MâmAmis 位於上環,是主打新派越南家常菜的餐廳,環境寬敞明亮,簡約而帶有現代感。店內設有多款堂食座位,也有外賣服務,無論是午餐速食還是悠閒聚會,都十分合適。MâmAmis 結合傳統與創新,以健康新鮮的食材及自家製越南調味,打造港人熱門的午市選擇。我最喜歡的午市菜式是澳洲M4-5和牛河粉。$128配餐飲,餐廳人氣招牌,用牛骨和多種香料慢熬湯底,味道鮮香清甜。牛肉片薄切,入口軟嫩,搭配自家河粉,滑溜不糊爛。建議配上檸檬、辣椒及九層塔,能帶出香料與牛肉的鮮甜。每碗份量十足,非常飽肚。這餐廳食物價格稍高,但食物高質素,環境舒適,推薦

Walked past a few times and noticed the Michelin sign. Decided to try for dinner.Here’s what we had. Glass of Pinot Grigio.Jumbo River Prawns. Server warmly noted that the portion was quite big. Prawns were indeed massive and meaty; sweet, smoky, and juicy, smothered in a rich butter sauce laced with Vietnamese herbs and parmesan Cheese.Lightly crisped Frog Legs with Butter Garlic marinade, punched up with Shallots, Onions, Cilantro and Citrus/Lime cutting through the richness with clean acidity.Chicken Wings- crispy outside, juicy inside, with a tinge of Lemongrass. Served with a light salad. Crisp and deeply garlicky buttered Baguette slices, layered with slow-cooked caramelized onions and a melty duo of grilled cheeses (likely mozzarella and cheddar/Emmental). Rich, oozy, and comfort food at its finest.Tender slices of Australian Wagyu Beef with bouncy Beef Balls, Tripe, soft Brisket and silky Flat Rice Noodles. Unfortunately the broth — the soul of the bowl — was overly sweet, lacking the deep beefy umami and balance that defined a great soup. Less sugar, more charred onion, or fish sauce would probably be better.In summary: Viet-fusion bistro with a bold, streetwise charm combining Vietnamese herbs, French technique, and comfort food swagger. Menu was flavor-packed, texture-rich, and leaning heavily on rich aromatics.

最近去咗 MamAmis 食晏,試咗佢哋嘅 澳洲和牛越南河粉 同 越南咖啡。河粉上枱已經聞到香濃牛骨湯味,湯底好清但夠晒味道,飲落去冇味精嗆喉感。和牛切片薄薄地,放入熱湯啱啱熟,肉質超嫩滑,完全唔鞋口,河粉本身都滑溜,唔會一夾就斷。之後飲返杯越南咖啡,糖漿唔會落得太多,甜度啱啱好,飲落去香濃得嚟唔會苦,幾有層次感。整體嚟講,呢餐真係幾有驚喜,越南風味做得地道,又唔會太重口味。環境又chill,適合同朋友慢慢歎。下次會想再試吓其他招牌小食,值得回頭。

試咗佢哋嘅越南火車頭。整體感覺就係味道正常,但價錢貴咗少少。#越南火車頭呢碗Pho有齊牛丸、牛腩、牛片同扎肉,牛肉質素唔錯,但每樣都係細細舊,食落唔係好滿足,而且冇咩特別驚喜。#總結如果經過可以試吓,但我覺得唔需要特登去。食物正常,但價錢偏高,唔算太值得。

一天到了這家主打越法料理的餐廳用膳。甫入店子,環境幽雅,散發著濃濃的越式風格。率先出場的小食代表越南春卷,以米紙包著豬肉、蝦肉、蔬菜條及粉絲來炸,內容豐富,香脆不已,用生菜和香葉包裹起來送進口裡,十分滿足。雞絲湯河雞絲份量甚多,雖然稍為乾身,不過浸在牛骨湯裡卻又出奇地合襯。湯粉乃是金邊粉,滑嘟嘟的一吸入喉!加入魚露更可增添食的意慾,欲罷不能。越南火車頭的配料果然大堆頭,計有牛肉、牛丸、牛腩以及牛栢葉,各勝所長,唯一要挑剔的是牛栢葉相當纖幼,似有還無。越南河粉滑溜不已,而牛骨湯清爽順喉,芽菜和香菜帶來一抹的清新。雖然簡單,但也食到正宗的越南口味。
