探索劉記燒味粉的隱藏寶藏。與其他燒味粉不同，他們的粉麵是在船上現煮，然後在岸邊供應。劉叔自1981年以來一直經受了時間的考驗，是所剩無幾的船上艇仔粉。因為他們偶爾會四處航行，造訪前記得先給他們打電話，船通常會停靠在香港仔/鴨脷洲碼頭。艇仔粉主要以燒味搭配粉面，而湯底是由大地魚熬製的海鮮湯。
