Chicken Caesar Salad ($68): 菜完全不爽及多"kwang"(莖), 已叫切碎卻不碎, 鷄肉又韌.椰汁加鷄肉加飯碎湯($25): 第一次試他們的湯, 亦聽不真店員講什麼但即管一試吧, 結果: 湯和店員說話一樣: 知所謂.$93 食這樣一餐, 可以foul了.(同一沙律Just Salad比較好得多, 又平成20蚊, 那邊湯亦似樣得多)

Salad 新店熱潮暫且退卻~接下來的是新派西式素食店~但小比始終salad有份執著~一般西式餐廳也會有Caesar等大路沙律供應~但大都不合心意~坊間供自由調配沙律的地方不多~Dressed算是其一已經很久沒到拜訪過~這天過了peak hour~約2點就來了個late lunch~太耐沒有吃過任選的沙律~竟然有點選擇困難症~很少會考慮designed salad的小比~最後要了New Year’s Resolution的Detox Antioxidant Salad~因為配料夠多而且全為素食& Antioxidant ~不作他選~~Detox. Salad的配料有西蘭花~番茄乾~燒蒜~紅菜頭~紅椒~甘筍~葵花籽~”主菜”為baby spinach~配以較為新鮮的藍莓石榴醋~total $68就有如此豐富的陣容~難得難得~Dressed Salad 向來以巨盤見稱~紫紅色的vinegar加上紅菜頭的”甩色”~無論葉面盤邊都沾上了紫紅一片~酸甜的藍莓石榴醋帶有concentrated的果味~而且greens流量夠大夠新鮮乾爽~葵花籽令全個沙律變得有嚼勁不會牛啃草一樣~是日配上兩片穀麥包而

有日同friend講起食野, 先醒起幾個月前黎過呢到食dinner. 不得不寫番~ 我食o個個沙律同湯實在係一D好難食.當日食左個falafel 沙律同potato soup. 兩樣好似下面d相甘都好大份. 但沙律的菜未fing 乾, falafel細細粒但未炸好. 少少金黃色都見唔到. 醬亦冇乜. 總之就係好似食緊一大兜arm arm洗完既菜.Potato soup 都係失望. 料係足但完全係港式. 稀到暈. 要飲西湯去下幾層pret吧.服務員態度係幾好. 但唔好食我點都唔會返黎!

食過Dressed不下十次，仍然覺得那個Honey Mustard dressing超讚，必須在此推薦！ Baby Spinach Roasted Portabello Roasted Red Pepper Sundried Tomatoes Roasted Asparagus White Cheddar Cajun Chicken Pinenuts所有材料也下得豪爽，例如那吃極也吃不完的車打芝士、源源不絕的香口松子仁，還有鮮甜幼嫩的baby spinach......惟座位不算多，中午時間，逼到死左。

The staff there are either Filos or Singaporeans. They only speak English. Snoobish service. No smile at all. The salad here is more expensive than Just Salad and less choices of salad dressing. No fat dressing is only Lemon Juice? 58 dollars already with no add on. I prefer Just Salad.

Having heard about this place for quite some time, finally decided to try it out. I ordered a customized salad with broccoli, pepper, grilled shrimp, egg white, mushroom, falafel, etc. While the combination wasn't foul, the quality of some of them wasn't good.
