I ordered a Tuna Nicoise Salad and it really was not good... especially the dressing, which only comprised olive oil (not extra virigin) + lemon juice, which came to a very sour but otherwise tasteless dressing. The leaves and beans were pretty fresh but the tuna and egg were again very bland. The tuna were chopped too finely and ended up mostly in the bottom of the bowl. 10:58到，進去看自MENU，想落ORDER時店員竟說11:00才開門~好..我等~11:00才進去!選了雜錦沙律菜，配西蘭花、紅豆、飛碟瓜和粟米...跟紅酒醋...$60價錢不便宜，應該不錯吃吧~付錢後上樓上吃..感覺舒服，冷氣很大沙律被店員切碎後差不多只吃到沙律菜和紅酒醋的味道..沙律份量足夠可惜紅酒醋份量不夠..不能令所有菜都沾有dressing..這樣不太好價錢貴..下次還是點灣仔吃BEAUTIFOOD的沙律吧..

維園阿伯又開始忙了, 忙得不是吃即食麵便是吃外賣, 因此也就很少吃蔬菜囉  為了維園阿伯的健康著想, 忌廉貓決定外帶SALAD WRAP作晚餐啦(淨SALAD沒澱粉不夠飽啊 )本來忌廉貓打算叫salad不吃wrap的(要keep fit麻 ), 可是一看到一盆的salad比想像中少便改變主意啦...而且wrap比淨salad便宜啊!忌廉貓要了JS TUNA ($50) 和 CHICKEN CAESAR ($50), 在付款時收銀員善意提醒忌廉貓可以選擇兩小盒DRESSING, 我這才知道原來WRAP是沒有落DRESSING的! 忌廉貓覺得這樣很好啊, DRESSING任君選擇之餘份量也能根據個人喜好而落, 真的很棒!  最後, 忌廉貓選擇了SHERRY SHALLOT VINAIGRETTE (些厘酒味紅蔥汁) 配JS TUNA 和 BLUE CHEESE (藍芝士醬)配 CHICKEN CAESAR。一打開份WRAP, 最驚喜的是內裡的材料都是切碎了的, 不像平時在PRET或其他類似的食店那樣, 看到一整片的生菜/火箭菜。本人較喜歡JUST SALAD這種做法, 把蔬菜與其他

時間關係，得快速地完成午餐，所以由同事推介下到這間沙津專間店買外賣，重點是快、靚、正。環保起見，如果用指定的 lunch box 可以額外獲得兩款食材。因為公司已有很多同事光顧過，所以不愁沒有這些 lunch box。今次嚐試經典的 Cesar Salad。雖然已是親眼看著侍應如何預備食材及放進 lunch box 當中，但回到公司打開蓋之後，仍有一種很豐富及滿足的感覺，真開心。第一要緊的當然是食材要夠鮮。因為沒有經過烹調，所以不新鮮的食材不但一吃便知，更更大大地減留應有的食慾。不竟這裡只售賣沙津，所以這一點絶對是做得很足。而它的漿汁也做得非常好，有味道得來，又不會蓋過菜疏的鮮味，也能和芝士粒好好地融合。正！

繼續上篇食評，燒雞應該有著濃厚的pesto味，卻一點沒有香草醬的味道。水牛芝士條味道不濃但質感實在，整體來說，因為有齊我最愛吃的沙律材料，加上酸酸的紅酒醋醬汁又撈得好勻，很夾，這個晚餐很對我胃口。麵包皮選了菠菜卷，我不時食到一粒粒很討好的whole wheat顆粒，但是有樣野要提，佢冇問我就加送左小紅莓乾俾我，雖然送野係好好人，但應該問過我喜唔喜歡先，哈哈但是鮮甜的小紅莓乾配上絕頂新鮮的菜真的更上一層樓，非常開胃，我覺得超正，一定再來！(((店裡另賣$20mushroom soup, broccoli soup, $12soba noodles, >$60spa salad which is all for those keeping fit...)))

我第一次食時點既係Grilled Vegetable沙律，當時吃完文華的cheese scone之後覺得它座底的沙律菜不好吃，烤菇、烤茄子、豆腐粒、雞心豆也只算可以接受，燒紅椒甜醋汁亦不令人印象深刻。今次食既係$48既扥尼卡斯卷配有齊七個健康標籤的紅酒醋，呢個食落反而給我不少驚喜！入面有rocket，新鮮紅色車厘茄，oil soaked artichoke，香草醬雞肉粒，sun-dried tomatoes，水牛芝士等等，沙律份量不少，料好多，artichoke切成大角，酸味與沙律混合得好好，我自己一個食一個卷已經可以好飽，而我今天是選擇係樓上堂食，不過服務員態度就普通，餐具也不給我。

Just Salad 有一系列沙律叫Spa Salad，我對 Just Salad 的認識就由 Spa Salad 開始。這次是我第四次吃 Spa Salad，至目前為至共試了三款，分別是 款式(E) Athenia、(G) Caribbean Getaway，和(A) Vegetarian Thanksgiving，是時候總結一下吃後感!Athenia 材料為 Romaine, Cherry tomatoes, Cucumbers, Olives, Feta Cheese, ShrimpCaribbean Getaway 材料有 Mesclun-romaine, Grilled Chicken, Black Beans & Corn, Pineapple, Roasted Red PeppersVegetarian Thanksgiving 材料有- Romaine-Mesculun, Butternut Squash, Mushrooms, Dried Cranberries, String Beans, Pumpkin Seeds吃過數款 Spa salad，還是情有獨鍾價錢最平

都諗唔到有咩好食，又唔想太heavy，又唔想太貴，同男朋友就諗起之前經過過呢間沙律店，就決定去試下。一開始以為Dinner食Salad唔會飽，但其實唔係，之前係七仔買左支提子汁，去度叫左個Caser Salad卷，好好味，又新鮮。岩晒Summer食！ 一定會再去食！
