Not technically “new”, as restaurant simply downsized and moved from its previous location. (With Sushi KU taking its place).Yakiniku Dinner. Counter seating approximately 8 with a few tables. -fillet
-Thick Cut Ox Tongue
-Diaphragm
-Knuckle (和尚頭) and 龜之甲- inner back thigh; not as fatty- quite chewy.
-辣椒肉, near the shoulder blade. Very meaty and chewy.
