見restaurant week有就走左去試,我地被安排左坐bar枱位,地方唔大有啲逼,坐得唔係特別舒服,咁細嘅地方整open kitchen真係唔太好🤣因為我食完真係成身油煙味,個頭超笠😂食物質素算高嘅,但上菜真係好慢🫠同埋份量比較細,我地兩個女仔食完都唔夠飽,所以性價比唔算太高🤔總括而言,幾岩dating去,上菜上得慢,大把時間傾計,但唔可以坐bar枱位🤪我覺得衝住野食去係可以一試,但我就唔會encore啦😗

💭當日見餐廳內大部分都喺本地staff,溝通唔會有問題,少少同餐廳唔喺咁夾嘅喺會播廣東歌、日本歌,氣氛會冇咁好💃🏻
❗️因為坐喺吧台,會同唔少煮嘢食嘅煙近距離接觸🫠
❗️食完Main之後同飽肚仲有啲距離,所以都冇話再叫個甜品試試,直衝M記食多餐😋

口感其實好似Madeleine,不過有淡淡嘅粟米香,唔算好特別🤓

大部份菜式都有啲失望🥲而且喺一間小餐館,主菜要$400都頗貴🥵加上份量唔算好多😶‍🌫️仲要當日即使唔係好多客,基本上每道菜都要等約30分鐘,最後食咗成三個鐘😖

成個餐廳至少有四至五個service Staff,每一個時間段都唔超過三台客,第二個餸係等咗差唔多兩個鐘先上。唔單只係我台嗰個台係咁,係每一台都咁慢。

嗌咗個monk Fish極度難食,又乾又硬。個short ribs都係超級難食,個醬超級傑而且極度鹹。我自問煮嘢食難食都會煮得好過佢。

嗌咗個海膽意粉上到嚟係凍嘅。

完全唔值呢個價,千祈唔好嚟,上當!

After arriving and waiting for 40 minutes, the first dish was served. It was a so-called dessert, which was already the most delicious dish of the whole meal.

There are at least four to five service staff in the entire restaurant, and there are no more than three tables at any time. The second dish arrived first after waiting for almost two hours. It's not just our table that's so slow, every table is so slow.

The monk fish was extremely unpalatable, dry and hard. The short ribs are super unpalatable, and the sauce is too thick and extremely salty. I am a terrible cook but confident I can make a better dish.

The sea urchin spaghetti arrived cold and tasteless.

It's not worth the price at all. Don't go and don't be deceived!

經常full house 的擺花街fusion French bistronomy 週五的晚上即使訂了枱 也要等一會才能入座 Menu選擇不算多 食物精緻但為 bite size 比較主打佐酒小食 菜式尚算有特色但價錢略為進取 招牌薯仔千層酥必食 配上鰻魚蛋黃醬 在香港也較少嘗到Milliefeuille 🥔甜品的cornbread也令人驚喜 外脆內院配上咖啡楓糖牛油 🧈令人一口接一口地食下去😋另外點了 Charred Squid🦑 & Hen Egg Tagliatelle in pumpkin Sea Urchin Sauce🍝 還開了一支由侍應介紹的red wine🍷口感感覺比較薄身普通 之後才發現是寧夏出產的 ============🤑: 1 bites 1 entrees 2 mains 1 dessert + 1 bottle of wine= around $630 ppRating: 7.5/10

麻雀雖小但五臟俱全送於幾難預訂嘅餐廳, 有啲餐廳面積非常, 小所以經常爆滿.吧檯可以看到廚師料理食物的過程, 價錢亦唔算非常貴對比起食物質素也算合理.特別喜歡他的POTATO MILLEFEUILLE SMOKED EEL RILLETTE , 口感厚實,加上醬汁十分美味

WORST WORST MANAGER AND SERVICE EVER. DEFINTELY THE WORST service attitude of manager of the year. We ordered a lot food, food was slow, cold, and when we asked if the rest of the dishes were on the way, the manager rolled his eyes as if we didn't see it. The other waiter was just lazy. Stood there and wasn't even doing much. Food was ok, but certainly not worth the price they are charging and on top with such poor service attitude. It's certainly not worth it. I do not recommend anyone to go.

After waiting months to get a table here, it certainly didn’t disappoint! An intimate restaurant and we were lucky to get the kitchen counter tops! Watching the chefs at work and then tasting the food just elevated everything. By far one of the best meals I’ve had in HK! The peppercorn short ribs left me craving for more and more… Everything just screams precision, perfection and TASTE! Impossible to fault, and service with a smile!A must try, more than once!!

A small causal bistro helmed by the twin kitchen chefs, who brought modern Asian twist to classic dishes. Gotta say the bites are better than the mains. Potato mille feuille is golden and crispy with beautifully layered potato, smoked eel rilette is a tasty seasoning. Cornbread is a must-order here, freshly baked, very nicely caramelized with a crispy edge and a moist spongy centre, slightly chewy. It’s subtly sweet but also very strong in corn flavor (yes very corny lol)
