My wife suggested to me to go Kwai Chung Plaza for lunch today since it has been a long time we been there. We walked past Something Cool and was attracted by the food served. They provided signature ice cream burger and snacks, with their burger able to choose from a wide range of ice cream flavours, bread type and toppings. They provided signature ice cream burger and snacks, with their burger able to choose from a wide range of ice cream flavours, bread type and toppings.
Mango ice cream burger - To order their ice cream burger, we need to firstly choose the bread type, ice cream flavour and 2 toppings. Burger was fried till the bread was crispy and mango ice cream was sweet and having strong mango taste. I added red bean and nutella sauce into it, making it sweet in taste. It was cut into half for easier eating, served in a paper tray, with plastic gloves provided to hold onto it.
Chocolate ice cream pancake - Pancake was made till soft and smooth, served hot. It was wrapped with chocolate ice cream in it, which was sweet in taste. I added oreo bits and strawberry syrup, which was sweet.
Fried octopus legs was deep fried till very crispy, with the octopus chewy and juicy, yet not oily.
French fries was fried till soft and crispy, and was of thick type. Cheese sauce was provided to dip onto it.
