Kaya toast 🍞, coffee pork ribs ☕️, lei lo salad 🥗 - this restaurant has all your craving nostalgic Singaporean 🇸🇬 cuisine! .Jom finally reached their way to Sheung Wan! This restaurant wanted to recreate a homey nostalgic feeling when you taste their dishes. My favourite was definitely the Loi hei salad, chicken skewers and Coffee Pork Ribs! It was my first time trying the Loi Hei Salad 🥗 and I loved how vibrant the colors were - along with their plum sauce! Paired with the smoked salmon - this was a perfect appetiser that opened my palette.

Next was the chicken 🐔 skewers where the chicken just fell off the skewers when you bite. It was so easy to eat, and was cooked so tenderly 🤤

Finally, the coffee pork ribs stole the show! It was super saucy - definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. I could taste a bit of coffee ☕️ flavour which made this dish super interesting

Definitely recommend trying this restaurant out if you’re in the neighbourhood. It’s located right outside of Sheung Wan A2’s exit. I’m definitely coming back to try their Kaya Churros!
