4- 價錢, lunch set : 2 course - $350; 3 course - $390, 好低食.. 今次買單 2 位 $1900..

✨ We ordered their 3-Course Weekend Lunch Menu that comes with a Starter/Seafood, Steak/Main Course and Dessert priced at $390 hkd per person.


Pic 1️⃣: Kilo Burger (+$50hkd) 🍔
— Burger was pretty good, the patty was juicy and well seasoned. The BBQ brisket was really flavour and tender too, and I really enjoyed the chunks of smoked bacon that added to the rich smoky flavours in the burger. Personally thought this could’ve done with an acidic element as the BBQ flavours were a bit too overpowering at times.


Pic 2️⃣: Brandt USDA Prime Holstein, Grain-fed, Fresh Cut Coulotte Steak (5oz) 🥩
— The steak had a nice sear on it but unfortunately under-seasoned. The steak was also a bit tough and hard to chew.


Pic 3️⃣: Kilo Chocolate Fudge Sundae 🍨
— Dessert here deserves some special attention! This was heavenly. I could easily have another one of these despite how full I was. The chocolate ice cream was rich and creamy, which went perfectly with the decadent fudgy brownie chunks. There were so many different elements and textures to this dessert so every bite felt like a surprise.


Pic 4️⃣: Vanilla Cheesecake 🍰
— Cheesecake was velvety smooth and not overly dense. It’s well balanced by the acidic black cherry compote on the side.


Pic 5️⃣: Sweet Corn Velouté 🌽
— Loved the subtle smoky flavours in this and how strong the corn tasted. The deviled crab cake on top was so delicious too, super well seasoned and made with a very generous amount of crab meat. Great on its own or dunked in the soup!


Pic 6️⃣: Burrata 🧀
— Burrata wasn’t very creamy and lacked flavour to it. The smoky flavours from the fire roasted tomatoes and red peppers really masked any other flavour that was there on the plate.


Pic 7️⃣: Limpin Susan, Rice, Okra
— Name sounded interesting so we gave it a try 😂 The rice was a bit hard/dry, but I did enjoy the sesame oil + okra combination. Will definitely be recreating this at home!

This has got to be one of the best steakhouses in town. We ordered the USDA Prime Ribeye (450g) (HK$980) which was very tender and succulent with excellent flavour and execution. Other options included American wagyu, Australian grass-fed beef and Korean Hanwoo. The devilled lobster tagliatelle was also cooked to al dente and loved the creamy sauce with a slight spicy kick. Price tag isn't cheap but the food quality and environment make it worth the price.

I’ve been a big fan of Chef Nathan Green since the time he was at Henry, then I followed him all the way to Rex and now Kilo. I simply cannot get enough of his beef tartare and steaks! Highly recommended Kilo for your upcoming festive feasts 🍖🥩 🍢

好少新開餐廳會好想去試,但呢間見到佢新開就有一種吸引力,適逢我爸媽生日,咁啱11月餐廳開始有埋lunch,我就book嚟幫佢兩慶祝生日,wtapp book嘅時間餐廳仲問埋甜品寫唔寫賀詞,好貼心早兩日餐廳會wtapp reconfirm book,再sd埋lunch meun ,等我地睇定食咩!早少少到達,由於bk嘅時間要求窗邊,所以餐廳安排圓枱對海,但今日天氣太好,變到好哂。。落完單後真係頂唔順,要求轉返埋邊嘅卡位我地點咗4個前菜share食,員工貼心地問伴碟係咪都share全餐。。。呢雪真係做到食景,食服務,最重要當然係食物質素都咁高我地會再嚟試吓晚餐,睇住海景真係

Chef Nathan Green的新扒房, 正正是位於舊東家Henry隔離的K11Musea, 頗有向舊東家示威的意味, 落地大玻璃清楚地看到維港的景色, 景觀比起現在他處理的Rex及之前的Henry好得多. 午市三百至八百多元, 視乎主菜的選擇, 如此有級數的扒房, 午市價錢基本上差不多. 三道菜的牛餐以烤八爪魚作頭盤, 先將其慢煮再烤, 肉質比一般的稔, 加了茴香鯷魚醬, 既提鮮也令其有特別的甘甜, 份量夠大, 相當不錯. 主菜是來自澳洲Little Joe牧場的牛扒, 這個農場的特色是其牛肉的雲石度至少有M4以上, 雖不是澳洲和牛, 而是黑安格斯及希福牛的混種, 但肉質相差無幾, 在經過60日的乾式熟成後, 肉香更濃烈, 我點的是其Striploin, 側邊的肥膏又香又處於軟溶狀態, 非常邪惡. 沒有牛骨脊牛油而換上三種沾醬, 唯一在這裏有少少可惜. 甜品的朱古力新地, 只能說是邪惡非常, 要完成它也要有一定的勇氣, 對我而言吃得相當飽足.Kilo is the new steakhouse by Chef Nathan Green. Kilo is the new steakhouse by Chef Nathan Green. Next to Henry that he previously worked with, the sea view is beautiful and his steak is still one of the best in town. The striploin of Little Joe Farm is nice. The beef is the breed of Hereford and Black Angus that is good in marbling. With 60 days dry aged the taste is so rich. The starter and dessert are nice as well and you will be full.
