I'm a lazy member and seldom write feedback on my dining experience. But this time, I think I need to do this. That's the worst dining experience which I ever had. It was a Friday night in January and all the good restaurant in SOHO were full. We found the menu and the decoration of this restaurant were attractive. So we decided to spend our dinner there. We were not that hungry so we just order few things: 1.) Red wine x 2 - ( it's ok) 2.) Pumpkin Salad3.) Buffalo Chicken Wings4.) Rib Eye Stea

As soon as I heard the words "US short ribs and truffle burger topped with foie gras" I knew I had to come here Also ordered a lamb burger just out of curiosity because the burgers here are comparatively small in size. It should be noted that one major thing about the burgers here is that they are served as open sandwiches eaten with forks and knives - in short it feels more like eating a patty with toppings on bread so if you are looking for some big juicy burger to take "full bitefuls" out of

dinner was great~ but the place was mostly filled with foreigners~ the WAGYU oxtail burger was ok. but the portion is a lot smaller than the lunch ones.Corn and Parmasen Cheese is a MUST EAT! very special and lemon grass +lime flavour which makes it very fresh~but the price was a bit too expensive and there is limited choice.

Was in soho that day and couldn't find a place to eat. We then got attracted by the exterior of this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Well, the interior looks appealing. 抱住一試的心態同一班朋友去.Fine Dining格局, 都係Fine Dining價錢, hk$1xx-hk$2xx一個漢堡. 要咗蟹堡同炸薯粒. 朋友要咗其他漢堡同其他小食.先來炸薯粒, 鮮炸 (咁嘅價錢冇理由唔係鮮做), ok嘅, 除咗碗上2條香草, 真係好普通. (老實講mcdonald嘅薯餅都唔差....)蟹堡一上, 陳設好精美. 有d橙色嘅泡沫汁在Open Top的漢堡上. Well.... 個人覺得over咗, 不過唔緊要, 最緊要好味.食落, 唔覺好好食, 又唔係難食, 感覺係整色整水.... size唔大, 好快食完... 因為間餐廳太細, d waiter 望住, 完全坐唔耐, FINE DINING唔係應該舒舒服服嘅咩?感覺係食緊一個HK$280嘅快餐. 完全唔知想點.試過, 感覺係 "or" .....唔會再去.

我覺得真係唔係好好食.叫左THICK CUT FRIES同埋一個BURGER我連係咩burger都唔係好記得..剩係記得有bacon-_-用料的而且係唔錯.不過同個包唔係好match.sause又唔好味!$200一個burger老實講唔平..仲要唔好吃/_\我覺得triple o's既fries仲好味過佢-_-

we taste 1 cheese and onion one!! (forget the name) the first one on the menu~The beef is good, but seems i cant tase the cheese~~Also i order a sweet photo fries~ That's great too ~

見咁貴,反而想去試吓但係都幾失望set lunch-可以揀2個toppings,同埋揀牛肉/雞肉,我揀牛肉+煙肉+芝士.佢個包好好食,好香好濃牛油味,焊得岩岩好,唔太燶,如果細番小小就好啦,太大啦個包煙肉無特別唔好食,佢唔係厚身果種,係薄片可以煎到脆果種.芝士就唔香唔好食牛肉......哎....係就係好大舊,同埋唔乾,但係我林佢哋特登唔係點醃啲牛肉可惜啲牛唔爭氣,唔夠香,無乜牛味,好似食緊啲無醃嘅免治牛肉咁另外1個揀左雞+芝士+蘑姑,舊雞都ok唔太'鞋',同樣覺得芝士唔惦啲蘑姑就好怪,好似係東姑泥架淡淡哋清清哋咁啦鍾意濃味嘅我唔會再去啦環境幾靚果日去得我哋1張臺但等個包等左半個鐘

三人閒日晚上到呢度試試d名貴漢堡~~店很小~~7:30p.m.左右已經爆滿~~首先叫了green tea milkshake, 好好飲~~之後叫了牛尾漢堡, 兔肉漢堡和經典漢堡~~肉味好濃~~不過比較鞋口~~side dish叫了一個炸薯波同一個炸玉米&芝士~~炸薯波好香口~~個炸玉米&芝士就係用正宗既臭臭地既芝士~~食唔慣~~客人大多數係遊客, 得我地一檯本地客~~埋單每人港仔$320~~貴!

The food was pretty lousy but that's not even my main complaint....One member of the staff behind the counter clipped his fingernails!!!! The other waiters tried to tell him to stop, but he just kept going! When our food arrived I couldn't help but wonder if there would be any fingernails in it....

Didnt ordered much at first, as I intially assumed that the portion is unmanagable for me. I think a normal male can consume 2-3 burgers for a single meal. I ordered the crab cake burger and the kurobuta burger with pork crackling, and they are equally delicious. The pork cracking wasnt oily at all, and its so crispy. The atmosphere is friendly, comfortable, not too quite nor noisy. I would definietly come back again, but I will NOT share my burger with someone else!

跟朋友飯聚，地點選了這裡，也是朋友的半個主場。這裡裝修以黑色為主，樓底高，如果有陽光的日子，感覺很舒服，環境不錯。一紙餐牌，選擇不多，但漢堡的內容也不簡單的，如和牛尾配西班牙腸、辣羊配羊鞍、牛肋骨松露配鵝肝等等，單看這些，應該不簡單吧。大家也是愛吃之人，談起食物，也差點忘記了點菜。大家各自選了心水，分別是三款漢堡及兩款配菜，最後加上甜品，應該也很豐富的了。先來配菜，分別是兩款用鷹咀豆及蕃薯做的炸物。Chickpea Fries是將鷹咀豆磨碎，加入香料如茴香籽等再搓成球狀再炸起，即叫即搓即炸，絕對的新鮮熱辣。味道幾有新意，不過吃起來表面稍不夠脆口，之後與大廚傾起，得知這味會做成為齋漢堡的餡料，應有可為；另一款是簡單的用橙色蕃薯切條去炸，灑上芝麻便成，吃起來脆口香甜，很不錯。不過兩款炸物也甚飽肚，吃幾口便停口，恐防吃不下主菜了；主菜方面，我仍堅持己見，要了Duke's Classic，總覺得人家將招牌也押上去的，再差也有個譜吧！這個經典漢堡，對我而言，份量可不少。牛肉烤得香噴噴，上面堆滿煎得香脆的煙肉，兩片漢堡包也烘得熱脆，賣相是毫無疑問的絕對吸引。牛肉要了「medium rare」，切開

I had the $168 lunch set, which allow me to choose two toppings (cheese, vegetables or bacon). I ordered bluecheese plus bacon, and medium meat. A glass of iced tea is included. The so-called shoe-string fries were crispy, but were too dry and quite tasteless. The meat is over-cooked. I can easily find a place serving better meat at this price. The bluecheese is quite strong though, but not extraordinary. So that's it, no coffee nor tea. $190 per person for lunch. Not a bargain. Won't

Just to be different, I ordered the Kurabuta (they can't even get the name right - it's kurobuta 黒豚 dammit!) pork belly and pork crackling burger. My cousin chose the beef short ribs burger with foie gras. We also ordered the sweet corn and Parmesan fritters because it looked tasty at the next table.The burgers arrived and we dug in. Intimidated by its dark huge exterior, my friend & I ventured into the shop only to realize its so small! Instantly greeted by very nice staff.My wagyu & oxtail burger was cooked to perfection! Excellent texture & portion- just the right moment you are satisified and feel like coming again. However, my friend's classic burger was rather normal.A special note is the deliciously mouth-watering elder flower milkshare.
