「Pause it」係咖啡界都頗有名氣，但我竟然未食過，於是今個weekend一於去炮台山店試下Latte奶泡打得綿滑，咖啡豆帶nutty，整杯帶甜感順滑Matcha Latte轉了燕麥奶走糖都拉到咁靚既拉花，咖啡師既功力真係要卑個like👍🏼煙三文魚牛油果班尼迪克蛋厚厚既sour dough上面放了牛油果，水煮蛋再圍上煙三文魚，上面係火炙既荷蘭醬，味道不錯，但塊sour dough有d失色黑椒牛肉多士配薯條厚厚既sour dough上面放了煙燻黑椒牛肉，再放一隻太陽蛋，配以幼薯條，不錯枱同枱之間都放得幾密，食物份量相當足夠，但味道我就覺得一般，杯啡係唔錯的，咖啡店始終杯啡先係主角😎

Had a dinner date with my friend, and visited this cafe in Fortress Hill. .We ordered Linguine with Tiger Prawn & Pesto and Risotto with Grilled Barramundi & Fennel to share. The Linguine with Tiger Prawn & Pesto included tiger prawn, homemade pesto, French bean, parmesan, cherry tomatoes, Thai asparagus and linguine. The linguine had an al dente texture, and the rich green pesto mixed well with the veggies. The Risotto with Grilled Barramundi & Fennel featured barramundi, fennel, garlic, lime, lobster, bisque and parmesan. The barramundi was substantial, and the risotto was creamy with a strong lobster aroma. My friend ordered English Pearl Lemonade. The drink was refreshing and smooth..The cafe is spacious and has a white colour tone with floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a chill ambience.

Breakfast was super oily, the over easy eggs fried to a crisp, overcooked, coffee came cold. No WiFi for any cafe these days is a bit odd, we asked them and they said no, restrooms are not on premise, chairs were hard and uncomfortable. A big let down on all fronts for us. Never again. The waiter who seems like just a teenager, which is totally fine, but he had absolutely no expression, we didn’t get any sense of service or care. A teenager or not, a smile would go a long way.
