During a recent visit to the 12th floor of SOGO in Kai Tak, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at a this restaurant. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Their courteous service set a positive tone for our meal.The restaurant's environment was clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant dining atmosphere. Soft lighting and tasteful decor created a cozy setting, perfect for enjoying a meal with my wife. We were eager to try their specialties, and we were not disappointed.We ordered a variety of dishes, including their signature teppanyaki, oden (Japanese hot pot), and tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette). The teppanyaki was expertly prepared right in front of us, showcasing the chef's skill and attention to detail. Each bite was a delightful explosion of flavors, cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients.The oden was equally impressive, It was a comforting dish that warmed us up on that day. Finally, the tamagoyaki was fluffy and slightly sweet, providing a satisfying end to our meal.Overall, the food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making it a great value for the quality we received. 最近啟德sogo開業,入面都無乜餐廳可以揀,睇個menu既時候本身覺得好似幾唔錯🤗就諗住試下啦。開業個排夜晚想walk-in基本上都無位,因為商場餐廳實在太少,咁就拎左個電話number之後人流小d既時候再去食。去到之後兩個人叫左大阪燒同廣島燒,等左15分鐘先上到一個,咁佢整要時間都體諒既,但份量望落都幾細,然後食到咁上下又等左15分鐘左右先到到淨低個份大阪燒。以前食香港另外個間道頓燒御好燒叫兩份已經好飽。咁由於係依間野到食唔飽既關係,就想加多份廣島燒食。重點來了,加完單之後等左差唔多半個鐘份廣島燒都未到。中間有幾位同事黎confirm左幾次我地既野食到齊未,我地亦都有反映加左份廣島燒但未到。但加單後半個鐘後先黎話漏左單,如果確定要等,15分鐘黎先可以整好🤗唔知中間依半個鐘到底係幫左地追左d乜野,睇怕只係見我地食完野想趕人走而無幫我地follow up🤗同埋唔通依15分鐘內,連一份廣島燒都出唔到?只可以話新餐廳,安排完全不知所謂,份量又細,味道亦都無乜特別。無乜事都唔會食第二次。 繼續閱讀

岩岩開幕嘅啟德The Twins大家都急不及待去朝聖,新SOGO對比銅鑼灣同尖沙咀嗰個都多咗一份日式嘅潮流感,更加貼近日本百貨嘅設計👍🏻 不過暫時食肆方面唔算太多選擇,今次就先開箱位於13樓嘅大阪御好燒過江龍「Okosta」!餐廳背面全部都係落地玻璃設計,透光得來仲好有空間感👍🏻 簡約嘅木系餐桌,卡位夠晒大同舒適😎 而最估唔到係價錢冇想像中貴,餐廳主打嘅廣島燒同御好燒都係百鬆啲蚊一份,都好大眾化🙂‍↕️《 歐姆蛋包麵 》 $138 4.5 / 5蛋包炒麵賣相好靚,蛋皮金黃薄身👍🏻炒麵夠鑊氣🔥餡料有炒得軟熟嘅椰菜、肉片等,沙律醬同大阪燒醬連同蛋皮一齊食口感豐富😋 不過如果多啲肉片就好啦🫠《 帶子蟹肉御好燒 》 $128 4.5 / 5賣相同樣標準靚😎 但帶子蟹柳都係比較少,尤其蟹柳碎濕濕🥲 口感唔錯,椰菜蛋漿都好香👍🏻 尤其外層煎得好香脆,真係做到外脆內軟😋 不過哩度菜等候時間比較長,大概二十幾分鐘先上菜🤨 可能由於剛開業冇耐,相信其後會改善🙂‍↕️餐廳環境鋪墊,食物質素都好令人滿意,係唯獨見到一樣嘢有少少意難平🥲就係價值$20嘅凍烏龍茶竟然比小編見到係就咁用普通便利店樽裝茶倒出嚟嘅加冰產物,呢啲嘢寧俾人知莫畀人見吖麻🙈 不過嘢食真係唔錯嘅,值得一試~———————————————🏠環境舒適度:💛💛💛💛💛👅舔脷回頭度:💛💛💛💛📸打卡able度:💛💛💛💛🙇🏻‍♀️服務滿意度 :💛💛💛💛———————————————— 繼續閱讀

雙子塔滙新開,由於係試業嘅第二日,所以要去前台book位先。第一段時間係6:00-8:00,之後就第二段時間(冇位)。要限人流同keep住個quality要求坐吧枱,有日本師傅駐場。即刻落order,Menu裏邊多數係文字冇咩圖畫,有黃金大阪燒,問侍應係咩黎,佢答冇,所以唔知佢係咩樣。師傅都準備埋位,一有單好努力咁樣整,日本駐埸一男一女師傅就明顯比較快手,因為有啲師傅都仲問緊個底係點樣整,要加啲咩材料?😅最先上碟嘅係歐姆蛋包面,係日本師傅炒嘅之後有一個係豚平燒$88,但係冇影相,同平時大阪燒一樣裏面有塊大豚肉。飲品種類唔多,而且未有酒牌所以飲清水。聽店員講之後會將圖畫加入菜單,另外午市都會做套餐,不過都要一段時間 繼續閱讀
