咗四款唔同嘅ingredients 配tacos，有雞、豬、帶子同埋魚柳，全部都係配咗pico de gallo。呢度嘅夾餅皮係用返墨西哥傳統嘅做法，以小麥或者粟米粉做成，所以比較軟身，同美國嘅脆身tacos好唔同，兩者各有口感 

I was looking for Maxican restaurant which I've tried many in hk before but didn't find a nice one until I found this accidentally! Its definitely a hidden treasure in a small hotel on Knotsford terrace!
