Yet another coffee shop in HK that has good quality products but can't seem to spend the time to train their staff. Why was there only one person capable of using the till, scooping gelato & making coffee. Four other staff loitering around (none even stepped up to the till to take an order, one had to learn how to do gelato on the spot, and one was sitting looking pretty rearranging menus)Aiyah.
