Krua Walaiphan (已搬遷) 新店位置

今日LUNCH行左去高街睇下有咩好食見到呢間野個門面好特別好似D木同花既裝飾咁個menu就全英文既,都係泰國野有海南雞飯,金邊粉同咖哩個D入左去之後原來入面都幾深架好modern泰國既感覺waiter/waitress都係泰國人識少少廣東話咁, 我叫左青咖哩雞(如圖)個sticky rice好好食呀!用竹筒真係夠特別呀!lunch time黎講係快靚正我加錢飲左泰式香料奶茶賣飛佛~

星期五，午餐是最令人頭痛的，周圍人山人海，於是決定今天去遠一點，去到西營盤食泰國菜。這個餐廳地方不大，只有20到30個位，環境普通，但打開菜譜，價錢卻10分大眾化，不到＄100可以慢慢坐，而且沒有什麼人。午餐的選擇大約8個午餐套戲左右，因為我喜歡食咖喱，於是叫了青咖喱雞，雞塊的份量很足夠，青咖哩雞的味道不辣，甚至可以說，青咖哩味道比較甜。另外叫了一個新鮮椰青，很鮮甜很清甜，可惜後來餐廳漸漸多人，變得很嘈吵。但＄100的價格來說，其實好抵食，推介。

已經去過幾次，次次都有再想去的衝動，點解？因為店家的友善同用心。小店標榜全部用上靚材料，不加味精烹煮，全部給你真實鮮味，店家非常健談，很有親切感呢～叫了咖哩魚同炒flat noodle，啲魚入口即融架！亦好足料同有充足蔬菜～近來愛上pad see ew，也就是炒flat noodle，寬大的粉好有口感，正宗的話會好煙靭，呢到亦做到呢個口感，雞肉亦處理得很嫩滑，食完果真唔口渴～當然還有我最愛的泰式奶茶泰式炒肉碎都真係泰菜一個重要的菜式，亦是高水準～肉炒得粒粒分明，調味正點辣又有一點，配白飯自己食一碟絶對無問題！然後！個椰子雪糕係我係香港食過最好食既！講幼滑又真係好滑好醇厚的質感，甜又唔會好甜，量又非常足，加埋海底椰粒、椰肉、花生一齊食口感咬勁十足～為左佢我回光顧率絶對100%

星期日晚上七點幾，原本想去食牛肉麵，因為米之蓮效應，太多人排隊，唔想等，見呢間食評不錯，於是轉食呢間泰國菜。因為冇book位，等咗一陣，坐門口位，看一看餐牌，比較少選擇，菜只得炒通菜一款，價錢也在中上價，諗住穩陣D，叫咗蝦餅、炒金邊粉、炒通菜。我地七點半倒入座，第一道菜係蝦餅，差不多八點先有得食，原因係佢地不斷只做外賣生意，不斷地包外賣，完全當堂食客冇到！有個外國人遲過我地入嚟外賣，仲快過我地有，不但如此，有一家四口，兩大兩小，唔知係咪因為叫白酒飲，遲過我地入，但快過我地有得食！講番食物，全部都超級唔掂！蝦餅好細件，完全唔彈牙，冇蝦味，個醬怪怪地，只得甜味，難食！食完個蝦餅，等到天荒地老，原本想取消想走，個炒金邊粉終於來，成碟粉，只有兩隻蝦，少量豆腐，但大量冬菜，碟粉好濕，係一pat野，味道又係怪的，蝦亦未見得新鮮，一個字，差！因為唔想浪費，夾硬食完碟粉，炒通菜先嚟，個通菜完全唔掂，乾真真，仲超辣，冇其他味，只得辣，極難食！呢餐飯食到差不多九點，每一道菜食完先有下一道菜，上菜慢到無倫，只顧做外賣生意，叫酒飲先快D有得食，食物質素差，又難食，完全中伏！一定不會有下次！

睇標題，會以為係高級泰菜館。坐低，叫三道菜，等成粒鐘先有得食；或者你會覺得"慢工出細貨"，但實情係熊貓，袋鼠們太好生意（好利潤啩），所以我哋就要比耐性等啦。講真，又或者我哋又唔係外國人，又唔係開支 82 拉菲，又唔叫貴嘢，所以"慢慢"做啩（睇到呢段，你更係覺得做乜唔起身，因為起身個吓，菜就嚟到....）。睇咁耐，連食物質數一句都未提，齋"囉嗦"講時間係因為質數可以用"非常一般"可以講完。蝦餅：一般；炒通菜：得個辣字；Pad Thai：有合理懷疑個廚唔食煮泰菜。價錢：半山價格。完（連相都費事影）

跟同事2人到Lunch西環搵食，見呢間門面幾四正，我地企喺門口睇餐牌時職員又好友善咁招呼我地入去，所以決定試試。叫左2個餐，包括: 冬蔭功湯餐湯 ， 唔太辣，亦唔係平常一碗紅卜卜好油的湯，但好夠味。冬蔭功炒飯 - 又係唔太辣但野味之選，甜甜地。炒得幾乾爽。生菜豬肉包飯 - 少少辣的碎豬肉，偏咸。但包落生菜，配埋飯食就剛剛好。生菜都新鮮。凍飲叫左2杯凍檸茶，呢個麻麻。無咩味道。老闆幾友善，會過黎打招呼 ，問下食物o唔ok. 店員亦都好有笑容。佢地餐牌上講明埋單無計加一， 俾唔俾或俾幾多都係你決定。但我覺得呢度舒服，好味，店員友善，所以都好應該俾呀。

I think I've just found my new favorite casual Thai restaurant in HK. Krua Walaiphan effortlessly ticked all the right boxes including authentic tasting food, generous portion sizes, super friendly servers, and relaxed spacious seating. Lots of choices on the menu. The food was fresh, delicious, and seasoned just right. Renee is an amazing host and Walaiphan is a great chef. Our favorite dish was the Nam Tok Moo and the Pad Thai. We also had the coconut ice cream 👌🏼We're looking forward to becoming regulars.

Delicious and authentic Thai food! The Muu Naam Tok and Pad Thai are especially good! Really enjoyed trying some new dishes I had never had before as well. Warm hospitality!! Cannot wait to go back. Oh, and don't forget to order desert. The coconut ice cream is awesome.
