朋友約我去食甜品,先在金鐘地鐵站等,再行10分鐘先搵到呢間穩世的甜品店,完全唔起眼,如果唔係朋友帶去,唔知間甜品店係邊。白色鋪面,裏面是有三四張枱,我同朋友坐低,叫咗出名嘅salted chocolate cake and royal tea cake,再加兩杯latte咖啡,朋友說廚師是法國藍帶畢業,店舖裝修比較法式的,先是我要刺激朋友說廚師是法國藍帶畢業的,店舖裝修比較法式的,先試royal tea cake ,超級好味,茶味濃濃的,最奇妙係上層濕下層乾的感覺,非常好味。至於朱古力蛋糕,有種岩鹽味,所以感覺唔係好甜,食得出有rum酒味,同樣好好味。至於咖啡,中尚可接受。未到好impressive!蛋糕就一流。蛋糕每件$52 ,兩個人最後二百蚊埋單。值得一去。老闆仲好好人,同你傾計。

This restaurant located at a hidden street, you may easily missed this. A very tiny shop with only 3 tables. The cakes were really nice. The signature Sabrina was absolutely good and must try it. It was so soft, fresh with the strawberry favour and chunky chocolate on top and biscuits base. The lemon cake, it looks plain and normal but it tastes very fresh lemon and perfect balance of the sour and sweet. I would like to try the rest of the pastry at this shop cause I can smell the next table ord

I did not personally visit the patisserie but I was lucky enough to try the patisserie's signature Sea Salted Chocolate Cake bought by my boyfriend for celebrating our anniversary.The cake was coated with a flamboyant copper-coloured chocolate frosting, embellished with a few mini sea salted cookies. I did not personally visit the patisserie but I was lucky enough to try the patisserie's signature Sea Salted Chocolate Cake bought by my boyfriend for celebrating our anniversary.

The cake was coated with a flamboyant copper-coloured chocolate frosting, embellished with a few mini sea salted cookies. Inside were two big layers of sea salted cream and dark chocolate cream sandwiching a thin layer of sponge cake, and bottomed by a ultra thin layer of rich chocolate cake.

I am not pretty much a cream person but I like the fact that the cream is quite firm which made it textures like ice cream and less greasy. The salty-ness of the sea salted cream balanced well with the sweetness of the chocolate. The sea salted cookies also added some crisp to the taste. 

Overall, it is a very rich cake that a small piece would be enough for one go. I would like to try other lighter cakes such as the Royal Tea and classic tea cakes since sometimes, less is more.

自從幾年前喺呢度食過一件士多啤梨香檳蛋糕之後,我都一直念念不忘。今日翻返嚟呢度,點知已經搵唔番嗰一款蛋糕,都真係有少少唔開心。如果想知道呢度有咩蛋糕買,你可以睇睇牆壁上面嘅羊毛蛋糕模型,每一個蛋糕模型都係用羊毛拮出嚟,好有心思!喺餐牌度搵到另一件我想試吓嘅蛋糕,就係第一件Sabrina。呢件蛋糕比較特別,如果有細心留意,都知道蛋糕嘅分層通常都係打橫,但呢件Sabrina嘅每一層都係垂直,真係好考蛋糕師傅嘅技巧。蛋糕有士多啤梨嘅清香,海綿蛋糕嘅蛋香,面頭有朱古力,底下仲有脆脆,無論係口感定係味道,層次都非常豐富。除咗呢件蛋糕之外,仲有其他口味我都覺得幾吸引,下次會再嚟試吓其他蛋糕。

呢件蛋糕比較特別,如果有細心留意,都知道蛋糕嘅分層通常都係打橫,但呢件Sabrina嘅每一層都係垂直,真係好考蛋糕師傅嘅技巧。

蛋糕有士多啤梨嘅清香,海綿蛋糕嘅蛋香,面頭有朱古力,底下仲有脆脆,無論係口感定係味道,層次都非常豐富。除咗呢件蛋糕之外,仲有其他口味我都覺得幾吸引,下次會再嚟試吓其他蛋糕。

每次來到J’aime bien patisserie,總會感受到一陣法國風情,有如置身巴黎的小巷一樣,在開陽的咖啡店品嚐着一件精緻的蛋糕,心情也會隨之而變好。店舖能為客人帶來如此美好的感覺,當然全賴老闆娘悉心設計及創造出不同口味的蛋糕,讓客人感受到店方的用心。我點了一件fig fig world,紅白分明,賣相討好。蛋糕上層用上了甜美可人的無花果,做成fig mousse,質感細滑順口,果香味濃,每一口也像是吃到香甜多汁的無花果一樣。

Hidden at the end of St Francis Street, J'aime bien Patisserie is an artsy dessert boutique. The shop owner definitely has a fascinating story to tell about why she opened this cafe. From what I read in the newspaper clipping display, she used to be an auditor, gave up her job to chase her dream and went to France to study the Le Cordon Bleu dessert course. Other than a paper menu, the owner also made a display of what dessert is available for the day with felt. Those 3-D felt display desserts are very attractive indeed! And the owner was so friendly in explaining all the 6 desserts to me, how they are made and taste. Very close to a fine dining experience.

This Fig Fig World, which is my second choice (first choice was sold out), is composed of fig jelly, plain mousse, and sponge cake, with maple oat crisp on top. The sweetness of the maple oat crisp on top was balanced by the oat, so that it would not be over sweet to eat. The fig jelly layer was a bit sour but delicious to eat on its own, so I ate the cake vertically to mix it with the plain mousse. The cake base was another delicious piece of pastry which you could enjoy on its own.

I would definitely like to visit this hearty and friendly cake boutique again to try out other desserts!

平時成日去灣仔,但完全無留意到呢間烘焙店。雖然店舖細細,但裝修得好有心,好精緻。難得香港仲有這類不是集團式的小店,值得支持下。今次係友人準備的‘飯局‘。所以與平時大家見既唔同,都係大大件的。煙肉芝士批即焗即食,煙肉+芝士呢個組合無得輸。個批好香~~批底夠脆夠硬淨。好在有大家分享,每人少少唔覺得太膩。檸檬牛油蛋糕檸檬味好香~食得出唔係假既檸檬,係鮮檸檬香。 蛋糕鬆軟得來好有重量,唔會好似出面嗰啲咁食咗陣風。其實店內售價不便宜。見到一件 cake 大概 $45 同出面比較出名既店差不多。可惜位置唔太就腳,行開就試下~~

檸檬牛油蛋糕

檸檬味好香~食得出唔係假既檸檬,係鮮檸檬香。 蛋糕鬆軟得來好有重量,唔會好似出面嗰啲咁食咗陣風。

其實店內售價不便宜。
見到一件 cake 大概 $45 同出面比較出名既店差不多。
可惜位置唔太就腳,行開就試下~~

朋友搞 bridal shower, 相約在灣仔 J'aime bien patisserie shop 。其實地點一 d 都唔好找,要直上一條長長的斜路到山頂處。Bridal Shower 原以為入到去仲有房,但原來 party 就係 set 在眼見平時賣餅的那個小小的位置,再加張圓檯在盡頭。小小的 patisserie shop 佈置得很優雅,擺設亦很精緻。店舖無得關門,所有於玻璃門外掛上關門牌。私隱度一般。整個形式是 Flow catering。食完一轉先再準備下一轉 即焗即製。芒果拿破侖-好吃!整體全部都係烘焙食物,有批,有tart。而中間亦有加插 Sorbet 。其實所有食物都很不錯,很精緻,亦吃得出高質素。不過酥餅類其實吃多兩件會有點濟~結果我地淨返大類食物,留作大家各人明天的早點亦綽綽有餘。本身餅店質素好,不過用作 private party 地點就略嫌太細及不夠 privacy 了~~但也不失為一個特別的 bridal shower 選擇。

整體全部都係烘焙食物,有批,有tart。
而中間亦有加插 Sorbet 。

其實所有食物都很不錯,很精緻,亦吃得出高質素。

不過酥餅類其實吃多兩件會有點濟~
結果我地淨返大類食物,留作大家各人明天的早點亦綽綽有餘。

本身餅店質素好,不過用作 private party 地點就略嫌太細及不夠 privacy 了~~但也不失為一個特別的 bridal shower 選擇。

We were in need to tailor a corporate anniversary cake with 1 week urgent notice and they were very inefficient in working with us, due to their own mismanagement. They were able to do everything on time and explained everything well enough at first enquiry call, but then after, they just gave up by returning one reply by email saying 'the ideas are out of your budget', while we asked for their pricing instead. They never came back after and ignored the request. Seems like it's very hard for the

這裏是一間款式不多,座位亦少(3枱2人座位)的小店。店員態度友善地介紹今期蛋糕的特色,不同時間來,就會有不同的蛋糕。原本我是來試抹茶系列,最後似乎呢期非綠茶周,最後我試了個海鹽朱古力蛋糕($48)。底層是朱古力慕絲中層是咸味的白色海鹽cream - 軟綿綿,入口即溶的感覺就像給主人掃著背的貓兒。頂層是濃朱古力,但比嘗過的軟身一點。朱古力不會太甜,恰到好處。頂層配上一粒咸味曲奇,這種甜點中加了咸味的蛋糕,出現了中和口腔內分解糖的酶。感覺很舒服,很回味。店員說除了包類是長存於此,蛋糕及雪芭也會按時轉款。會再來試其他甜點。期待下一回。

底層是朱古力慕絲
中層是咸味的白色海鹽cream - 軟綿綿,入口即溶的感覺就像給主人掃著背的貓兒。
頂層是濃朱古力,但比嘗過的軟身一點。朱古力不會太甜,恰到好處。
頂層配上一粒咸味曲奇,這種甜點中加了咸味的蛋糕,出現了中和口腔內分解糖的酶。感覺很舒服,很回味。

店員說除了包類是長存於此,蛋糕及雪芭也會按時轉款。會再來試其他甜點。期待下一回。

很久沒有來坐坐,店主仍然友善親切,介紹店舖的新產品。夏日炎炎,選了一客奇異果雪芭(2球),一件伯爵茶味英式鬆餅及一件sakura cake。三者味道都很好,sakura cake帶點番石榴和白酒味,雪芭吃下有點像吃真的奇異果般,水果酸味中又帶點清新。伯爵茶味鬆餅不甜但很香!!比我在倫敦吃過的還好吃!店舖小小,非常寧靜優閒,過了個寫意的下午。
