☆ 𝙎𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙩 𝘾𝙖𝙛𝙚 & 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧尖沙咀柯士甸路2號地舖✦ Wagyu Beef Rib Eye係Menu Scarlett's Highlights個到見到，有好多款都好吸引，咁緊係揀一款試下啦，呢款係用左澳洲M3+和牛，勁多肉汁，肉味香濃，份量好足，真係好鬼正，仲配左一大兜薯條，性價比高(〃ω〃)✦ Beef Ragout呢到嘅Pasta有得技Spaghetti或者Casarecce，簡單講係揀長短啦，我揀左spaghetti，意粉好掛汁，牛肉煮到好淋又入味，好食。✦ Moules Marinières青口份量好多，個汁我地揀左cream and bacon，濃郁得黎又唔會太溜，幾好味，呢個一樣配左一大兜薯條，繼續係抵食之選。✦ Creamed Spinach想吃d菜，所以叫左呢個side dishes，忌廉菠菜好香好好味。✦ Apple Crumble大家有冇睇季前賽，張繼聰真係好好笑，但食呢個甜品我就諗起姜濤話佢唔食整熱左嘅生果XD我覺得呢個甜品係欺騙自己，等自已會無咁罪惡感，蘋果酸酸甜甜，配合埋其他野，我覺得整熱左嘅生果(某d)都ok呀XD落左單店員就比餐包

生日嘅時候同朋友食過，今次終於同阿本黎。如果成班朋友嚟傾偈環境係幾好嘅，但如果拍拖黎，我真係覺得隔離啲人好_嘈，音樂又大聲…😂😂-🦞 seafood pasta $218講返食物，Seafood pasta 印象中幾好食，所以encore. 個海鮮意粉我請佢飛走魚，所以只有魷魚、蝦、青口😋😋正！Lobster sauce配3mm意粉好掛汁，汁既份量岩岩好，唔會太乾爭爭🥩 Australian Wagyu (M3+) beef rib eye (300g) $338少食和牛都唔知道原來佢哋主要有同產地同埋唔同class..肉質林就基本，肥瘦均勻，唔會有咬唔到既筋😂比阿本感染到，而家每次都叫medium rare ，比起medium更加容易食到牛肉最原始嘅味道，而且唔驚牛肉過熟，食落去特別嫩. 要讚餐廳燒得牛扒好香. The restaurant has two rounds. The second round starts at 800pm . Yet the last order is 915pm and our dinner dishes including forks and knives are just being taken away without asking us . We are just being forced to eat our dessert as we are just provided with a spoon for our dessert. Though the rest stated in their website that the restaurant would be closed at 1100pm. We are.asked to leave at 10:00pm. The services are not up to standard . Poor quality would be a more accurate description. Yet

The bread given to us before our orders arrived was soft and tasted good. All the food we ordered were delicious and tasted like they were freshly made. The service was great. The cocktails that we ordered were sweet and seemed like it was watered down so I think their drinks can still improve.

踏入餐廳感覺不錯環境很好，可能我地揀左右18：00呢個時間比較早，九成時間只有我地一枱麵包不錯，鐘意食麵包皮既我最鐘意食啲又脆又唔係硬既質感，中間嘅麵包軟軟的夾埋牛油，正Caesar salad 味道好好，鐘意食Salad既一定要食鐘意食蠔既可以一試，雖然Size不大，但蠔鮮甜爽脆，配搭埋個汁，好味（如果鐘意CREAMY既未必啱）Crab Salad同啲細多士一齊上，相片效果比實際Size大，實質咬兩啖左右便食完塊多士，Salad分五份可以鋪在多士上（滿滿的），好味道！！明顯廚師 廚藝了不起，煮得好好食，食肉獸既阿仔係咁食，一邊食一邊話好好味，叫5成熟就啱啱好生日又點可以唔食甜品， 趁住老公行開咗，緊係要叫返個有Happy Birthday 心心 加埋蠟燭既甜品比老公食啦

Rude French staff , don’t serve client in a polite way but care about the way of booking and ask me to clarify the Booking way. This is Hong Kong not in Europe! I thought I can only see this kind of serving style in French but this is the first time I witness in HK. They consider booking is more important than the manner to service the customer. What a poor start of our meal !

以前都會喺happy hour嚟呢到食吓小食/late lunch，適逢中秋節就真係同朋友嚟boozy brunch以 $388三度菜嚟講，食完唔飽我覺得真係有少少失望 佢嘅生蠔同埋前菜都幾好食，主食我哋就叫嚟share~ carbonara 都叫做一如既往嘅好食keep得住水準呢個牛肉意粉都非常之好食, 意粉又 al dente反而最失望係呢一個 eggs benedict 感覺似溫泉蛋多過水煮蛋 有啲太水 而且個汁又唔夠濃味呢兩條豬肉腸都幾好食但係如果作為一個主菜會唔會份量少咗啲呢最後呢個甜品 madeline非常之好食，暖笠笠咁而家啲雲呢拿雪糕 整體呢餐飯好似都好壞參半，的確可能用呢個價錢去出邊可以食到更加好嘅選擇。

約咗朋友攞東西和食午餐，今天是中秋節，因此食豪啲啲，便吃中秋節的法國菜午餐。因疫情關係，夜晚都係在家吃飯。頭盤，有麵包、沙律菜、生蠔、芝士、amuse bouche of the day。法式麵包外脆內好鬆軟，沙律菜新鮮配上橄欖油好好味，生蠔新鮮，芝士唔鹹。我覺得好好味。Mains:Beef ragout paste :味道唔錯，有蘑菇、有培根、菇菌，牛，但係牛肉就好少囉。Duck leg 小鴨髀味道調味都唔錯，有培根、菌，不過啲肉鞋囉。Eggs Benedict賣相幾靚，隻蛋都幾滑，有雨衣金蘭，少量煙三文魚。味道都唔錯👍👍。Dessert心太軟雲呢拿雪糕，朱古力好濃及有苦澀味，。 Italian meringue & 檸檬雪葩。意大利蛋白酥，酥皮比較硬和小小酸地，但係檸檬雪葩就好酸和好冰。整體嚟講食物質素係ok嘅，食物買上都幾靚。

同朋友慶祝生日餐廳推介！價錢貼地嘅法國餐廳，味道好味，只係主菜牛肉同帶子份量比較少啲，最推介帶子意大利飯🥰❤️🥘Scallops Risotto $188帶子煎到好香，一粒真係唔夠喉，如果一碟有多幾粒就好啦，意大利飯充滿魷魚汁香味，口感啱啱好唔會過硬，飯嘅份量算多！😆🐮Beef Cheek $238牛面頰整到好林，旁邊薯仔都好好味，仲有紅蘿蔔做配菜，不過份量真係偏小🤣🤣🍰Lemon Tart $98檸檬撻好香，甜到啱啱好酸甜適中，旁邊仲有檸檬雪葩，仲可以提前嚟打電話，可以寫上生日祝福字句❤️❤️

It was a friend’s birthday celebration dinner. You can only book 18:00 or 20:00 though. We booked 18:00 and of course, we didn’t need to wait for our table. The food was actually quite good, the team was pleasant, except the host/manager at the door, who was indeed quite rude. It doesn’t start your dinner in the right way. It’s a shame though, cos the other staff were quite friendly and helpful. The mussels were very good, and the seafood pasta too. The grilled octopus was delicious, especially

Hamachi Carpaccio: The sauce combination is a bit weird. It tastes like sesame oil and maggi sauce. The texture of the Hamachi is soso. Personally I do not recommend this dish. We also ordered the cold soup but it is lack of flavour. The best dish of the night was the Steak Tartare. Surprisingly, it tastes good and it's not chewy.The pork belly is soft. It could be better if the skin is crispy.It was ladies night on Thursday. Buy one get one free for ladies only. The drinks are good.
