沙律菜非常新鮮 海葡萄口感十足 加上車厘茄既酸味令整體好開胃🥗
Sea Grape salad was so appetising with a hints of acidity from cherry tomatoes🍅
帆立貝 Teppanyaki Hokkaido Scallop
燒帆立貝賣相唔錯 面層燒到金黃色食落好鮮甜 而且墊底既菠菜提升咗成個層次感✨
The presentation was super duper cuteᰔᩚ Grilled scallop was buttery, fresh & sweet, the spinach just levelled up the whole dish💫
茶碗蒸 Chawanmushi
加咗三文魚子食落有啲鹹香 而且蒸蛋好滑溜 不過一筆啲蛋就好易碎😟
Chawanmushi with salmon roe added a salty taste to it, and it was smooth😽
鐵板燒日本野菜 Teppanyaki Grill veggie
廚師會將野菜燒熟後切成一小片後同主菜一齊上 方便食用😚 包括有蓮藕、蘆荀、冬菇同南瓜 其中最鐘意蘆荀既口感同味道🤩
Vegetables included Lotus Root, Asparagus, Mushroom & Pumpkin🎃 Love the texture & tastes of Asparagus so much and these will be served with the main course😛

紐西蘭肉眼扒 New Zealand Ribeye
肉眼跟咗蘿蔔酸汁、麵鼓醬同胡麻醬 五成既熟度剛好 而且肉味好香配埋蘿蔔酸汁剛好😆
Ribeye served with three sources including sour radish sauce, Japanese Miso, Sesame Sauce🥢 we ordered medium for ribeye and they were cooked just right🥩 it was very meaty, nice to go with the radish sauce😍
阿拉斯加銀鱈魚 Alaska Black Cod
銀鱈魚燒到好香好嫩滑加埋自家製既奶油更加香 但係之後會有少少膩😭
The cod was super soft and tender but a bit heavy with the creamy sauce🤨
鐵板炒飯 Teppan Fried Rice
炒飯份量十足仲加咗蝦乾等材料令到味道更重 師傅建議我哋先單食 可以食到飯蕉既香味 然後再加鰹魚高湯 個人比較推薦加埋湯既食法 感覺清啲🌿 單食有啲太鹹😖
The portion size was so generous with many dried shrimps🍤 Fried Rice was too salty, better to go with the soup🍲
味噌湯 Miso Soup
味噌湯係飯後上 味道唔會太鹹 唔錯😎
Miso soup was nice yet not salty, worth to try it😌
甜品 Dessert
蜜瓜蛋糕加雪糕既配搭 仲有啲脆米 口感十足!食落好香蜜瓜味 唔會好假 值得一試😋
Melon cake & ice cream with sprinkles was the highlight of the day🍨 melon cake has a fruity, sweet & natural taste, highly recommended🤞🏻
評分: 9/10🌟
*坐高枱可以睇住師傅係鐵板炒野但味道會比較大 如果介意的話坐返普通餐桌會好啲🙈
