黎左第二次先食到，因為原來個靚靚tea set係要book的～其實個tea set係無嘜失望，因為實物都真係覺得好靚，如果大家諗住黎影張相係絕對推介，但我認為食物始終前題都係要好食～我覺得個士多啤梨蛋白dessert 好食！無想像中咁漏，而且當然仲好靚tim～但其他甜食真係太甜，所以都只係for影相就夠喇，後期我地都係擺左喺度無食～另外咸食真係有d 失色，如果咸食可以做番好d balance 到成個tea我覺得會好好多～老闆可以試下喺個咸食度做下改良～

聽說大坑開了一家專門飲茶的小茶館，而且不單只是大熱的抹茶綠茶。這可算了顛覆了香港現今的飲食潮流，亦可說是在推動新觀念。一向都喜歡喝茶的我雖然對茶沒有什麼研究，也沒有打算要特地學習就是了。但得知有如此一家特色小店，都不禁想去一試，因此這次跟友人見面就選址於此。　　甫入店就得見琳瑯滿目的茶葉罐，本以為只是裝飾才擺放那麼多，原來真有幾十款口味。在小街較入的位置，不過今次初來卻完全沒有找地方的難度。只因當日適逢電視劇火速救兵III取景，十分大陣仗，怎會看不到呢？看到王喜和陳國邦，宣萱也在場，沒有專登去野生捕獲，也不想妨礙他們，專心喝茶罷了。　　環境清幽閒靜，小小地方卻不會有凌亂擠迫的問題。重點是外頭拍戲如火如荼，又有大量圍觀路人，也不覺吵雜。可見那隔音不錯，同時店方不會趕人，固然是吹水閒坐的好地方。　　餐牌上有八個分類：Rooibos, Matcha, Oolong, Black, Green, White, Herbal及Fruit。而每個分類又再有少則三款，多則有逾廿五款的Tea Blend可選。老老實實單看名字很難知道那茶味茶香是怎麼樣的。好在店方另設一個小角落，擺放了所有Tea Ble

遊完勵德邨，沿馬路走至一條指向浣紗街的長樓梯，去到大坑。上回到訪過的呷茶小店Jrink，就在前方。小店門口，放有一壺熱茶"Homemade Sorbet"，供路過的人試味。大熱天時，不少人見有免費茶水，當然不客氣地自斟自飲。卻，過門而不入。小店空間感強，客人不多，置身其中，與茶為伴，挺舒適自在的!小店一角落，放有Dear Future的郵箱，信紙和信封，並有一如何使用服務的簡介說明。活在當下的小妹，對遙不可知的末來，興趣不大。來一壺金黃且沁人心脾的茉莉花茶$30(原價$52)，送上一件乾果燕麥曲奇。呆坐一角，呷一口清淡芳香的茶，嚐一啖香脆且嚼勁十足的曲奇，靜享周末的閒適。茉莉花茶越浸越濃，濃到有點澀，幸而，店員會主動協助添加熱水，服務甚佳。 乾果燕麥曲奇混入杏仁片，黑芝麻和燕麥等，咬口絕佳，香口且脆卜卜，又帶牛油香氣，很好吃。

咖啡店和酒吧都很多，就是認真品茶的地方不多。這裡有過八十款茶葉，各具特色，名字有趣，例如Muffin, Cookies N Cream, Sorbet等等，當然亦有好幾款抹茶。先選好想要的茶葉，再可揀選以冷、熱、壺、Latte、濃縮版奉上。花多眼亂，就隨便選了這個Mochi Sweet, 清香的綠茶加入了些許蜜糖，附送兩塊香濃牛油味的甜甜燕麥曲奇。喝口茶，吃口餅乾，寧靜舒適的環境，足以讓我放鬆一整個下午了。

連續兩星期，雨下個不停。天色陰沉，人也提不起勁。活動臨時因天雨取消，呆在銅鑼灣的街頭，苦無去向。男友提議到大坑，把我帶到:Jrink。很有趣的名字，發音跟Drink一樣之外，還加了個笑臉，見到都會心微笑。推間而進，便被櫃上一杯杯的茶吸引了目光。各式各樣的茶，聞上去很香，各有不同。猜它的成份變成了一個遊戲。店員送上一小杯sample，這天是薄荷烏龍。茶放為8大類，都列在餐牌上，可見種類之多。可以選一壺或一杯。除了Herbal和Fruit，其他可以做成Tea Latte。選好後，店員在櫃上取下鐵罐，為我們沖茶。Chappucino店員介紹這是濃縮的茶。本已選好一款，但被它的名字吸引。一小杯，像咖啡中的expresso。厚厚一層泡泡，帶微甜。茶的奶味和茶味都十分香濃。好像有點涼粉味⋯⋯A taste of French Latte選的時候，聞到清香的焦糖燉蛋味。沖出來，跟聞到的如出一轍。茶很滑很香，跟奶很夾。就像份焦糖燉蛋味的超滑奶茶，最重要是聞上去很甜，味道卻一點都不甜。就在這裡，呷著茶，我倆悠然自得地度過了一個下午。儘管外面變得越來越暗，感覺完全置身事外，多大的雨也影響不了我這刻的心情。

早前去到大坑搵食，食飽之後周圍行下，睇下有無咩新cafe，偶然下發現在呢間tea bar - jrink老實說，我不是big fans of tea，雖然都幾中意飲茶，但飲黎飲去都係earl grey或者english breakfast tea，唔係好識點樣叫好飲。呢度既茶種真係多到令我有d花多眼亂，不過好在唔同顏色既label標誌住各種tea，例如black tea，red tea，fruit tea等，而且店員都好helpful，好熱心講解。而且旁邊都放在各種tea的sample比客人聞下。首先個presentation好pleasant好靚，可以過去慢慢聞下再揀，岩晒我呢d唔係好熟茶種但又想坐低飲杯靚茶既客人。最後我地揀左呢隻叫Tutti Multi既茶葉 (in pot, $52），係果味比較豐富的茶，我都幾中意。飲完之後，店員主動過黎幫我地加水。除左in a teapot之外，仲可以點一杯或者iced tea，下次會再來explore下其他茶。 原來除左大坑除左咖啡，cafe之外，仲有可以坐低慢慢嘆杯茶既地方。店內環境舒適優閑，放假同朋友黎飲杯茶，傾下計，又或者自己黎睇下

大坑最近多了不少新店進駐，一間又一間舊小店、舊車房，都逐漸變身，成了一間間各具特色的小店。「:jrink」乃芸芸其中一間，裝潢樸實而型格，乃一間徹頭徹尾的「茶室」潮店，專賣各式各樣花果茶。「:jrink」估計乃「juice」+「drink」也。小店的茶除可沖調堂食或外賣外，還可以把茶葉買回家，慢慢享用，可買紙盒裝、鐵罐裝，或者禮盒裝。也可以隨個人喜好，買少許淺嚐，最少要買25gram。此外，也有數款曲奇提供。小店的茶葉分為八大類，以不同的顏色去標示，分別有抹茶、南非國寶茶、烏龍、黑茶、綠茶、白茶、花草茶和水果茶，共約有八十款味道。熱杯裝$28杯、凍杯裝$30、一壺$52送曲奇同吃、Latte$34，而chappino$30。何謂「Chappino」？一問，始知乃先把研磨成粉末的南非茶葉，放在Espresso機手柄內壓實，把裝置套回Espresso機內沖製，滴出茶味較濃，深啡色的Chappino，茶面上有一層茶泡。若加入牛奶沖泡，即成了滑不溜口的Chappuccino。小妹對清香烏龍茶情有所鍾，烏龍茶共有三款 - Billyjean、牛奶烏龍Milk Oolong和大紅袍烏龍Dahonh
