This place has since becoming more frequently visited by me and my friends, particularly because the overblown excitement of new venues on the LKF leaves a bitter aftertaste..I especially appreciate that this place is at the heart of LKF yet can still bring a conversation tranquility. Had lunch there with a girl friend for her birthday. Despite booking a table a week in advance, they did not reserve a table for me by the window as required, but had to clear out a working table with their laptops and receipts etc. for us.Had to ask for water and bread. ah, per my last entry, I found the Spanish wine I mentioned, which isn't carried by many outlets in Hong Kong apparently.Clos d' Agon Calonge Vino de Mesa de Calonge Blanco, 2001.Flagrant honey on the nose, medium bodied, soft-textured with notes of citrus and peach, long finish. I go there for lunch often and decided to do a private dinner for my friends bday.The food was superb and wine collection also impressive.Steak was char-grilled, juicy and yummy... and I cannot love the Parfait more!Service is good and the ambience is relaxing.The bday girl cannot get more drunk!

Lunch was very good. Corn Puree, Steak, seated on a two seater with street view. Relaxed lunch in the middle of LKF, a rather rare feat. <110 /person. Came again for drinks. 前後去過兩次,都是很空的.但其實這是一家很不錯的餐廳!第二次去的時候是帶同事們去的,他們也都讚不絕口.午餐有湯/沙律 + 主菜 (三選一: $88/98/108+10%) + coffee/tea. 如要紅/白酒,另加$30.這次我選了帶子沙律.很大很鮮的帶子,完全是驚喜.主菜我要了grilled chicken in gravy.那個醬汁有點像gravy的質地,酸酸甜甜,非常開胃.旁邊的薯蓉也做得很好,不會"漏".這裡行的是會員制(不過第二次也沒有查我的會員證 -__-||| ),每個禮拜有新的菜單都會寄電郵給會員,頗貼心的.真的很不錯的地方,食物做得很有心思,也可以坐得很舒服.會繼續去!

先幾日放工同朋友搵地方飲野. 行去蘭桂坊又唔知去邊.是但見到個banner就走左上間樓上bar. 一上到去見到冇乜人心裡暗叫不妙...不過大家做左成日是但啦...跟住waiter俾個wine list我. 我奇怪點解會有個分數係個價錢隔離. 佢話佢地賣既酒全部都係90分以上.(我心諗有冇咁巴閉).即管點左支平既試下先.名唔記得,5舊水左右.waiter跟手decant支酒,我地試一試.真係ok wor. 飲下飲下真係唔錯.飲左兩杯見隔離係度食野.口痕痕就叫左佢地個咩tapas combination. waiter介紹左個meatball,白酒蝦,緊住再點個mushroom, fried cheese 同ham. 食物水準十分唔錯.由其是個白酒蝦. 有野送酒硬係想飲多d,於是又開多支酒,呢次記得係clos d'agon. 幾rich,相當唔錯.就係咁8點坐到11點幾走人~總括呢講間bar都算有驚喜. 我地開既酒都只係五六百左右一支.都已經有90分.但第2d bar開支arrowfield都夠膽收4舊幾水.我寧可去呢度飲.而且佢地賣既食物亦相當有水準.地方亦算好坐. 午飯在中環尋食, 是頭痛的, 到處都人山人海.某日, 本與同事打算到安和里吃印度菜, 但人多之餘, 當天的set lunch又不吸引, 於是離開. 離開之時, 忽然見到一個新的宣傳牌, 是一家新的樓上西餐廳, 決定一試.原來餐廳是members only, 但入會手續簡便. 或許是新食店, 沒有人! 座位是高背沙發, 很舒服. 服務員很友善, 耐心講解菜式, 但又不hard-sell. 點了steak, 明顯是炭燒的, 好有肉味, 又juciy, 不錯！ 剛巧將有一大班國內同事到港, 決定在此處訂位.跟他們吃的那一天, 頭盤最令我興奮, 是西班牙奄列. 賣相很漂亮, 大酒店一樣. 像是薯仔蛋餅, 旁還有放得像一朵花的火腿, "好食又好睇"！主菜是磨菇意大利雲吞, 汁料的味濃, 是我最愛的creamy. 最後的咖啡也是水準之作. 在中環可找到一處寧靜舒適的地方, 吃一頓味美圓滿的午餐, 確是一個驚喜！美中不足的是, 這裡沒有甜品…
