1881 Heritage, formerly the Marine Police Headquarters in the 19th century, is one of the historic buildings in Hong Kong.
After a few occasions of revitalization, the Main Building welcomes some restaurant additions, one of each being < The Steak Room >.
This, as well as < ODEA > one floor below, are run by the LUBUDS Group and led by the former InterContinental’s STEAK HOUSE crew.

Tried their lunch set at their balcony area - Very satisfying experience!
Food was tasty and of quality. Portions were generous and we were gratified with the food variety included in the set.

Set lunch ($588pp) includes:
• Bread
• Appetizer: USDA beef steak tartare, Hokkaido scallop with pineapple chutney and caviar & Dungeness crab salad
• Soup of the day: Boston lobster bisque
• Main: We had USDA Rib Eye Cap and Chilean seabass
Mains are served with cheese french fries and baked portobello mushroom and your choice of sauce. You could also add a side dishes as you want.

每逢節日,尤其是聖誕節,都會來到「1881 Heritage」觀賞中庭裡的節日裝飾🎄
聖誕節閒逛著1881時,無意中發現富衛1881公館裡坐立著數家餐廳,都是由LUBUDS餐飲集團營運的

這次來到了位於一樓的《The Steak Room》
步上樓梯後,跨過門檻,就來到了餐廳的接待處
前身為水警總部主樓,裝潢具維多利亞時代建築特色,處處都承載著歷史留下的印記

《The Steak Room》跟樓下的《ODEA》都是由前洲際酒店的STEAK HOUSE團隊帶領,給客人的信心自然大

天氣涼爽,坐了在陽台處用餐,非常的舒適,景觀也蠻不錯

午餐每位$588,包括前菜、餐湯、主菜、甜品
食物質素很不錯,份量也很大,非常滿足❤️
每當上菜後,店員都會介紹菜式特別之處,也感受得到他們對餐廳菜式的了解🥰

Bread
先是餐包跟牛油
牛油為法國手造海鹽牛油,帶淡淡的牛油香和鹹味
麵包微暖,個人特別喜歡中間那一條芝士條🧀,酥脆可口

Appetizer 前菜
前菜有三款~本來以為是三款之中選一款,原來是三款都有!
由左至右分別為:
- 北海道帶子
- 珍寶蟹沙律
- 生牛肉他他

上面配有墨西哥牛油果醬跟魚子醬;而下面則配上用菠蘿蓉煮的醬,甜甜的

「珍寶蟹沙律」吃到一絲絲蟹肉,味道蠻清爽的

「生牛肉他他」上放上以分子料理製成的芒果醬,比一般的生蛋黃來的清新
上面灑上辣根,帶點芥末般的刺激香辣味道,有助去掉生牛肉的腥味

Soup of the day 是日餐湯
Boston lobster bisque
是日餐湯為「波士頓龍蝦湯」🦞
碗裡先放上了龍蝦肉,然後店員會把湯倒入
味道濃郁,不錯不錯

不過旁邊附的脆芝士片還不錯🧀

Main 主菜
主菜有一系列的醬汁可預先選配
上桌時,店員會拿來一系列的鹽巴給客人自由做調味,店員也會為每一款作介紹;點牛扒的話還有一整盤的芥末/醬汁可以配搭呢~

嘴饞的多點了一道煎鴨肝 😋
肉眼扒選了medium,熟度剛好,肉嫩、多汁

白鱈魚肉質嫩滑細緻,帶很香的魚味
選配的蒜蓉牛油醬 (Garlic butter) 超級搭!
