經過pret就買啲嘢食嚟醫吓肚仔以前食過都OK幾好味😋覺得佢呢度嘅調味唔錯！以我所知呢度定期會出新嘅食物款式，但係好似好耐冇轉我鍾意嘅吞拿魚三文治仲喺度！其實呢度嘅三文治同埋食物我諗大部份都好味，但係可能就會卡路里高啲，呢個就係又好味既三文治之選最緊要佢係最平嘅三文治之一！呢個公司三文治其實好細，得幾條菜半粒蛋，少少雞肉同埋火腿～味道OK嘅，但係如果$42呢個份量就太少喇吼鴨卷之前食過熱嘅覺得唔好食，同埋嗰啲火箭菜會變咗苦，今次食返凍嘅就覺得好好味！有啲北京填鴨嘅感覺今次有個男店員收錢同埋服務，問佢拎袋嘅時候見到佢超級熱誠同埋細心幫我搵！好想幫到你嘅感覺！超級讚許

公司樓下有間Pret，平時通常都係食包，好鐘意佢啲法包三文治，但近排要低碳，所以就改食yogurt，呢個綠茶greek style yogurt真係好好味，有果仁有blueberry，又有其他麥片，原來Pret有咁多好野食，係貴啲。。。。

I went there earlier this week for a lunch with the hubster, as it's in his building. He got a couple of sandwiches, with cheese, tomato and some jam. A parfait bowl. I tried both of them and they were good. Pret hasn't really disappointed. I got the falafel wrap. It was different from the New York wrap, tasty and full of flavors nevertheless. It was around 12:45 when we went and the place wasn't very crowded which was a plus for us to quickly get our food and sit outside and enjoy. 

午餐吃不夠，肚好餓，沒心情工作，決定到樓下找東西吃。看見一個個的Muffins好吸引，選了個朱古力口味。店員主動提出加熟Muffin，等數分鐘店員再送上給我。Chocolate Muffin ($16) 加熱後，朱古力微溶，頂部脆，內𥚃鬆軟，好滿足。雖然此Muffin不算大，但吃了一半後，已經開始覺得好甜和好膩。

那天跟老妹在附近用過晚餐後，因為沒嚐到甜點而覺得不夠完滿，所以路過這的時候就各選了一款乳酪啦我的是荔枝口味的，裡頭有一整顆荔枝果肉在乳酩搭在荔枝果凍清新又甜美，只可惜荔枝果凍可能放得太久了開始溶化成水份，吃起來口感怪怪的另外一杯是燕麥混和著乳酩，感覺上比較健康一點啦乳酩挺身，香香甜甜的！！ 脆脆的燕麥增添口感健康又平價的，下次經過饞咀時又要買上一杯

七月中(陰天)pret a manger的出品從來深得我心，這天午餐不想走出去，也不想吃得太多，就買來杯super berrybowl 就算．上面的燕麥混合也有脆脆的果仁和果乾等等，其中的椰絲更是為這杯混合物增添少許熱帶風味,質感也煙煙韌韌的,又香又好吃．中間的希臘乳酪杰身，味道偏甜，和上面脆脆的燕麥混合成鮮明的對比．最底層的是甜甜的藍莓醬和果肉，是很自然又健康的味道．每一次吃這杯乳酪杯都是一個愉快的經驗－下次心情不好，又或者只想吃少許食物的時間，去這裡pick up一杯,吃到的準沒錯!

Xmas edition: Brie and cranberry sandwich Mmmm. I liked this. I’m not a fan of overly strong, aging cheese (like blue cheese or the type of goat cheese that’s so strong it makes you feel like you’re being plunged headfirst into a live goat), but I also hate cheeses that are too mild to taste.The brie in this sandwich was (almost) just right. 一早, 來到呢頭, 為的除了交表之外, 並無其他意思. 作為一名鐘意飲飲食食既人, 知道花旗銀行個shopping centre有野食, 雖然只是三間連鎖 coffee shop, 既然來到, 不外賣一個早餐走, 總覺有點對不起他們. Starbuck太多人排隊, Pacific在走時才留意到, 面前只有Pret, 簡單地買個凍治同coffee. 要就要了All day Breakfast三文治. 內有煙肉, 生菜同蛋沙律. 味道簡簡單單. 要再多一點花巧, 可能就要食其他bap了.外國式三文治, 雖然是凍食同埋pre-packed, 但味道材料比起港式的什麼蛋治健康. 煙肉一小片, 少少脆. 蛋沙律味道又好至極, 加埋杯咖啡雖要$50. 貴, 但做得好, 總算叫做值值地. (不過, 係3大coffee shop買早諶, 根本是破財格.)咖啡, 要了一杯Latte, 味道就比較淡同奶身比較薄. 做到好thick只會令人覺得飲一杯, 已不用食其他野. Latte已經是多奶, 不過奶輕身少少比較好.花旗商場, 一眼睇哂, 3間coffee shop, 一間simply life. 全是西

Because of the recent financial tsunami, instead of going out to Central for lunch, my colleagues and I often have a quick lunch, Pret is always our preferred choice as it's just underneath our office. Both the food & service are great. Especially, after we tried the food next door Simply Life , we then appreciate the sandwiches at Pret more. The ingredients are much fresher and of high quality. Also, the prices at Pret are more resonable whereas Maxims is overpricing their products. I esp

卒之比我食番久違了的 Coronation Chicken Sandwich!呢款三文治最吸引我之處係那個 mango chutney sauce, 好香芒果味. 加上杏仁片, 雞胸肉，冶味及口感非常好! Pret 的麵包，通常都會用五穀，增加口感。又健康d!其實Coronation Chicken 係有典故的，係英國Chef Rosemary Hume為英女皇係1953年加冕的宴會中其中一個菜式，跟著一路留存至今，更加成為非常受歡迎的三文治餡料。1010的客戶，買兩件三文治仲可以有一杯免費咖啡!!! 真係抵!!!

今天換了同事要中午外出，時間緊迫之下就有選在公司附近的三文治店。不過，今天卻想吃得清淡一點，就選擇了沙律跟一個湯。沙律選了煙三文魚龍蝦仔沙律，湯則是煙肉青豆湯。有的同事看到只有這些食物便問:得咁少，你飽唔飽呀﹖一陣要整多幾塊餅時咪仲肥....."已解釋了數千次，聽到這樣的說話也再沒氣力去解釋一下了，反正我說甚麼妳也持反對意見了吧﹖回說食物，這個<<煙三文魚龍蝦仔沙律>>的味道不算太好，煙三文魚不但不肥美，甚至煙燻味也只有一點點，究竟是不新鮮還是貨色問題呢﹖龍蝦仔反而不過不失，至少有一點點的鮮肉味。有的說這些龍蝦仔是吃海底的腐肉云云，不吃為妙﹔但是其他的蟹、鱔等等不也是吃這些"食物"嗎﹖難道也就不宜進食嗎﹖另外的<<煙肉青豆湯>>，依舊有很強的煙肉香味，青豆煮成蓉帶著很香的清新豆鮮味，與之前在simplybread的青豆湯，這個算是較稀的"版本"。仍是不錯的貨色呢~
