Starbucks-like atmosphere with typical Asian I attention to detail (nice decor, but cables sticking out everywhere, cleaning supplies in the hallway).Terribly bitter Americano made from crappy beans.horribly unsanitary toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day.If you’re looking for good coffee, Save yourselves some trouble and pick one of the many nicer coffee places in the vicinity.Not sure about the baked goods though and staff was friendly.

話說frd有buy one get one free coupon. so we went there for lunch.I ordered a squid ink pasta. it's tasteless! literally tasteless! 好像是用熱水煮熟pasta重要好似鹽都沒有好raw 好天然😂😂 之後上面放兩粒帶子以為就可以吊返d味出來?! 汁就真是食不出 其實真心pasta本身的texture是可以的 而且帶子都煎得不錯可是為什麼要浪費這食物而不做個汁 （或如果已經有汁 做個讓人食得出的汁呢) 見到周圍的人都是食burger為主 而且樣似都不錯 下次如再訪 應該都是叫burger safe d

Shout out to unicorn fans!🦄🍭It’s soufflé pancake again😝 but at Holly Brown, which is famous for their gelato ice cream! The portion of their pancake is quite large, just like the pantry’s. With whipped cream it tastes even creamier😋 Don’t forget to reserve it before you go, and I believe it’s only available in their Central and Lai Chi Kok branch.🤔

沙律都算近排最愛，呢日去咗中環呢間餐廳，一入去發現有人帶位，感覺有啲新奇。只係同朋友傾小小野，所以就叫咗份凱薩燒雞沙律，真心講價錢過百唔係問題，但份量真係過小囉，可能我並非一般女生掛，如果大家係減肥中嘅就還可以。P.S. 知道中環租金貴，啲野食賣貴啲完全正常過正常，但分量都真係要留下。

好耐無去Hollybrown啦，D2分店嘅班㦸又成日都賣哂，見到中環分店新推出分店限定雪糕味，仲要用左響威士忌再加朱古力，一定要食下🤤雖然價錢都唔平要過百蚊💸 但食落真係好重威士忌味，配埋濃濃嘅朱古力，好香好滑😋五月仲有個生日優惠🎁🎈只要每人消費夠$150就送GUND牌熊啤～ 叫依杯雪糕加杯咖啡岩岩好😆

My friend and I ordered an avocado burger each. Approx $150 each and it wasn't good. The patty tasted like the frozen meat patties that has minimal amount of real meat inside. The fries were OK. We din't order any hot drinks so can't comment on that. But the ice-creams are good, there is a huge variety of flavours on the menu.

一心諗住嘆一杯雪糕，放縱一下自己！結果換黎失望😭雪糕款式有十幾種，不過就不設試味🙄，於是小妹揀左穩陣之選:朱古力+雲尼拿買兩球雪糕係可以配兩款配料嘅，不過配料選擇好少，而且無咩水果可以揀☹️大部分配料都係糖同朱古力，連醬都係得三款配料，小妹最後揀左彩虹碎糖同綿花糖醬，就揀左朱古力賣相都幾靚，不過雪糕味道普通，某某大型另一H字嘅朱古力雪糕，好味好多！！！首先朱古力味唔濃，亦唔香，另外，雲尼拿雪糕，超奶味，一d都唔香草🤷🏻‍♀️ 仲有個窩夫，係淋嘅！成杯雪糕差不多$60，但一d水準都無😠

After a exhausting week, I decided to treat myself bagel again. I didn’t know they have bagel until I passed by their store in Sheung Wan last time, since there’s not much bagel restaurant in Hong Kong, so I decided to come here and try. It was crazily quiet, I guess it’s not a popular coffee shop. Me and my friends ordered two bagels, The New Yorker Bagel and The Chicken Avocado Bagel. The bagel was a lot smaller than I thought, it was quite disappointed, I didn’t expect it would be that small

今日同啲舊同事聚舊， 想搵番間餐廳唔會好多人， 可以傾到計，但原來唔係好多人 嘅餐廳 都真係唔係太好食。 我地叫咗兩個意粉 同一個意大利飯， 意大利飯超級難食， 啲飯爛曬好似粥咁 ，唔明點解可以煮到咁難食 ， 我覺得自己好似食緊粥， 而且係冇味嘅粥 。叫左個肉醬意大利粉 ， 味道好似肉醬加咗番茄汁咁， 屋企個菲傭應該會煮得好味啲 我都係唔知自己食緊乜。最好食嘅算係個carbonara ，味道 比較正常。 最後食咗佢嘅雪糕 做甜品 ，雪糕好味 。所以呢，賣雪糕嘅地方 不如就淨係食佢個雪糕， 唔好食佢既熟食。

今日同老公去左一間餐廳食完一個好急趕既dinner,見都只係9:00未到而且突然就又抽起條筋想食甜品. 我地近近地去左一間我地拍拖時時常去而結左婚後小左去既餐廳. 佢地既雪糕我真係好鐘意嫁😍😍首先成間店的人都好似唔多願做咁, 自然炒既過程都係好求其. 我叫左個Tiramisu 雪糕加花生醬同杏仁碎面頭再加粒粒波波. 之前客人既士多啤梨&朱古力雪糕都未清就放左我既Tiramisu 上去, Tiramisu 雪糕俾佢玩到溶左3成. 花生醬完全係放埋一邊唔係炒開,一大啖在同一個位後其他位置都再食唔到花生醬. 杏仁碎我以為會放在雪糕頂但佢錯手放埋入雪糕中炒😑😑😑真係失望到極至!!! 唯一仲令我仲有小小以前回憶的只有個脆杯, 味道口感都仲保持到. 真係大不如前大失所望呀!!!

喺香港，對一個女仔來講，如果食正餐同埋甜品，好多女仔都可能會食甜品就當作一餐。😅所以香港嘅甜品店開到成行成市，無論係：中式糖水、韓式嘅刨冰、日式嘅疏乎里pancake、定還是西式嘅waffle，樣樣都有，做競爭越嚟越激烈。而雪糕方面，選擇都有好多，速食嘅可以係雪糕車嘅軟雪糕，講究多少少嘅可以係日本嘅抹茶/焙茶雪糕上配有丸子/沙冰/甚至芝士蛋糕，又或者”炒雪糕”，喺塊好凍嘅鐵板上，放上自己鍾意食嘅雪糕味道，配上不同嘅toppings，”炒”埋一齊🤩「Holly Brown」算係喺呢個賣雪糕嘅市場裡面得佢一個做到！👍🏽

I had a regular morning habit to get my coffee here. Then they renovated. Space is now so cold and something happened to the staff as well. May good and comfortable coffee places in Central. My Holly Brown days are behind me 😓

中環這間 Holly Brown 的 Gelato 雪榚非常香甜可口。食一杯雪糕就等於食一碗飯，這個說法絕不誇張。這個士多啤梨雪糕 Crazy Berry，由香甜的士多啤梨和超軟雪糕搓在一起，成為一個雪球，然後加上藍莓，放在碗形格仔餅上面。香甜的士多啤梨奶雪糕很鬆軟，士多啤梨的香味隨着雪糕溶在口裏，味道越食越酸酸甜甜，連藍莓和格仔餅一同食，份外滋味。還有這一個大大的朱古力雪糕甜筒 ... Oh Fudge! 黑武士，筒外面沾着黑朱古力碎，雪糕外面拌著布郎尼 ，香濃的巧克力味混在雪糕和甜筒中，很回味。價錢來說，不能說平但也不算太貴，因為份量真是很大。環境也很不錯，特別在這個聖誕節臨近的時候，佈置帶點氣氛。

I probably will not come back again.Seem like no longer a coffee shop 😒I still feel hungry after this..And Prawn become Strimp ..Expensive still no include a coffee🤨Fries full of oil without taste 🧐And now become an restaurant so add 10% service charge ... it took 20 mins to a dish to come .. which is Sunday afternoon with two tables ... what can I say ?
