難得在雨季中的晴午與好友打了一場完整的網球賽,劇烈運動後當然要找美食醫肚,今次選了在太子的棋子燒鵝!位處長沙灣道大街旁的棋子燒鵝,地理優越招牌顯眼,所以下午茶時間食客如過江之鯽!餐廳的裝潢走現代主義式的簡潔舒適,採光明亮,坐在臨街落地玻璃旁的餐枱,一邊進食一邊欣賞街景,也是一件樂事!餐牌上的食物選擇甚豐,而且價錢都相當合理;在以燒味為主的食物中,與好友都相中了2人套餐,於是就立刻落單;上菜效率頗高,而且食物份量豐富又美味--主打的棋子燒鵝(例牌),鵝皮油亮香脆,連著一層厚薄適中的脂肪,一入口即時帶來討喜的口感!鵝肉也相當嫩滑,就算肉厚也不柴!皮肉相連帶來美妙的煙燻氣息,鵝脂的油香與潤滑感是更好的加分元素!於主食的選擇中好友及我都最愛莫過於用瀨粉配燒味;餐廳出品的瀨粉爽滑彈牙,湯底味道略顯清淡,配搭上濃味的燒味簡直就是珠聯璧合!單拼燒味(例牌),從燒肉/燒腩/叉燒/油雞/切雞中選1款,最後揀選了燒腩仔;腩皮燒得酥脆,咀嚼時滲出薄薄的脂肪,伴隨著脆皮的滋味十分討喜味蕾!中間層的厚脂與腩肉同吃,也令肉質更嫩滑!郊外油菜,選了新鮮菜心,青綠甘甜爽脆有菜味,無論在味感或營養上都給予了很好的平衡!最後來一杯少冰的凍檸茶,甜酸平衡茶味濃,為這個如此美好時光作了個完整的收結!

經過呢間#棋子燒鵝 ,見到幾多人叫外賣,眼見環境舒適,枱櫈新淨,請朋友食燒鵝,於是就叫咗個二人餐入內堂食,一啲都唔失禮!2人餐🥢[ 鵝(例牌)】燒鵝整體而言都算高級,唔係一般茶記會食到嘅。柴香味,啲肉好實唔會好老,肉質亦都夠滑,加上係燒鵝髀,仲啖啖肉。[油雞]雞生熟程度做得啱啱好,近骨位置啱啱熟。豉油味香濃,送飯一流,必點之一。[菜心]份量正常,鮮嫩爽甜,很解腻![米粉][白飯][凍檸檬茶]X2總結:燒鵝專家水準一流,食到燒鵝香味道,不是很多燒味餐廳能做到,特別要說的是餐廳的裝修,坐得很舒服,大家都食得好開心。

今晚很想吃燒鵝,就選在「棋子燒鵝」吃燒味晚餐,因為店鋪是自設鵝場,到店舖即場用爐燒,所以很新鮮。二人套餐很合意:燒鵝、燒腩仔、油菜、 白飯、湯河粉、 老火湯和凍飲,十分豐富。 燒鵝皮脆肉鮮,味濃油香。脆皮五花腩燒腩仔,百吃不厭。上湯灼菜心是心儀和健康之選。老火湯湯料看見有雞脚、豬肉、眉豆和花生米,湯水非常清甜。三人行,加碟鹽焗手撕雞飯,飯量十足,手撕雞肉質滑捋捋,味道鹹香鮮美,加埋香芝麻就更美味可口。
