一心諗住去上環食間bookmark咗好耐嘅餐廳,點知去到先發現比人包咗場😅唯有即時搵吓附近有咩食😂最後俾我哋搵到呢間好似幾有特色嘅越南菜😝遠遠已經見到鮮艷嘅黃色裝修,而店內擺滿唔少越南擺設😁餐廳充滿異國風情,食物感覺好正宗😍😍 後來發現原來呢間係米之蓮推介,由越南夫婦開😍唔怪之得無論裝修同食物都咁有越南特色😂😂🥖越南麵包 ($80) 餡料種類好多😆未食過嘅我哋其實都冇乜概念😝所以就揀咗Special口味🤣🤣法包鬆脆,唔似平時又硬又𠝹口👍🏻法包夾住兩款扎肉同多款蔬菜,再加上傳統越南豬肝醬,口感豐富而且味道鹹香濃郁😋🥗米紙卷 ($75) 第一次原條米紙卷咁食🤣🤣餡料可以揀蝦、豬肉,或者大樹菠蘿🍍我哋就揀咗豬肉🐷肉嘅味道唔算好突出,主要係食到紫蘇葉嘅香氣😆另外配咗三種醬汁,甜酸辣同花生味都齊哂😛唔同風味都有,都幾特別😙🥑Kem Bo Da Lat ($60) 本身想試店員推介嘅香蕉糯米飯,點知啱啱賣哂😆就試吓呢個😛佢係牛油果mousse再加球椰子雪糕,再灑上脆脆嘅花生同椰子乾🥥mousse好幼滑,牛油果味又出🥑椰子雪糕好清甜但又唔會蓋過牛油果香,整體配合得幾好👍🏻☕️Pandan Coffee ($45)🍹Salted lime soda ($35)

Went to this resto suggested by my friend with another friend to celebrate her bday..We ordered the following dishes to share:-Bap Xao EyIt consisted of corn, spring onion, dried shrimp and fried shallot. The corn smelled aromatic and tasted blissfully sweet. -Ga NuongIt included grilled lime leaf chicken, sticky rice, lemongrass and peanut & sesame salt. The dish was served a bit cold, and the chicken was slightly dry. -Prawn Goi CuonIt comprised prawns, rice paper, rice vermicelli, fresh herbs, cucumbers, pickles and chives. The Vietnamese spring roll were substantial and had an intense aroma. The rice paper had a pleasantly chewy texture. -Sticky WingsThe Vietnamese chicken wings were mixed with garlic, fish sauce, basil, onion and chili. They had slight spiciness, but the sauce was a bit salty. -Banh Canh CuaIt included a variety of ingredients, namely crab meat, crab cake, prawn, quail egg, duck blood, fish cake, straw mushroom and in-house tapioca noodles. The soup base was more on the sweet side. -Banh Bo Nuong My favourite dish of the night. The Vietnamese baked honeycomb cake was topped with sago, coconut cream, sesame seed and peanut. It was creamy and the sweetness was on point. The sago enhanced the texture of the dessert. .Their soup noodles rotated daily, so u may want to do some research before going there. .Although the resto has two storeys, it's quite small and often has long queues. It is better to book in advance to prevent waiting. .The resto is decorated in Vietnamese street style and plays loud music, creating a rustic atmosphere. The neon lights are pretty as well. Special thanks to the staff who recommended the Banh Bo Nuong, which was a delightful dessert!

Not sure what happened to this place because it was amazing when it first opened, I was so happy that there was finally a restaurant in HK that delivered the authentic flavours just like I’ve had many times in Vietnam, instead of catering to the locals’ tastes and preferences.The banh canh cua is nothing like what I’ve had in Vietnam. The fried bread rolls (banh quay) are supposed to be served on the side, instead they dumped it straight into the noodles resulting in this soggy mess. The soup lacked depth and umami from the crab and shrimp which were supposed to be the backbone of the broth. The toppings were forgettable at best, failing to distract from the soggy bread sitting in my soup.In my opinion paying over a hundred bucks for a mediocre bowl of noodles is insane. But even so I was willing to do it if it provided some sort of semblance to the real thing. Alas, I will have to go back to Vietnam for it.The banh mi is really just ok, again a significant downgrade to what I had when they first opened. It was suffering from a poor amount of pâté, as well as lacking a generous kick of spice which is usually present in southern style banh mi. The egg coffee was straight up trash, never mind the flavour but the fact that they had put spoonfuls of cocoa powder on top made it clump so badly and pretty much undrinkable given that I was stirring it for the entirety of the meal. It’s supposed to be a *light* dusting of cocoa powder…Oh and they need to seat people faster during high traffic hours. The level of service I’ve experienced is not good enough.

❌❌❌❌❌睇google評論話係米芝蓮,咁岩去開上環就試下,但覺得無咩特別🧐❌❌❌❌(10分為滿分:🌕)味道:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑🌑🌑🌑越式札肉法包($80)睇上網嘅評論話嘅越南發包係好正宗好好味,但係食上去就完全唔覺得係佢地所講既感覺🫣個人覺得大角嘴嘅蔥仔更加好味😋呢個嘅法包主環高味係沙律醬同埋鵝肝醬,但係食物既味道係平平無奇,完全無興趣再食🥲越南春卷($80)一碟有四舊春卷,上枱嘅時候見到都覺得算幾大舊,同埋都算新鮮炸出黎,拎上手食仲係熱辣,食左一啖發現佢入面既餡料係比較多肉少蔬菜,同平時食開嘅越南春卷有少少唔同,味道嘅話就正常,但係啲肉好漏,食完一舊已經覺得好飽,已經唔想食第二舊🫣PHO越南牛肉河粉-南方風味($100)越南生牛河嚟講,就算正正常常中規中矩,湯底都算清甜,不過啲生牛肉就堆埋一住,所以唔了開佢佢係唔會熟,依個南方湯底特別之處係會有埋牛丸,不過感覺就正常唔算話非常特別🧐烤米紙卷($60)呢個係因為當日餐廳入邊環境太暗,睇餐牌嘅時候睇得唔清楚,加上啲字太細、原本係想叫米紙卷,但係叫錯咗炸米紙卷🤣🤣🤣上到枱嘅時候我哋都呆咗,因為唔係我哋想食嘅嘢,不過叫咗都係要食,佢似一個薄pizza嘅感覺,味道酸酸甜甜辣辣,但係唔稱得上好食,所以最後都係食唔晒🫣🫣😂😂價錢:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑🌑🌑如果以中上環嘅價錢嚟講又唔算話特別貴,份量亦都尚算足夠,不過就覺得食完好似又唔係好值咁樣🫣🫣交通:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑🌑餐廳位於上環站A出口幾分鐘就到,所以都算幾方便,但係就唔使諗揸車去因為附近就算有咪錶都好難搵到位🤣🤣🤣環境:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑雖然佢嘅嘢食唔算特別好食,不過佢嘅裝修環境就幾算幾特別,入邊有好多越南字嘅裝飾,令到你覺得好似去咗越南,同埋啲侍應都係講英文,令到你覺得好似唔喺香港咁嘅感覺🤣🤣🤣🤣性價比:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑🌑老實講,呢間餐廳食完係有啲失望,因為食完覺得完全冇特別,但係就俾人吹捧到好似幾好食,食完仲要見到門口多人到大排長龍🙈🙈我地就覺得真係要排隊就唔太值得,所以如果你想去食之前就諗清楚啦🥹🥹🫣🫣
