However, this restaurant uniquely offers Swiss cuisine, which is quite rare in Hong Kong, often leading it to be overlooked. This time, we ordered a cheese fondue with a richer flavor. Although alcohol is incorporated, its presence is not overpowering. The fondue is served with bread, pasta, and small potatoes, each of which has its own unique texture and flavor when dipped in cheese. 為了慶祝我老公的生日,我們特意選擇了**香港半島酒店的瑞樵閣 (Chesa)**。從裝潢到餐點,再到細緻的服務,整體體驗都非常愉快,絕對是值得再訪的餐廳。 餐廳的裝潢充滿瑞士小屋的氛圍,木質裝飾、溫暖的燈光、經典的歐式擺設,讓人彷彿置身於瑞士山間度假村。雖然空間不大,但氣氛溫馨而有格調,特別適合浪漫約會或慶祝特別日子。 值得一提的是,服務員態度非常友善且專業,從我們入座開始就十分細心,為我們詳細介紹每道菜的特色,還根據我們的口味推薦合適的菜式。特別推薦芝士火鍋 (Cheese Fondue)我們選擇了經典的Gruyère 和 Emmental 芝士組合,芝士醇厚順滑,帶有淡淡的白酒香氣,濃郁但不膩。搭配外脆內軟的麵包塊,每一口都能感受到溫暖濃郁的芝士風味。 繼續閱讀

位於半島酒店內的 Chesa ,是自己很欣賞的一間餐廳。尤其是氣氛極好,安寧謐靜的環境、恰到好處的服務、食物正宗而出色,都是令 Chesa 成功之處。在等候朋友的期間,先送上熱烘的芝士法包,濃郁的蒜香,更是令人吃過不停,當然,拍照還是要快,以免錯失享用的最佳時機。餐前的 Crab meat pancake、Salmon tatare、Hot melted cheese 及 Baked escargots逐一送上,琳琅滿目的擺滿一桌很熱鬧,令人有不知從何下手的感覺。幾款前菜中,自己最喜歡蟹餅了。班戟之內是新鮮蟹肉,澆上了龍蝦白蘭地酒汁,香氣四溢,龍蝦汁與蟹肉絲毫沒有違和感,每口都是滿足。友儕C君最愛 Homemde 煙三文魚,今次三文魚他他更加入了煙三文魚及魚籽,伴以紅菜頭及柑橘忌廉,沒有不好吃的道理。Escargot baked in garlic and herbs butter($298)偌大的法國田螺,蓋上了香草牛油及蒜茸去焗,每口都是濃香,美妙的口感。仍記得第一次食 Raclette Cheese 是在自助餐中,以溶化中的芝士包裹薯仔及漬青瓜,把芝士的味道都提升了,我鍾意。芝士火鍋是店內名物,正好在寒冷的日子享用,令人混身暖和,好極了。一口氣點了兩款芝士火鍋,先是Fondue Mntagnarde($388)以溶化了的Emmental, Appenzeller 及 Gruyere 作鍋底,伴以麵包、薯角及 penne,用小叉叉起,放入芝士鍋內,讓芝士緊緊地包裹著,入口滿是芝士的幽香,滑溜的質感,風味獨特。Fondue a la truffle moitie-moitie($868)另一款是加入了黑松露,服務員先用電子磅計算好份量,然後直接刨在火鍋上,熱力把黑松露的香氣全而揮發,雖然比原味版另加$500,但依然覺得物有所值。Pan-fried whole Dover sole, meuniere sauce, saulted spinach and butter chive potatoes($638)一道充滿了儀式感的菜色,原條多佛鰈目魚煎至乾身,表面微微焦黃,再由侍應慢慢褪去魚骨,切成細片供大家品嚐,盡顯酒店級的服務,而魚肉蘸點了 meuniere sause 後,就更加惹味。Swiss veal or pork sausage with onion sauce($358)再來的小牛肉腸伴以薯餅,肉腸質地軟綿,但都不及以薯絲煎香的薯餅吸引。Dessert久違了的Swiss Chocolate Chalet,味道並非重點,主要是有人用來慶祝生日又或者作求婚之用,多年來帶給人不少夢想。Crepes Suzette(法式可麗餅)又是一道店方名物,以砂糖、牛油及橙皮煮成焦糖,再注入橙酒及橙汁,令酒香縈繞,然後放入將班戟,令班戟沾滿了醬汁,軟綿綿的口感,每口都帶有甜美的橙香與酒香,伴以一球雪糕,冷熱夾雜的感覺真美妙。好開心係度遇上童年美夢香蕉船,童年時,家境清貧,莫講話雪糕,孖條都要兩個人share,此刻能夠同朋友分享,的確是一種福氣,味道已不重要。 繼續閱讀

濃厚聖誕氣氛裝飾的餐廳,瑞士芝士火鍋的芝士非常濃郁,猶如身處瑞士一樣。新引入的栗子甜品機,把栗子變成栗子蓉味道真非常可口。經理和服務員親切友善,絕對值得去的餐廳。 繼續閱讀

溫馨小木屋,好似Elsa&Anna住嘅地方😂令人好想要帶埋個女嚟第一次嚟,所以試咗set dinner,頭盤蟹肉龍蝦湯有驚喜,芝士火鍋揀咗濃味,食得出幾款芝士嘅層次,不過下次會揀淡味試試🤣主菜牛肉就建議可以轉一轉😂,中式味道&煮法我哋就唔太鍾意。甜品朱古力小屋好正,絕對要食 繼續閱讀
