別看我只是吃，其實也有做運動，喜愛早上起來打波、跑步，流汗過後人也精神點。早前朋友相約來到東涌打羽毛球，運動後也找個地方吃飯。不過這區選擇不算很多，朋友帶領下來了Zentro Garden。這天天氣不錯，陽光不太猛烈，也不太熱，坐到戶外用餐也舒適。Fresh Marinated Grill Squid served with Sambal Belachan，$88，魷魚燒得帶焦，不過有點韌口，喜沾上辣醬來吃。相反炸物較為吸引，像Fried Chicken Wings，$70，炸得香脆，不太油膩，肉雖然不算很入味，但也可接受吧。French Fries，$50，炸薯條比雞肉更愛歡迎，厚切薯仔，外脆內腍，也有薯香，一上桌不久便吃清了，所以也多點一客。Curry Chicken，$78，咖哩雞肉配薄餅，咖哩醬汁濃稠，味道帶辣，雞肉煮得軟腍入味，十分惹味，把醬汁來伴白飯吃也都好吃。甜品點了三款，Chocolate Volcano，$68，Cream Burlee，$50及Cheesecake，$55。朱古力蛋糕中心帶點朱古力漿，味道較甜，可可味道不夠濃郁。焦糖燉蛋質素也都普通，蛋也算滑，但蛋味

如要在東涌巿區附近找比較見得人的餐廳，除了酒店，真係所餘無幾，唔係「大食代」就「爭鮮」，或「包點先生」之類。。。「Zentro」算是其中一間最「是正」的選擇。「Zentro」的環境有室內、有戶外，若遇上天晴你又不怕蚊，坐戶外是蠻寫意的。這次六人飯局，飲品類先點了好一堆，最亮眼的當然是珍寶 cup 的「Hoegaarden」$48，應該有成磅重：我挑了「Bacardi Mojito」$50，很透心涼，薄荷味比酒味重，夏季 sha la la 之選。「Fresh Marinated Grill Squid served with Sambal Belachan」$88幾乎每次來都要吃的一道烤魷魚，配上用蝦米、辣椒、洋蔥、蒜頭、乾蔥頭等材料磨製而成的參巴醬，焦香惹味。其他炸物系則挑了「French Fries」$50 及「Fried Chicken Wings」$70。薯條第一次炸得不夠熱，侍應禮貌地收回再處理，第二次奉上是對辦得多，金黃香脆。另外點了兩份咖喱系列，「Curry Pork Chop set」$78 及「Curry Chicken set」$78，各配餐湯及白飯 / Naan

說起薯條，本少爺較喜愛炸幼身的，口感較香脆。無計，始終 M 記由細食到大，已條件反射覺得幼身的薯條才像樣，還要選愈細條愈燶愈多鹽的來食！到人大了，開始接觸 wedges（粗身肥薯條），有較多西餐廳供應。是日再戰「Zentro」，沒有幼身的炸薯條，亦只有 wedges。味道香脆，灑點黑胡椒及鹽，點些茄汁及沙律醬，總算不錯吃。始終找不回兒時的回憶！

提起「Zentro」，中環上班族定必會想起 IFC 2/F 的「Zentro Bar」；那自成一國，高椅加輕鬆音樂的格局，絕對是放工後的減壓場所。「Zentro Bar」在 Central，這很合理呀！查實它也有一姊妹店，叫「Zentro Garden」，位處十萬丈遠的 - 大嶼山，有室內也有戶外。最近社會太多怨氣，不如找個地方心平氣和地享受一下郊外陽光，吹吹水喝喝酒，心情自然好起來。Fresh Marinated Grill Squid served with Sambal Belachan ($78)Sambal Belacan 即是馬西亞來的「參巴醬」，是用蝦米、辣椒、洋蔥、蒜頭、乾蔥頭等材料磨製而成，激似我們的 XO 醬，可以用來炒飯，炒面或當醬料點來吃。這道即燒尤魚，燒時已塗上辣椒豉油，焦香撲鼻；灑上檸檬汁再輕點參巴醬，彈牙鮮沃，美味程度可想而知。加上伴碟的蔬菜沙律，一啖鹹一啖淡，該冷的冷，該燙咀的燙咀，幾乎要俾滿分！French Fries ($45)熱辣辣的炸薯條，伴酒吃一流。「中環廣場」不是在中環；「柴灣角街」也不是在柴灣，唔好搞錯喇！

睇openrice食評不錯~同兩個朋友去試下依間餐廳..一心叫oysters..點知waiter話無oysters..我地話見openrice 食評有既,佢話係好耐以前既食評啦, 2009,2010年既事上黎再睇,只係2010年6月既食評...可能換左手,轉左廚師,waiter, 所以食物種類都不同吧~叫左lamb cutlets - 肉質麻麻地..同埋好細件的~salmon steak - 叫唔好咁熟,但係上碟是全熟的~potato skins - 不過不失, 不過好難煮得唔好食~shiraz-cabernet - 一般品質店裏有電視播tvb但為左其他客人又會播音樂...感覺好嘈~同埋可能餐廳附近有樹,草~室內都好多蚊飛黎飛去waitress 的英文要訓練一下, 最基本要熟讀menu 先~三個人食左$7xx埋單..食物,環境,服務,價錢都一般

餐廳枱椅多數在室外,雖然較近馬路(只相距一條較寬的行人路),但沒有食塵的感覺.星期日7時左右到達,只有三兩抬客,幾privacy.雖被例入為印度菜,但餐單上卻只有一至兩款印度食物.其他都是西餐為主.order了 zentro healthy mixed salad - 此house salad 只有olive oil 伴火箭菜,生菜等一般普通款式. 但這是house salad,所以無謂評論好與壞,看是否合自己口味吧!fish n chip - 魚是急凍魚柳,外層是吉列....無奈!可幸的是薯條是寬身的!茄汁和他他汁沒有特別,份量不足以被整份炸魚薯條蘸.在碟上出奇地見到沙律..risotto with parma ham - 綠色的, 有parmasan cheese 及cheddar cheese 灑上面,及幾片半煎炸過的parma ham...乾而不脆,但鹹味十足.risotto是淋淋的,沒有中間'un un'的口感curry chicken 可選飯或包, 選了naan - naan是三角形半脆半硬的, 反而咖哩雞味道偏辣,幾合胃口,雞大約有6件,肉質滑淋. 簿脆可能放上半小時後

I've jogged past this place lots of times, but never ever visited. Until tonight. We didn't feel like cooking, so we ended up here instead of our tiny flat in TC. I had the veggie curry which was surprisingly good. My friends tried the Naan Tandoori Sandwhich and the Butternut Squash Risotto and seemed satisfied indeed. Zentro Garden has improved and it's no longer what I have read on the comment. I find its one of the friendliest places I have ever dine in. Though there may be some language barrier for some of the staff to communicate in good english but they try their best to make me feel at home. Service here is casual and down to earth, nothing to do with the hype and being pressed or forced to try. They even have a new revised menu which looks great and suprisingly a handful of items. 是晚世界杯, 所以七點未夠就去到搵位, 結果七點半開波時已經坐滿人四個人先點了飲品及一打澳洲生蠔, $18/隻, 算合理價錢, 味道尚可.之後就點了主菜, 辣羊肉+黃飯, 真係好辣, 不過香料好正, 而且飯都夠乾身肉丸意粉, 少少辣好醒胃點了兩份T骨, 分別係三成及五成, , 但侍應上菜時竟調亂了生熟程度, 我們要切開才知,三成那份還似樣, 但五成那份竟然熟到似七成, 有待改~沙嗲串燒, 雞肉, 豬肉, 牛肉再加一份熱辣辣既炸薯條, 睇波一流特別留意: 只有英文menu, 有中國或外國待應, 佢地都會好有善解釋及介紹食品給人.可能是開放或酒吧, 進食中都會有蚊飛來飛去

Zentro Garden has the worst service in all of Hong Kong. Unfortunately, Tung Chung lacks a decent selection of restaurants so my husband and I have been there a few times and every time the service has been a disappointment.
