和有段時間不見的朋友約飯敘舊 選這裏是因為離我們的地方都比較近而且朋友提過想吃小籠包 餐廳整體也蠻好 雖然沒發現特別吸引眼球的地方 但也沒槽點菜式方面推薦兩個 肉骨茶小籠包和法蔥手撕雞 小籠包我覺得味道不錯 我朋友就覺得手撕雞好吃(好吧我不會吃雞)

Located in Elements, I love the design of this restaurant, which has a cool bar in the middle. Not something you would usually associate with dim sum, but very stylish nonetheless. The food was really tasty and had good authentic flavours that reminded you of real yum cha, but they also brought in their own modern flare and fused various cuisines together to bring about an interesting taste and presentation. Some of the dishes were a bit pricey, but it was Elements. Service was good and people were helpful and it was definitely restaurant style service rather than the traditional yum cha service.

Great food. Seat arrangement mehhh....Booked weeks advanced still get treated as a walk-in customer.Eating next to the fire exit is not enjoyable. I understand you want to optimize family seats next the best view for higher return on dining spend. Think. Family seat has longer turnover.Most table for 2 will be sent to back door, dark and noisy area. If you want to enjoy a nice meal with less than 4 people. Wandering around Elements at Tea time on a Sunday. Isn’t The Dim Sum Library is just right for a refreshment?The environment is comfortable with a warm sunshine shining through which brightens up the place. It was very nice to be arranged sitting by the window. The staff is friendly to explained the seasonal menu.The teapot is really great at keeping the tea hot throughout the meal. Tea chosen was Longjing tea. Ordered a seasonal chilli Xiaolongbao, rice rolls with squid and crunchy soybean roll

Wandering around Elements at Tea time on a Sunday. Isn’t The Dim Sum Library is just right for a refreshment?

The environment is comfortable with a warm sunshine shining through which brightens up the place. It was very nice to be arranged sitting by the window. The staff is friendly to explained the seasonal menu.

The teapot is really great at keeping the tea hot throughout the meal. Tea chosen was Longjing tea. Ordered a seasonal chilli Xiaolongbao, rice rolls with squid and crunchy soybean roll as fillings and bamboo charcoal savoury glutinous dumplings.

The rice rolls was amazingly crunchy the inside with right proportions of squid filled. The chilli Xiaolongbao was juicy with a heat. Last but not least, the bamboo charcoal dumplings gave a real crust the outside while moist with savoury minced pork the inside.

Overall the dining experience is worth to be recommended.

I used to go to the PP branch and was so glad they opened one in Kowloon.
Usually, I'm not so into fusion cuisine as I feel chef are trying to hard at being innovative or creative and finally forget about taste or what makes a dish unique.
But there is no such thing at Dim Sum Library. They just succeeded to enhance whatever Dim Sum with rare and high quality ingredients such as truffle, black garlic, Wagyu beef, etc...
The range of Dim Sum is so large that even after 7 or 8 times there, I still didn't try everything.
I need to admit that I am so fond of some of them as well that I keep ordering the same ones without changing much.

Even their selection of tea is nice with delicate flavours.

The 2 things that I find not at the same level than their food is the service (not that bad but sometimes slow or disorganized). Decoration is "original" but this is it...

Highly recommended and you may see me there as I still have plenty to test.

去到圓方,沒想起這間,心中想飲茶......搵下搵下就中左啦。意外收穫😋😋😋超好味,茶又好飲,一試愛上淮山糕,長條型入口方便,啖啖淮山,味道足夠,不用點醬。擔擔湯包原來係擔擔麵🍵🍵味,有點辣,仍可入口。黑松露蝦🦐餃更啖啖松露香味,齒頰留香,一吃再吃。海膽春卷香脆美味,脆卜卜。黑毛豬腸粉一般啦,可以留肚食另一樣。洛神花蕃石榴糕簡直色、香味俱全,淡淡的洛神花味,蕃石榴甜而香,列入最喜愛甜品之一🥰🥰

因為懶,所以而家先補寫食評.....光顧嘅時候係父親節,打去N咁多間餐廳酒樓都fully booked... 唯獨是dim sum library 話十一點仲有位。我哋準時十一點到,食到十一點半都仲見到好多吉枱。由於限時九十分鐘,所以我哋不敢怠慢,一坐低就嗌嘢食。其實睇番餐廳格局、進取嘅定價,居然仲要限時九十分鐘,真係好令人O咀....好彩點心都唔算太耐,大約十五分鐘就上枱。不過味道十分普通無驚喜。燒賣蝦餃叉燒包都係正常貨色,灌湯餃定價$88一客但用料唔算上盛豐富,新派點心如擔擔湯包同麻辣鱈魚生煎包太濃味,直頭可以講係咸,完全蓋過哂其他食材嘅味道。最好食係個星洲炒米,炒得乾身香口,可惜分量好細只夠二人用。至於服務方面我認為係不過不失。個別員工殷勤有禮,但有位制服唔同顏色嘅員工就完全配合唔到餐廳格調,首先佢動作係屬於心急派,喺呢間相對叫優雅路線嘅餐廳當中頗為突兀,最搞笑係我哋食完點心,拎起個餐牌想嗌甜品嘅時候,佢即刻九秒九走埋嚟用相當無禮貌嘅語氣同我哋講:”限時個半鐘喎,你而家仲想嗌嘢?嚟到你都食唔切啦!” 當堂我哋所有人都打咗個突...無諗過呢間餐廳嘅員工可以咁唔友善,再者當時係十二點

口水雞食得多,薄落嘅口味第一次去食,比平時食到嘅口水雞多咁薄荷味外,略帶少許類近酸醋味


面頭有落到芝麻、青蔥、辣椒絲,雞肉亦都夠滑嫩,呢味涼食作為前菜不錯👍🏻薄弱味道削弱少少辣度,而當食多幾啖就會覺得佢辣,辣味唔會有麻嘅感覺,系爽嘅辣


我覺得系幾好味😋如果鐘意食辣嘅朋友會更加適合

平時食開螞蟻上樹都系碟上多,可窩就多咗分睇頭,做到好似石窩飯嘅飯焦感系粉絲上出現,呢種石燒效果令粉絲更有香口感,建議菜一上記得先撈好粉絲,否則燶底/痴底都非常易見


選用粉絲都比較粗身,多數韓式餐廳所見嘅粉絲,食得出豬肉香味外有微辣嘅味道

服務正常,不斷都有新客進店,客流較多,人手處理唔到太高要求,基本流程帶位、落單、上菜順暢,中菜嚟講價位中上,餸菜size基本上一人份量,一個晏就來講order過百午餐食粉麵飯的話,唔系抵食之選

系大型圓方商場裡面,一大落地玻璃見到景觀嘅環境設計、配上一壺茶慢慢地享受食物,想想價格亦是有它的道理,所以這餐是難得的小享受

裝修風格獨特,有別於一般中餐館,連餐紙也用上中國人忌諱的黑色,路線勇於創新。價格方面,走高價路線,所以在擺盤和食物造型上面,會花上心思。但食物質素,確實很一般,味道也不突出。唯獨黑椒和牛酥與海膽蟹肉春卷,則是比較出色,配搭特別,回味無窮。除了點心外,還點了蒜泥白肉和蒜蓉炒蕃薯苗,蒜泥是黑蒜,有點創意,但味道的突出上,不及平常的蒜泥,所以沒有什麼驚喜。炒蕃薯苗,則非常之普通,沒有什麼工架可言。整體來說,個人還是喜歡平常的酒樓出品。

It’s a question usually met with emotional, cult like responses. Once a reliable, and trustworthy, har-gow/Sui-Mai/char-siu-bao combo has been discovered, it’s tough to shake the loyalty of your favourite restaurant. However, it was only recently that my loyalty has been in put into question. For it is only recently that I have discovered the delight that is the Dim Sum Library.

With a refreshing hip modern decor, and savvy contemporary menu, the Dim Sum Library has just become my new go-to restaurant for all my dumpling desires. On arrival, we were ushered to our table by dapper well-dressed staff and presented with a tantalising cocktail menu. After a quick peruse of the offerings, I settled on a “pu’er tea infused bourbon old fashioned”. Mixed to a standard resembling some of Hong Kong’s best cocktail bars, this simple drink is my barometer of a barman’s calibre. He certainly did impress. With numerous specialty cocktails also available, the selection has something to please all tastes.

But a restaurant can’t be called Dim Sum Library without a vast catalogue of tasty little morsels. After contemplating the chef’s recommendations of salted egg fried prawns, beetroot and mushroom har-gao, lobster dumpling with Tianqi herbs and chilli XO steamed cod fillet, we ordered these along with the essential staples of any Dim Sum session. With my Vegetarian partner rolling her eyes at my pork heavy order, she still had ample meat free choices to choose from. 



Each dish was presented in a modern, creative take on what is usually very traditional serving. It was clear to see that the Aqua group Chefs have taken great care in curating a menu for a gastronomic experience like none other. Each bite was met with numerous “OMG’s” – how can they make it taste so good.



Another cocktail down, and slowly grazing on the morsels presented in front of us, one never realises that you’ve eaten too much dim-sum until it’s too late. We definitely over-ordered! Thankfully, the waitstaff are more than happy to box up the leftovers for you to ‘da-bao’. And with dessert already ordered and on the way, this was essential.



With dessert and the barista grade coffee resting the palate, we were ready to hit the Elements cinema, upstairs. This is the perfect pre-cinema date location. Take your partner, parents, friends, anyone! You need to taste this Dim Sum. It’s incredible!

依間餐廳pp 都有分店,今次試elements依間舖,舖面大過pp果間好多!入面的點心以fusion為主,同埋個人覺得煎炸野比較多因為都食咗幾多款點心,但係無次次都影,以下係講啲比較值得試嘅點心。首先就係黑椒和牛卷,不過呢個唔記得影相。 佢嘅外型係好似蘿蔔絲酥餅一樣,好脆口,幾惹味幾好食嘅。之後係煙燻脆皮黑松露雞。佢上面再鋪左幾塊脆雞皮,下邊就係撲開咗一疏疏嘅黑松露雞肉,係非常之好味嘅。但係分量就偏小,以下圖中嘅係半隻雞嘅份量嚟嘅。呢個漁魚香茄子嘅造型好似華夫咁,食落去好好食。佢個脆粉調得好好,同炸茄子個口感非常之夾。唯一可以改善嘅,係佢啲魚香茄子配料好散,難癡咗喺條茄子度。亦都叫咗呢個海膽蟹肉春卷。佢個海膽我覺得唔算特別好食,畢竟唔係一間日本餐廳。但係佢個春卷入邊啲蟹肉我覺得係好足料,同埋調味調得好食嘅,同海膽幾配。如果我下次食,可能會撩走上面啲海膽直接食個春卷。然後影左一個小籠包嘅相,我唔記得咗係咩配料了,有羊的騷味(唔知有無羊),又無好多肉汁咇出黎。不建議點~
