跟歺有一杯智利氣泡酒,味道相當唔錯,冇苦澀味,好易入口。

歺前小吃:芝士+火腿+面包
面包好大塊,烘得啱啱好,外皮脆脆地,入面非常軟熟,一啲都唔硬。蒜蓉牛油非常平均地塗係面包上面, 咬每一啖都食到蒜蓉牛油香味,而且味道啱啱好,蒜蓉味唔會太濃烈。
火腿質感較濕潤,唔系風乾火腿,味道有D太咸,但依然好食。
芝士有2款,食落囗感好滑,質地較軟身。我將火腿倦住芝士泥食,芝士能夠cover火腿過多既咸味,口感幾特別。

1st頭盤:洋蔥湯,青菜沙律
佢既洋蔥湯係根據香港人口味而製作。食過真正法國洋蔥湯既都知佢所謂既洋蔥湯其實係唔會飲到湯,而係將好多面包浸係啲湯度,基本上只會食到浸到淋bat bat既面包,口感十分怪仲有啲核特。但係佢依個就唔同,佢真係一碗湯。入面只有一嚿細細地既薄面包,而且烘到好脆,唔會比湯浸到淋bat bat, 湯既面層有啲焗過既芝士,味道濃郁,咬落有一條條絲。湯既味道清清地,散發住陣陣既洋蔥香味。製作好有心機。

沙律材料好簡單,只有菜同車厘茄,用橄欖油同唶調味。蔬菜非常非常之新鮮,比一般既翠綠還要翠綠。新鮮既程度就好似即摘即食咁 ,就算係其他高級西餐廳都從未食過新鮮到咁既菜。可惜落得太多橄欖油,每片菜都沾滿油,食到成囗都係油。

2nd頭盤:煎帶子
不過不失。有4片薄帶子,好明顯係1開2,味道唔夠鮮甜,但就煎得幾香,有咬口。伴碟既係切粒既紅黃青蕉,望落就幾新鮮,但我本身唔食蕉,所以味道不詳。

主菜:牛扒
失望。牛扒既鬆軟程度明顯唔係天然。切落去已經覺得怪,食落口感的確係怪怪地,一咬開就咬開,連基本肉咬落去應有既質感都冇。不過又未至於食唔到,味道尚可,有肉味,有些少肉汁,勉勉強強可接受。

甜品:焦糖燉蛋,雲呢嗱布甸
一級棒!2樣口感都非常幼滑。燉蛋蛋味香濃,配合面層既焦糖簡直係味蕾一大享受。布甸既質感好似燉蛋,雲呢嗱味非常濃郁。雖然2樣野味道好香濃,但又唔會太甜,一啲都唔膩。

二百幾蚊有咁多道菜仲有酒飲有咁既質素有咁既環境,已經相當唔錯,其實真係冇野可挑剔。但係世事就係咁,當你以為所有野都好OK既時候,偏偏出現一位唔老實趕收工既女侍應

當時2點半未夠,得返我一枱客,我食緊主菜。女侍應(訂位時聽電話果位)非常之唔好意思咁走過泥講對唔住,話佢地收2點半,示意我地食快啲(當時男侍應唔係度)。都覺得奇怪邊有歺廳會2點半落場,但當時冇諗咁多。於是我快快手食埋件扒,甜品都未上,佢就好有禮貌咁拎張單泥比我埋。2點九我一食完甜品就即刻起身走人,女侍應即刻準備say goodbye 。男侍應見我走得咁急就覺得好奇怪。走過泥叫我地唔洗咁趕,慢慢坐到3點都可以。

其實呢啲事就好常見,但估唔到高級餐廳都會發生呢啲低級事情。雖然位女侍應好有禮貌,但為左趕收工而唔老實呃顧客就點都唔應該。何況只係午市,就算我坐到三點,其實都阻唔到妳幾多。就係咁,扣哂分。

yahoo團購再一次滲入我生活...哈哈,今次豪D買左2張$178的團購券同朋友食生日飲之用(嘩,中環蘇豪區仲有酒飲都係每人$200)即 買即訂位book左晚餐時間1930,地方比心目中偏遠,時間遲左少少,一坐下即見到西班牙火腿加芝士,待應好快地比左水我地再選擇食咩做主菜同酒只有3桌客,外國人大多數,待應都係外國人我地2個女仔叫左帶子,羊架,牛扒同甜品每款要一樣洋䓤湯同包:包味道好好,好有蒜茸味又有件,湯味道濃同上方有包同好多芝士,料好多同好好味,更加特顯洋䓤味濃酒:有白,紅,汽酒,最後我地2個都選汽酒,普通吾難入口西班牙火腿加芝士:只可說普通,芝士味吾夠前菜(帶子沙律):帶子厚身,大隻又夠鮮,但成碟覺得太油,食左帶子都吾想食其他配料主菜:配料全部好好食,吾油又夠味道,薯蓉好有口感吾似粉整出黎,羊架:但羊架份量3件,味道吾蘇,幾滑,但3口已經食完太細份了牛扒:叫了7成都差不多全熟,但好在吾硬,可想而知肉質吾差先有,份量都叫正常,汁都夠味甜品:奶凍夠滑同有雲利拿籽味道好特出,燉蛋蛋味重而焦糖夠厚身,所以可以口口都有焦糖味十分好總結:食左2小時,覺得這個團購都抵同好味,每人最後結數$200

羊架:但羊架份量3件,味道吾蘇,幾滑,但3口已經食完太細份了
牛扒:叫了7成都差不多全熟,但好在吾硬,可想而知肉質吾差先有,份量都叫正常,汁都夠味
甜品:奶凍夠滑同有雲利拿籽味道好特出,燉蛋蛋味重而焦糖夠厚身,所以可以口口都有焦糖味十分好
總結:食左2小時,覺得這個團購都抵同好味,每人最後結數$200/位,待應好好(記得我飲暖水,全程都比暖水飲)好窩心,過左一個好愉快的晚上

洋蔥湯好麻麻,有啲似用濃x寶煮o既味, 塊芝士係成碗湯最好味o既o野。
呑拿魚他他好一般
雞肋型o既菜色。呑拿魚顏色唔係幾新鮮,亦冇咩特別醬汁味,淨係食到黑椒味。仲食到呑拿魚筋
比起呑拿魚他他,帶子稍為好啲,個帶子煎得幾香,顏色都靚,食o既時候覺得ok好食,但係係嗰種食完你就會忘記佢,同朋友講起帶子(唔好問點解無喇喇會同朋友傾帶子,我都唔知) 都唔會推介俾朋友.

主菜方面我試左牛扒,大中伏! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡(係呀,無相呀sorry )
塊扒同係花x餐廳呀,第x牛扒一樣,但價錢當然唔同喇!原價食超唔值。個汁稀Liao liao , 我真心覺得花x 呀,第x呀嗰啲"咋咋"聲o既汁好食好多。要食靚扒的你一定會失望至極。配菜又擺得唔靚,又太油。我知道炒菜落好多油顏色會靚啲,會滑口啲,但火侯唔夠,食落除左油味,咩味都冇。好失望。

甜品係唯一我覺得真係好食o既,creme brûlée 好滑,個焦糖亦好靚。奶凍個奶味好濃,會齒頰留香。



可能係我期盼過高喇,唉。

甜品反而好普通, 奶凍同埋蕉糖布甸都係一般水準.
總括而言, 野食係正既~ 不得不提, 杯Sparkling wine出奇地好飲~~~

一週年紀念,但為了短期內擁有磚頭及婚禮,男朋友及我都決定到這餐廳。其實我好想去跑馬地amigx 架😫不過,為了共同目標,男朋友由肯花費的,突然便了慳家的人,也放棄了買新game. 講返間餐廳先,男朋友book左位,我地早去到,侍應就讓我們選擇座位,groupon有特定的menu,其實,價錢我也不清楚,但也不過不失除了甜品,得cream brûlée 好味,另外那個像熱香餅的味很怪

法國餐廳,一定要有氣氛和格調,一定要夠浪漫,La Terrasse做到了,而且很好。第一個頭盤是蕃茄九層塔烤麵包,做得小巧可愛之餘,令人開胃,不似一般餐包那樣,不會一吃就飽滯,可繼續享用其他美食。之後上桌的是法式焗蝸牛,香濃的蒜香味,一些不常吃貝殼類的同事,吃下之後也說味道不錯。主菜共有三個,分別是黑鱸牛油蔬菜飯、肉眼牛扒青椒汁配雜菜小焗薯,及百里香汁燒春雞,味道三個不相上下,而賣相最好的要算是黑鱸飯,飯香從侍應手上已陣陣傳來,外觀精緻,配上餐廳親自揀選的Chardonnay白酒,令人難忘。最後一定要提到的是那兩款甜品,士多啤梨鮮奶布丁與法式焦糖燉蛋,像是很普及的甜點,比甜品專門店有售要更好味,尤其是那法式燉蛋,一定要推介給各位食家們品嚐。

最後一定要提到的是那兩款甜品,士多啤梨鮮奶布丁與法式焦糖燉蛋,像是很普及的甜點,比甜品專門店有售要更好味,尤其是那法式燉蛋,一定要推介給各位食家們品嚐。

we were offered to sit at the table in the outside area of the restaurant, with a standing heater. We were separated from other people in the interior and the feeling was so isolated and cosy. however, this quiet atmosphere was soon badly interrupted by a couple who spoke so loud during their meal and kept smoking! it would have been much better had they not appeared! And one thing to note is that this outside rea is exposed to the public neighborhood, so at some point of time we did hear some noises from young boys and girls, which was not so pleasant. Luckily this lasted for only a few minutes.

anyway, we were served by foreign waiters with friendly and polite attitudes throughout the evening. we ordered a few dishes, alongside glasses of house red and white wine. The wine were as great as the food!

Appetizers:
1. Baked snails with garlic & parsley butter sauce - i love the pastry going together with the snails!! it tastes so wonderful!! the sauce is very appealing too!! a very nice appetizer! makes me form an very good impression on the food served by this restaurant

2. Shrimp and avocado salad - the whole salad with the shrimp is so fresh! The taste and amount of the dressing is just about right. Very refreshing experience.

Main courses:
1. seabass and king prawn with lobster sauce with risotto - strongly flavoured lobster sauce, seabass and king prawn in good texture, lovely ball-shaped risotto served at the side of the dish. - my buddy prefers this more to the white cod

2. white cod fillet with lemon butter sauce with risotto - i personally love this more than the seabass one. The lemon butter sauce tastes so wonderful and goes so well with the cod fillet and the veggies underneath.

Desserts:
1. Warm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream - the choco cake is not too sweet, with rather thick textured and rich chocolate sauce flowing out. It tastes just right when it goes together with the vanilla ice cream! makes us feel so warm as its name suggests

2. Iced Nougat - find this quite special indeed, especially when it is "iced" and a bit crunchy. it works well with the strawberry puree. A bit sweet, yet acceptable.

Overall speaking, it has been a very satisfying and enjoyable dinner. Definitely worth paying a visit again. Perhaps to try out their lunch next time?

This dish was exceptionally fresh and bursting with flavour. There was no hint of a 'fishy' smell or taste and the tuna was paired well with the chopped onions and chives to give it a refreshing and appetizing feel.

I was very attracted to the cute 'flower' decoration the salmon and asparagus resembled when it arrived. Without disappointment, the salmon was lightly smoked to perfection and the asparagus was light and crispy.

This dish was recommended by the waiter and it was a seared filet mignon topped with a slice of fois gras. I must say, the fois gras was absolutely AMAZING and literally melted in my mouth like a slice of warm butter. The fois gras was not entirely fat but had a good proportion of liver in it. The beef was juicy and was again, very very tender. I especially liked how the dish was well balanced between the beef and the fois gras, hence you could experience both the beef and fois gras with every bite you took - a mouth-watering sensation!

I would say this dish was rather average and did not 'wow' me as much as the beef rossini. The barramundi was slightly overcooked, leaving a dry texture to the what would be delicate fish meat. Nevertheless, the scallops were succulent and very bouncy. Though the lobster bisque was a bit too salty, it gave the fish a little moisture and I just wish there was more to wipe off the plate!

I would definitely return here to try their different dishes and may be brave enough next time to try their famous escagots. I am happy to find such high quality and delicate French cooking at such an affordable price. This is definitely a hidden gem within Soho!

Went to this restaurant on a monday night, quite quiet as most of the other restaurants. The environment is a little bit less romantic than what I expected, quite bright in the restaurant. But deco was simple and nice and the couches were quite comfy. they also had a patio in the back =) Service was not bad, very poilte and well mannered, even let us try a couple of wines b4 picking our glass. we ordered the Set menu since it was much more pricey to order them seperately.we had 4 people so basic

Service was not bad, very poilte and well mannered, even let us try a couple of wines b4 picking our glass.
we ordered the Set menu since it was much more pricey to order them seperately.
we had 4 people so basicaly we got to try most of the stuff on their menu:

Appetizer:

Goat Cheese Mixed Green Salad - avg, but goat cheese went quite well with salad

Pan Fried Foie Gras - very yummy =) personally realli like foie gras and they made it just right


Oysters in Garlic and Cream - very yummy also, the sauce was really with the oysters

Main:

Roasted Chicken - just took one small bite but taste was not bad

Sirloin Steak - asked for med rare, came a bit closer to medium but still not bad, pepper sauce and it had scalloped potatoes at the bottom, yummm

Lamb Rump - my dish, was really good, cooked just right, tender and juicy.


Dessert

Floating Island - it was alrite, personaly not a fan of egg white desserts.

Almond Apple Pie - quite sweet, but went well with ice-cream

Chocolate Pudding cake (心太軟) - really good, not too sweet and worked well with ice cream too.

quite a nice experience with sister and friends and would definately go bk again

I had dinner in La Terrasse with friends to get together before summer holidays.La Terrasse serves delicious French food in a pretty nice environment. Restaurant's deco is warm and pleasant. It makes me remember cosy restaurants in quiet districts of Paris (not tourists attraction areas...). Concerning the service, our waiter was really attentive but not too much, it makes me uncomfortable constantly have someone who comes to you to ask if "every thing's ok..?".

Regarding food ordered :
starter : tartare of tuna. Really good and fresh with fine herbs and not too much french dressing. I love raw food, and this starter was perfectly dressed, ideal when the weather is really hot.

main dish : Duck breast with potatoes and a piece of pan-fired foie gras . As often the dish looked smaller than expected, but at the end of it, I was already full.
I love duck breast, really French dish. It was perfectly done, not too much cooked but not rare . The sauce was exquisite with the garnish potatoes.

Dessert : Floating island. Appropriate to end a dinner when you are stuffed.


Of course we ordered wine, red and white for dessert.

To conclude, I really appreciate to have dinner there, and the price worth the great food.
Bad mark is that La Terrasse makes me remember how much I miss Paris and the pleasure to eat easily French food with friends and family

走了很遠的路才來到這裏。店內環境不錯,坐在鋼琴旁,看著富有Paul Smith色彩、波浪型花紋的牆,挺舒服的。比較少吃法國菜,這間店會讓我有興趣再試多一點。跟友人點了兩個set lunch。沒有湯卻有麵包送,看到硬法包硬得可以擲死人的樣子,以為很難入口。卻出奇地好吃,帶有陣陣芝士的芳香。硬的也只是外表,內裏軟得很。頭盤﹕1. 對嗜牛如命的我們來說,見到Steak基本上都想馬上衝過去… 再見到Premium字眼,更加不作他選。果然沒令我們失望!濃烈的牛扒獨有味道,在這道菜中表露無遺。剛好的質感,不過靱也不過鬆,就是Just right的感覺。Medium rare,卻略嫌熟了點。下次該點偏rare才對,畢竟吃牛扒還是要見到一點血才對味。上面的香草牛油跟牛扒也是不錯的配搭。配菜薯仔,下了一點香草煎過,很香口,但略少。
2. 法國來的魚柳
是Waitor的推薦,也忘了甚麼魚名了。味道蠻清新,配上深棕色鹹鹹的香草,加上檸檬汁,令吃了牛扒的我們不致於太膩。
甜品
由於Lunch time時間所限,及對desert of the day的cheese cake沒有太大的興趣,故只點了芝士拼盤。對芝士沒有甚麼認識,只是覺得還是羊奶芝士比較易入口,其他兩種是硬芝士和軟芝士。硬芝士實在是硬,很難送麵包吃。軟芝士上有一點點綠色,無論是賣相以致味道都有點發霉的感覺。哈,愛芝士的人可能會喜歡吧。
飯後一段時間,口中的芝士味和garlic味縈繞不去…
相當美味的一頓,感謝友人info search和請客,特別的好吃!

選了這法式小店為男朋友慶祝生日,因為喜歡她寧靜又有情調~ 與soho只隔一個轉角,但卻遠離繁囂,悠閒自在~客人不多,我們被安排到玻璃窗旁的L 梳化位置,可觀賞街景~頭盤點了青豆松露湯、鵝肝凍食,主菜要了sea bass & scallop 及 duck leg~青豆湯質地幼滑,咬一口松露喝一口湯,很清新~平時很少點魚做主菜,因為怕多骨和魚腥,但因為想食帶子,所以要了 sea bass & scallop~ 魚,超乎意料的好吃~! 甚至比帶子更吸引~!先說帶子,鮮甜彈牙,中央部分還是嫩嫩的,可以吃到帶子一絲絲的纖維~鱸魚,肉質彈牙,整片魚塊都不鞋!很鮮甜,因為煎過,所以帶著幾分甘香!一口帶子,一口魚,互相引出大家的鮮味~! 還有幾啖risotto,實在很完美! 平時很少點魚做主菜,因為怕多骨和魚腥,但因為想食帶子,所以要了 sea bass & scallop~ 魚,超乎意料的好吃~! 甚至比帶子更吸引~!

先說帶子,鮮甜彈牙,中央部分還是嫩嫩的,可以吃到帶子一絲絲的纖維~
鱸魚,肉質彈牙,整片魚塊都不鞋!很鮮甜,因為煎過,所以帶著幾分甘香!一口帶子,一口魚,互相引出大家的鮮味~! 還有幾啖risotto,實在很完美! (貼心的侍應小姐更叮囑碟子很熱,小心燙手~

男友的 duck leg, 聽說也很美味,我試了幾口,味道濃香,但我還是喜歡清新的魚和帶子~!

2008年6月,11月 lunch2009年5月 dinner係香港要找法菜fine dining餐廳不算難, 好輕易就數出幾間,但要找中價而出色的法菜, 才是難 !!!! 還記得第一次到來, 看到 menu 既 main course 竟係 "sausage", 好奇心下就點了 !! 賣相簡單討好, 一半是薯蓉一半是豆蓉, 單是顏色已悅目, 心情亦隨即提升, 上面放上兩條 sausage, 就是這樣簡單 !! sausage 味濃富肉汁, 相當不錯, 而豆蓉不是超滑的那種, 是帶一點點粒粒粗獷口感那種, 這更對我口味, 個人很是喜歡, 配以幼滑的薯蓉, 帶出強烈口感對比 !!! dessert 是我很喜歡的 floating island & Crêpe Suzette, 係香港好少法國餐廳供應的, 但可在此中尋 !! 雖然 lunch 既 Crêpe Suzette 係廚房煮好羅出黎, 但食 lunch 既話, 要求亦自然降低喇 !! 這裡 & ole ,係soho 少有的令我久不久要黎既餐廳 !!!!
