Foodtrip Bedana's Filipino Restaurant (已搬遷) 新店位置

香啊！今日食咗間食肆嘅Adobo焖肉，簡直係星星閃閃嘅感覺。醋同醬油嘅香濃味道，包圍住嗰啲入口即溶嘅肉條，隨住肉汁一滴滴滲出，味道真係正到不得了！亦都有埋個Lechon烤豬，真係外皮酥脆，而肉質又香又滑，一啖嚼落去，就好似鬧市中搵到嗰抹綠意嘅新鮮。🐷然後佢個Lumpiang Shanghai，啲春卷撻得啱啱好，啖啖肉味，脆卜卜又唔會太油，拍住手指道一聲「正啊！」😋食落去啲Pancit Bihon Guisado粉絲，微微啲酸甜帶出嗰種爽口感覺，淡淡嘅不是好似港式炒粉絲嚟，但又多咗點新鮮感。宜家語同你講，嗰碗Sinigang na Baboy，食落湯頭酸酸地，仲略帶啲辛辣感覺，清新得嚟又暖笠笠，真係好解膩。🍲Beef Kaldereta我嚟形容下，個湯底咸香惹味，啲牛肉燉到腍腍哋，啲薯仔不黏牙，而且滋味濃郁。食完之後，我覺得呢家餐廳如果你鍾意啲特色野食，真係值得一嘗。食物質素幾好，服務又親切，地道菲律賓菜，飲食文化嘅小旅行就喺呢裡開始喇！ 🌟

廟街初嘗菲律賓菜 對於菲律賓既食真係無概年 所以個日係廟街盪盪下就入左呢間餐廳試下新野 原來菲律賓啲野食都好正常 幾似泰國野 我同男朋友嗌左一個雞肉飯同豬肉串燒再加枝菲律賓apple cider 豬肉串燒 有6串 仲有個side sauce 個汁好好食不過就咸左少少 最中意每串豬肉上面都有一塊肥膏 真係好邪惡但食唔停 食食下都唔夠飯嗌左extral cup of garlic rice 個garlic rice又係好正 好香淨食飯都到😂雞肉飯 有成三件雞 雞脾雞胸 啲雞勁嫩 外脆內軟 勁好食 個飯都係garlic rice🥰

今日突然間想食啲特色野，同朋友講完。所以朋友就帶咗我來佐敦呢一度食菲律賓野。呢次都係我第一次食菲律賓嘢食，首先我哋叫咗個菲律賓炸雞，炸雞唔同韓國嗰種炸雞咁多炸粉，呢個炸粉係比較薄身，而且脆啲，只係點簡單嘅甜酸醬就已經好惹味。另外都叫咗個菲律賓肉醬意粉，原來菲律賓既肉醬意粉係比較甜啲，佢上面配有好多醬汁，一定到撈！裏面有肉碎，腸仔同埋好多芝士，所以撈埋非常之惹味。而我好欣賞佢個意粉，煮得夠爽，唔會過淋。最後兩個人去埋單二百幾蚊，如果鍾意都可以叫杯啤酒chill下。

庙街附近的街边餐厅，全名“Foodtrip Bedana's Filipino Restaurant"，是菲律宾人开的小店。店面很小，内外共计只有4张餐桌。我们点了菲律宾著名的Adobo焖肉和Lechon烤猪，店里都做得很好。★Adobo：菲律宾焖肉。用醋、盐、大蒜、胡椒 、酱油和其他香料烹饪肉类（通常指鸡肉和猪肉），味道很香。★Lechon：炭火烤乳猪。在菲律宾，炭火烤乳猪是宴请宾客时最受欢迎的菜品。将全猪在煤炭上翻烤。店里消费不贵，味道也不错，只是菲律宾肉菜比较油腻。如果是不怕油腻的食客，倒是很值得一试。

喺佐敦附近有一間正宗嘅菲律賓菜，環境雖然唔算話好舒適，係一啲街邊嘅小店。但係都幾有風味，有正宗嘅菲律賓人烹調，味道非常之唔錯。我最鍾意嘅就係肉醬意粉，菲律賓肉醬意粉嘅特色係偏甜，配上好爽滑嘅意粉，價錢＄78，份量都大。聽講佢有一間鋪頭係吳松街，新開嘅，環境可能舒適一啲。

自己未去過菲律賓, 但菲律賓菜就有食過, 不過次次都係朋友屋企搞PARTY, 西式菲式o麥都有d , 所以其實都唔太知菲律賓菜有咩食, 咁我男人就好鐘意食喱類東南亞野, 所以就搵到喱間, 見d comment 都唔錯所以就提議我男人去試。話說間野個位真係經過過無限次, 但都冇留意到, 個門面唔係太顯眼, 同埋真係幾細的鋪位, 全間野得4張枱, indoor有兩張較大的, outdoor ( 即坐巷仔 ) 有另外兩張其實我地晏就經過時行左入去話想book夜晚, 但佢地都幾hea 咁mark 低你個名就算, 到夜晚去到indoor 的枱都full曬要坐住出面先, 不過都明ge , 咁細間店如果下下因為留左位就唔做其他walk in 生意都幾蝕, 咁我地坐左出面都係5分鐘左右, 入面ge人一走佢地就即俾我地坐入面。野食menu 唔算好多選擇, 但我覺得幾多野都幾吸引呀其實, 店員係菲律賓人, 所以都係要用英文溝通, menu都係英文, 不過其實都唔洗驚, menu 有好多圖, 大概都估到係d咩~ 非酒精飲品, 我試左左下的柑橘水, 係用菲律賓柑橘去整ge ( 超細粒, 入面係超橙色ge )

He lady server knows what she is doing, gives advices and happily provides extra condiments. The kare kare is spot on taste! actually, all of the foods they have are spot on Filipino culinary expertise. I love the plantain dessert,so crispy in the outside and moist well done inside. Please promote Filipino culture in HK.

This hidden gem is one of the longest standing Filipino restaurant around, and for good reason. Try their sinigang dishes and fried fish! If you happen to be dining with a large group, ring them up for a "boodle fight" experience in their function rooms

This is my favorite Filipino restaurant in Hong Kong. The food is made from fresh ingredients, the servings are big and really tasty. I particularly recommend: Singang na Baboy, Kare-Kare, the home made Lumpia, the desserts. As a stranger in town, it was heart-warming to be treated a "regular" on my second visit - the team is very welcoming and ready to chat with guest from any- and everywhere. 

We've been to Foodtrip Bedana's Filipino Restaurant several times now and we have nothing to complain. The food are really good with Authenticity. Convenient for people like us who are working till late (that serves rice,soup,etc). I love the ambiance too- its very welcoming and you will feel as if your having dinner at your own dinning room. I guess I've just eaten too much food here. But good thing is if you were a blogger, coming once you wont get familiar and I just dont come and say something. Staff are friendly but in a long run you will see..... I visited few times and my expectation getting lesser. I tried to give the restaurant a benefits even if they have disappointed my expectations 3 times. Got raw food and over cooked, service getting bad, probably they are tired. But very surpriced when I visited more I get more familia

I went to Philippe through travel agency many years ago and felt foods awful in taste. Also a cake bought in supermarket was very very sweet. Those experience gave me the impression that Filipino cuisine was not my cup of tea. From the name of this eatery, Foodtrip Bedana’s Filipino seems to me that it was Filipino cuisine and there were a few positive reviews in openrice. 咁啱今日有機會留低個仔系屋企。梗系同老婆拍下拖食個靚飯先啦。向來本人都鍾意食的外國地道野食，呢度d評語又唔錯，梗系嚟試下啦。如果叫埋工人你開心死佢了。一睇到餐牌嚇死我，多數都系炸嘅野。睇真啲，有d野好似幾特別，就是咗呢幾款。最值得一試就系講一個魚生沙律啊。本身喱種魚我上網都查唔到中文名。用粗糧你吃咁浸佢幾分鐘，就好似煮熟咗表面嘅魚肉帶點膠質。再加埋一堆既配料，好好食啊。第二樣就系鐵板炒豬頭肉豬肝肉。煮熟左嘅豬頭肉又香又滑。再加上豬肝肉，好香，打只蛋上去。攪拌後，落小小清檸汁，非常惹味其餘果d自己慢慢再試啦，不過不失。最後今日食得幾滿足，幾開心，老闆娘態度非常之好。完

Went with a friend because I was craving filipino food. We got there and ordered the pancit and beef kaldereta. The food took a little while so you can tell they were cooking it fresh, which is good. The kaldereta was amazing but the pancit was a little bit too salty and somewhat bland. I would come back, because I love filipino food and there aren't that many places around, but it's not the best.
