-Knuckle (和尚頭) and 龜之甲- inner back thigh; not as fatty- quite chewy.

一行四人食lunch食物質素一如以往的好服務水準比舊舖更好很照顧席間所有人的不同需要例如收碟,加茶等新店環境舒適,比以往更光鮮爐位在枱面之下烹調肉類時可以更方便,比之前在枱上的爐更好
