有一次在吃拉麵時,看著味付玉子,突然想起一件無聊的事情。「為什麼這麼多人愛吃流心的食物?」到底是愛內裡的幼滑,還是追求破開的那份興奮感覺呢?然而週末的一個悠閒早上,就是一個機會,讓我來到DiVino。這次或是一個巧合,讓我有機會去思想這個問題。這裡的Eggstreme Saturday Brunch有七款,其中更有三款是我最喜愛的賓尼迪蛋,其餘的是西班牙奄列,炒蛋及英倫傳統早餐等。既然這裡出售的是Safegg,當然我們也很安心點選賓尼迪蛋。Eggs Norwegian當然是以三文魚為主要材料,再配上水煮蛋及迷人的荷蘭醬。底層的鬆餅雖沒有烘脆,但上層的水煮蛋才是真正的亮點所在。那圓圓的蛋,在陽光下透現金黃,輕輕的破開,誘人的蛋汁緩緩流出,把煙三文魚添上生命色彩。入口感覺很豐郁,精彩的荷蘭醬應記一功,這賓尼迪蛋真的好吃。另一款賓尼迪蛋是Egg Florentine,以菠菜代替三文魚,少一份魚香,多一份清新的嚼感。稍作調味的菠菜,同樣沐浴在蛋黃汁中。鬆餅也來沾一分光,把暖暖的蛋汁精華盡吸,尤如一塊溫暖的床舖,在懶洋洋的早上,有點愛不惜手。DiVino的另一個名物Burrata Cheese,

Eggs Norwegian當然是以三文魚為主要材料,再配上水煮蛋及迷人的荷蘭醬。底層的鬆餅雖沒有烘脆,但上層的水煮蛋才是真正的亮點所在。那圓圓的蛋,在陽光下透現金黃,輕輕的破開,誘人的蛋汁緩緩流出,把煙三文魚添上生命色彩。入口感覺很豐郁,精彩的荷蘭醬應記一功,這賓尼迪蛋真的好吃。

另一款賓尼迪蛋是Egg Florentine,以菠菜代替三文魚,少一份魚香,多一份清新的嚼感。稍作調味的菠菜,同樣沐浴在蛋黃汁中。鬆餅也來沾一分光,把暖暖的蛋汁精華盡吸,尤如一塊溫暖的床舖,在懶洋洋的早上,有點愛不惜手。

DiVino的另一個名物Burrata Cheese,我跟食友們早已虎視眈眈,吃過賓尼迪蛋後,稍再檢討胃納餘下的空間,抖擻一下精神,我們還是點選這個索價$388,重量達500g的Burrata Cheese。

這份外型巨大的芝士,由意大利直送到港,每星期來貨三次,剛好這次吃到的Burrata是最佳狀態。有禮的女侍應知道我們愛拍照,所以破開袋子這重任還是交給她,好讓我們安心拍下最澎湃的一刻。果然,沒令我們失望,緩緩流出的芝士忌廉,散發著陣陣濃烈的奶香,入口質感很細膩,濃滑得來也不會太黏,跟香草醬伴吃,芝士味更見突出,這份芝士貴得有道理,也是我吃過最滿意的。

意猶未盡,最後又是甜品作結。一口氣把Tiramisu,心太軟,咖啡慕絲及咖啡葩菲也叫來,店方亦建議放在同一隻大碟子上,就是這安排而變成一個大拚盤。咖啡慕絲是最有驚喜的甜品,有點像法式焦糖蛋的造法,味道挺討好。最愛的心太軟,又是一款表現流心的示範作品,內裡朱古力漿做得剛好,唯獨蛋糕焗得不夠乾身,那濕濡濡的感覺,令我有點失望。

賓尼迪蛋,心太軟,Burrata Cheese,同屬「視覺系」的美食,內裡流出的一剎,就是這麼讓人興奮莫名。在那一刻,我沒再思想過那笨拙無聊的問題,只希望憑藉這幾款流心美食,讓我在這悠閒早上放鬆一下。

蛋的生熟度掌握得算不錯,形狀煮得渾圓,蛋白彈指得破,不過可以蛋黃更熟一點點。因知道蛋已消毒,看見蛋黃汁那麼生澀也吃得放心。襯底的鬆餅雖沒甚烘脆,不過又暖暖的又鬆綿像海綿,將蛋汁全吸收了更加惹味。三文魚肥嫩咸鮮,而菠菜已瀝乾又加了把鹽調味,拌着雞蛋和荷蘭醬吃有中和的作用,真不錯!

英國的早餐份量特大眾所周知,這裏的London也正宗,不過欠了黑布甸和焗豆。煙肉豐膩焦香,太陽蛋也煎得剛好。不過最愛還是那四角烤多士,又薄又脆,令愛厚多士的我也另眼相看。

加入青椒,洋葱和basil的Omelette Catalane白雪雪的,幸好擱了一會也沒滲水,生熟度也剛好。中芯還存有濕潤的蛋液,爽脆的椒粒增加了口感。平常只會吃到無味的奄列,這裏的卻偏咸了點點;向英國借調一片多士襯着吃,麥香平衡了咸味,又不錯喎!

配料也沒讓主菜專美,特別愛那烤得香口又多汁的大番茄。煙三文魚也肥美好吃。

吃過主菜,嘴饞的我們知道這裏的Burrata Cheese很著名,雖然索價$388一客,但也很希望試試看。幸好質量和價錢成正比,送來的芝士超大顆,聽大廚說有500g重!

這芝士是在意大利人手製作再即送來港,裹住的忌廉芝士和水牛芝士保證新鮮,也因裹住的忌廉太流質所以形狀軟朳朳的,要以芭蕉葉固定之。用刀切開雪白的外皮,芝士忌廉緩緩流出,煙韌的內芯散發輕柔奶香,好性感!味道非常新鮮,奶味豐足不騷,吃下來口內一陣清涼,伴上少許香草醬已能吊起其奶鮮味,滿嘴的芝士實在叫人太滿足!相比下小顆的蕃茄鮮甜不足,在芝士旁顯得黯然失色了。

也嘗了點甜:點了幾款大路的甜品,餐廳安排了併成一碟送上,也好,只是因溫度有差,溫的布甸有熱溶雪糕的感覺..

先拿朱古力心太軟開膛,這裡的也有流心,布甸的質感不算非常濕潤,味道算是非常醇厚又不是,但說味淡也不是,應該如食友所說,因用的麵粉和雞蛋的比例頗高所致吧.
Coffee mousse 'brulee'和別的有別,普通的咖啡慕絲上已薄焦糖層蓋面,也算是兩種甜品的混合創作吧!味道何不錯,焦糖的煙燻味為單薄的咖啡慕絲增添甜味,慕絲也幼滑,口感襯托下更居層次.

Tiramisu一定是新鮮搭配的,因不是盛在盤子中,而是在手指餅上唧上忌廉芝士和可可粉的立體狀.芝士的質感企身,味道也較濃郁,是個人喜歡的,可可粉添上一點苦澀香氣;手指餅只是輕浸過咖啡,表面略脆的帶少許酒香,輕輕的已能更吊出芝士的甜味,個人更非常欣賞有質感的手指餅-在香港很久未吃過未被浸得溶溶爛爛的餅在Tiramisu裡了!真的很滿意這客Tiramisu.

最後的咖啡葩菲和杏仁曲奇,冰凍的比較合夏天食用.杏仁餅下的糖粉應該頗兇,餅的質感很煙韌又黏牙,杏仁的味道卻不算很濃,是能接受的範圍.咖啡葩菲的質感對版,不過咖啡味被奶酥味蓋過了,充其量也只能算是個mocha semifreddo吧!不過伴著煙癮的曲奇也是不錯的感受.

沐浴在陽光下吃又安全又美味的早餐,實乃人生一大樂事,尤其在香港這繁忙都市-試想,過度都市化把人都困在室內了,早上不是要工作就是要補眠,中國製造的食品經常鬧出污染醜聞,味蕾和觸覺在繁華下日漸衰退.當發展令以來曾是天荒夜談的變成理所當然,其實也在把理所當然的事變成遙不可及的奢望.

在還有機會奢侈一下的時間,何不找個週末早起一點,享受一下?

Egg Florentine,半生熟的水煮蛋我最愛吃,圓圓的蛋放在英式鬆餅上,中間夾了菠菜,再淋上荷蘭醬。把蛋切開,橙黃色的蛋漿澎湃地流出來,生熟程度恰好,還未吃,視覺已經大感滿足。吃下去,蛋味真的十分香濃,底下的鬆餅把蛋汁完全吸引,而鬆餅質感帶點韌性,個人還是愛鬆脆口感的。配上自家製的荷蘭醬,質感濃稠,牛油味香,但檸檬酸卻並不突出。

另一款Egg Norwegian,是配上煙三文魚的賓尼迪蛋。蛋黃同樣流心,橙黃色的蛋汁蓋上粉紅色的煙三文魚,襯托起來顏色更誘人。蛋鮮加上三文魚的鹹香,比Egg Florentine更濃味。若荷蘭醬的檸檬味重點,吃下感覺會更清新。

Omelette Catalane,厚而豐滿的奄列用上了三隻雞蛋來煎,餡料有大量洋蔥、燈籠椒、蕃茄粒及羅勒葉。表面微微金黃,內裡不會煮得過火,蛋嫩滑還帶著蛋汁,配料混在一起,口感濕潤,味道是好吃,就連不愛吃洋蔥的我也多吃了幾口,只是味道偏鹹一點。

四款滋味的蛋式後,另外還點了這裡名物Burrata,起初看餐牌時,看見一客價錢要$388,心想那裡來的Burrata要這麼昂貴,真的很想試試。它一送來,原來是超巨型的Burrata,寵大的體型真的把我嚇倒,這是我吃過最貴又最大的Burrata!

大大的袋子外表十分飽滿,切開後半水狀芝士湧出來,場面真的令人興奮。芝士十分新鮮,是因每星期會從意大利來貨三次。外層芝士帶微微煙韌,中間部份的忌廉芝士較為濃稠,但依然幼滑細膩,奶香味濃,心裡大叫著很好吃。比起之前在Posto Pubblico吃的,Posto的很重忌廉,濃稠的黏著口,口感是十分Creamy,很像在吃忌廉似的。Divino的Burrata忌廉比例相對低,但芝士與忌廉柔合得更好,更能吃到芝士香。

旁邊細小的蕃茄顯得更為渺小,可惜的是蕃茄不夠鮮甜,否則配上如此美味的芝士,就真的很完美。這個巨型Burrata真精彩,愛吃芝士的真的想獨自吃掉一個。

最後也有甜品,這頓早午餐才更圓滿。甜品拼盤送來,共有四款。Tiramisu,這個中間夾著的不是濕潤的蛋糕,而是脆身的手指餅,帶微淡的咖啡酒香,Mascarpone芝士打得很滑,味道不會很甜。細小的心太軟,切開後,朱古力漿流出,感覺也不錯。蛋糕表面焗得不夠脆身,但質感濕潤不乾身,朱古力味不算十分香濃,吃起來也有點麵粉味,伴上的是朱古力雪糕。這個外表像朱古力燉蛋的面層也有層薄薄的焦糖,下面的朱古力忌廉質感挺實,不算是很幼滑那種,而是有點像泥蓉。朱古力味濃郁,濃度比心太軟的還要高。Coffee Parfait,配上大一片杏口餅及朱古力醬,咖啡雪糕口感較實,蛋香比忌廉味重,咖啡味慢慢滲出。那片杏仁餅口感很煙韌,與雪糕口感有很大對比。

這早午餐,充滿著健康又美味的雞蛋。餐廳內還有DJ打碟,於輕鬆的音樂下用餐更為享受。除了雞蛋,更對這巨型的Burrata念念不忘,真的很回味,說著又想再吃。在此也要謝謝公關的邀請,週六的開始,多美好!

We were a bit hesitated when the server recommended us for the game dishes. However, it was really worth for us to try these seasonal dishes. We ordered the risotto with pheasant and the cannelloni with partridge. The risotto was so tasty as the flavor of the pheasant was strong, but not over. And the texture of the rice, pheasant and bone marrow combined well together. Cannelloni is always my favorite. My favourite dish here is definitely the penne jerome, or may be it is because I have never tried other main dishes in this restaurant. hahaI always go there with my best friend, especially when we were hungry late at night, after some drinks in lkf area. Divino is always the first italian restaurant i can think of for a casual quick late night supper where i can grab a drink and some nice foodi told myself to try something new whenever i went there. i told myself to try something new whenever i went there. However, i always ended up ordering the same plate again and again. You can see how delicious the penne is!!!!!! it is sooo delicious that i still have to eat it even though it is late at night and i am still on diet!!! Crazy~ The penne is al dente and when it matches with the creamy truffle sauce, they are like the perfect match!!!
Apart from the penne, i have also tried some other appetizers and desserts there. But frankly speaking, i don't have much memory about the taste of them, so may be they are just not good enough for me to remember. haha
Apart from the food, the environment there is quite nice. The waiters are very smart and efficient. After seeing my friend and i for a few times, they have already recognised our face and remembered our habits.
It may be because I always went there late at night, so I usually don't have to wait or book the table.
Anyway, you are definitely going to like it especially if you are a fan of pasta like me.

Surprisingly, the snacks were really good, parma ham with bread sticks, ham, mini sandwiches, etc...we came late so food was nearly ran out (wish they would refill them!)...


We then ordered dinner.

They served the savoury bread again, I felt much better to have this bread ourselves..its salty and very crispy, yumm~~~

Spaghetti integrali alla “siciliana” con olive nere, pomodorini, basilico fresco e peperoncino

(Whole-wheat spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, black olives, basil and a hint of chili)

I couldn't taste the whole wheat because its full of tomato taste, its a plain spaghetti, its a nice one anyway.

Carnaroli risotto con guancia di bue “Wagyu” brasata,compostadi pomodori cuore di bue e riduzione al Barolo

(Braised Australian Wagyu beef cheek and beefsteak tomato risotto with Barolo red wine reduction) (not sure is it this one?)

Its a risotto stuffed into a pepper with the beef cubes which were really tasty~~

Formaggi con frutta fresca e secca

(Fine cheese platter served with fresh and dried fruits)

We requested no goat cheese. Not a cheese person, cheese was nice with dried fruit.

Veneto – N.V. Prosecco, Brut Conti D’ Arco

This is a drink between champagne and white wine, first time tried it and it was good and not expensive too
~~~

Service was a bit slow and a couple of misunderstanding occasions....overall pleasant for small group of friends to fine dine here.

Highly recommend for those after fine Italian cuisine but doesn't want to burn a hole in the pocket. Here's our orders

Appetizers

Bean soup-with a blend of beans nice kidney beans grounded to paste-like, the soup was thick, creamy ; humble and yet as satisfying as a bowl of lobster soup

Sauteed portobello mushroom on top of the rocket salad with sun-dried tomato, with the balsamic dressing, the huge mushroom still retained its juiciness.

Main dishes

Beef with mashed potatoes- it may sound simple yet don't under estimate the beef, it tasted like veal, soft tender and juicy with the right amount of fat, a tiny piece would be enough to satisfy a carnivore!

Penne with tuna in tomato sauce-being recommend by the first Hong Kong executive chef Winne that this's one of her favourite for pasta, I can't help to order this simple dish to try out its pasta, again al dente with the juicy tomato sauce with helped tame the dryness of canned tuna (or it's not canned..not really sure). Still for really good pasta I would pick Cenacolo.

Coffee was made from lavazza, expectedly good.

Including service charge, the set lunch costs around $110 per head, reasonable.

今日去左食晏,$98+10% 頭盤+ 主菜+ 餐茶,被附近餐廳貴左少少,不過選擇就特別d,頭盤3款湯一款,選其一,主菜又係4選一。頭盤叫左個炸雅枝竹沙律,賣相好一般,味道好鹹,有d似椒鹽鮮魷,主菜點左煎Red snapper,其實幾好味,不過可惜又係太鹹,同埋條魚唔夠熟,尾尾部份仲係切唔開添,但係肉質就好嫩滑食得出幾新鮮。

晚上想找個安靜又可以食煙的餐廳飲番杯, 朋友介紹到了這兒, 原來餐廳盡頭有數張半露天的枱可以抽根煙, 不錯不錯點了支酒, 地方雖然坐得迫迫的, 但是總算是有點情調又不太嘈吵吧!朋友提議試一試這兒新推出的chocolate fondue, $88一位, 有3種朱古力味, 以頂級意大利amedei朱古力, 我們選了toscana chocolate, 以法國貴價煮食爐盛著的朱古力, 香軟味滑濃郁, 配以士多啤梨, 菠蘿, 藍莓, 香蕉, grissini, nut biscuit去醮來吃, 以生果醮還算不錯, grissini太乾身, 果仁餅本身己甜, 加以朱古力便甜得有點過份, 都是以藍莓為最佳配搭朱古力的份量很多, 吃完了配料仍有大堆朱古力, toscana這個味道略甜, 建議可以dark chocolate, 可能減少一點甜膩感覺。

今晚同朋友兩個人去呢到飲野,中途竟然要求我地換枱去同另一枱搭枱,讓張枱俾另外到既兩位人,都幾離譜。不過後來佢知到咁做唔係咁好,係我地埋單既送咗兩杯shot俾我地。

今日嚟食晏,2 courses for $118頭要creme mushroom, snail in pastry ...幾好味,但snail有啲沙,而又太重creme,漏咗啲主要sea bream,呢個真係幾掂,又滑又嫩,跟既small new potato係涼既,又不俗cappuccino,base味道尚可入口,泡就請早收工是次lunch確實不錯,size又唔細,品質又幾好遲啲或會試下隔離間goccia,係同一集團,前身係alibi
