情人節同女朋友去了這間餐廳,她一直想帶我去覺得我會鍾意。情人節晚餐470一位(佢地冇加一自己決定幾多小費),到達後侍應話可以加200hkd for two Prosecco and two oysters,生蠔新鮮,酒就一般。然後有三個前菜,味道可以,但未係好有驚喜,接著有tuna sushi roll and rump steak,tuna sushi roll 細細舊岩岩好一啖過,rump steak燒得好好,好多肉汁。之後兩個main dishes,魚同coriander rice,魚係全晚最出色嘅再道菜。後有甜品,朱古力蛋糕,濃味但唔膩,整體來講就是很飽很飽,這個價錢性價比高。

Prirata Group runs several successful restaurants in Hong Kong and I think their “no service charge and all tips go to staff” approach is refreshing and I fully support.Went there for their weekend brunch which happened to be on CNY Day. The menu was the same as usual and they did not push the price up either. However they added a DJ and some disco balls,,playing 80s disco music - so the lunch time atmosphere was fab. Food wise however, I was quite disappointed. I have been to Tokyolima 4 times now and each time I found the quality of the food went down, just by a little bit, for one to kind of accept it. But this time I really felt that it wasn’t good anymore. The small plates were small, the ceviche was bland and the main dish was smaller than the small plates! Worst was the dessert station. I failed to see anything of signature. All the choices were too sweet and very common - cup cakes, brownies, candies, caramel panna cotta, small orange cakes. I suspect these were not made on premises but ordered from a cheap bakery.

For the free flow, cocktails were not longer being offered as an option but they did keep the free flow flowing which was good.

I am a fan of Prirata Group. Please step up with the food quality or you will no longer be relevant. Great service alone is not sustainable.

Fusion restaurant that doesn't disappointTokyolima is located in Central. The restaurant which is recommended by my friend. Tokyolima provided Japanese and Peruvian fusion food with a great food, great service, great atmosphere. Reservations are highly recommended. Fusion restaurant that doesn't disappoint
Tokyolima is located in Central. The restaurant which is recommended by my friend. Tokyolima provided Japanese and Peruvian fusion food with a great food, great service, great atmosphere. Reservations are highly recommended.
La Causa
It is Peru’s traditional terrine but have Japanese style prawn tempura. It added rocoto mayo and charred avocadp.
Sushi roll
We next tried the sushi roll. The roll was wrapped nicely, served with red and spicy sauce. This was another very good order
Tuna & Watermelon Tartare
The ta ta is amazing. The dish is fresh and tasty. Raw tuna with fresh watermelon which is perfect match. It added sweet potato chips and avocado with soy citrus. Very good dish.
Ki-mo-chi Fried Chicken
Checked prepared Japanese karaage-style. The fried chicken still juices inside. Added lime in chicken with spicy soy tare. You will have surprise. I like spicy soy tare so much.
Beef Cheek Adobo
The steak was also amazing. It used 12 hour braised beef cheek with black pepper and beer. It is very tasty.
Also the staff is very friendly. We celebrate one of bestie bday. They gave her birthday gift with our photo. Very sweet and have heart. Highly recommended.

今天去嘗了日本秘魯fusion菜,聽聞它們家的cocktail, mocktail也挺有名的,所以先點了一杯Earl grey lemonade($60),朋友點了Tokyo affair($68),再追加了一杯Smoking gun ($120),Cocktail選擇多樣,也調配得不錯。推介一下它們家的"Ki-mo-chi" Fried Chicken($110),雞炸很很脆很香,喜歡它獨家調製的醬汁。S.S. ($90)就是蕎麥面,這道菜就真有點日本菜與秘魯菜夾雜的色彩。Tuna & Watermelon Tartare 和壽司卷一般般吧,感覺也是調酒比較出色,食物就是一般的Bar food吧。

這家餐廳是以日式秘魯菜作招徠🤔去吃之前是毫無概念,吃完就覺得口味是偏向酸酸甜甜。食物:4.5/5有很多新奇配搭,而味道亦不俗。每首菜都很複雜,我連名字都不大記得,只可概括形容一下▪️八爪魚前菜一片片八爪魚配上酸中帶點辣的醬汁,很開胃另有紫薯乾片及牛油果粒。▪️吞拿魚西瓜牛油果他他我從來沒想過西瓜粒也可以用來煮菜用。呑拿魚、西瓜、牛油果三者很難想像將它們配搭起來但嚐過後覺得味道清新,能互補不足,值得一嚐▪️煎魚魚皮煎得香脆,而肉質嫩滑仍保有肉汁,非常美味▪️雞肉串雞皮烤得香脆微焦,香口惹味雞串以日式醬油汁作調味,帶點甜味,配上面層蔥花非常惹味▪️豚肉壽司卷相對比較失色的一道菜,飯量多但無味,豚肉帶有濃郁的豬肉味,我個人並不喜愛這味道▪️甜品 上面的牛油餅乾超級鬆脆美味是一頓有趣的晚餐,不斷猜眼前的食物是何物很有驚喜!

It’s my friend’s bday and we chose this Japanese-Peruvian restaurant as we are excited to try the fusion dishes here.

We ordered Tuna & Watermelon Tartare and La Cursa as appetiser. Tuna & Watermelon Tartare tastes refreshing with fresh tuna cubes (my fav!!) and the special sauce. The sauce is a combination of wasabi and soya bean sauce. U have the taste of wasabi, but it isn’t spicy and it’s SWEET!

La Cursa is prawn tempura with smashed potato and beet root purée underneath. The waitress recommended us to smash the prawn and eat with the mash underneath. Wow the crispy and crunchy tempura goes so well with the smashed potato!!

We have tuna sushi roll and pork roll!! Both are good because the sauce matches so well with the food! I like their creativity of sauce and I got so excited to taste how the sushi roll mixes with the sauce in my mouth!! We also have remp stick which tastes good with the condiment and tender texture of the steak!!

The most perfect part is the friendly staff who helped me prepare a slice of cake for my friend. Guess what! They also helped us take a photo (the one that print the pic instantly) and made it into a bday card for my friend!! It also includes a celebration voucher! (Wow so many gifts!!)

The service here is incredibly good. Right at the beginning when we were confused and puzzled about what to order, the waitress immediately came and recommended different dishes for us. They were so polite and helpful. I particularly like how they created a wonderful memory of celebration with so many surprises!! And also the food is so good that I will definitely come back!!

I made a reservation for three last night at 7pm. The restaurant has good vibe, it’s nice dining there. Staff are very friendly and humorous! We did the tasting menu; It is a super good deal that we eat till we are full. Recommend to try out their fried chicken. It is very delicious I almost cry (not exaggerating). Haha. We tried a sushi that taste exactly like mojito. probably not our thing and it tastes just okay. Their desserts are filling. I love their chocolate pastry that looks like a maca

Tuna & watermelon tartare: 我挺喜歡這個菜,廚師把西瓜和tuna tartare都切到四四方方一小塊,它們顏色也很類似。而底下是加過工的日本鼓油,會偏甜一點,吃下去整體是甜甜軟軟的,沒有想過兩者搭配起來還不錯,味道清新!

我們點的main course是grilled beef cheek配上sweet potato puree,這碟菜是我的最愛,整體的味道很好!牛肉的份量不算太多,但煮得很「稔」,而且醬汁很濃郁,有點兒像燒汁的味道,但是比較甜和很thick ! 而在碟邊的則是sweet potato puree,像是取替了一般餐廳會有potato為main course伴碟。牛肉亦跟汁的味道很夾,所以我們很快便吃完這道菜!

整體來說,不知道是否秘魯菜會偏甜,所以餐廳內的菜式亦有偏甜的味道,但這fusion是不錯的。服務亦不錯,一坐下的時間服務員便會熱心地為你推介當天晚上一些off-menu的main course! 這次未能嚐到不同的特式菜,所以他日應該會再來試一下不同的fusion菜式! 
題外話/補充資料: 餐廳的cocktail很有特色,不妨一試!
